There will not be an R/S. Period
I buy all mine through Amazon and pay the $50 because I get it in 3 days after ordering. I found a couple cheaper but they're always out of stock or take forever.
Actually that's spot on. Roy said exactly that in his radio interview.
yeah...I know......just hope the A/S doesn't get increased anytime soon. Would be nice to see the stock run without manipulation for awhile.
Long ATTD
We need the "note holders" to stop dumping more into the float
Once it's opened it has to be refrigerated. The shelf life while unopened and non refrigerated is 1 year.
They actually tend to release PR's late in the day or after hours
Widespread Distribution
I run an export business and can ship anything anywhere. :)
Although the article is almost 2 years old it does show that Coke is most likely actively looking for a competitor to Muscle Milk.
I believe he was making a point that things like RS, AS , buy backs, etc should be noted as opinion and not fact
Amen......
Thanks!
The only explanation I have is the one that Roy gave. Which is in his radio interview, stickied at the top of the page. Roy says the convertible note holders are converting and selling their shares.
Thanks for the info. When I see AS's as one billion then that's the number I use to figure my trading strategy so the fact that more shares are outstanding doesn't bother me too much. If what Roy says is correct and the add to the OS is convertible notes then paying off debt is a good thing. Still waiting on real numbers in May.
Note holders converting maybe
Great video. I turned my iPad on its side so all good :). So are we expecting news that it is in Hollywood now or is this a one off situation?
I'm holding long anyways so I'll just let it set in tda. I have another 1.1 million shares in etrade if I want to trade the highs and lows.
If I sell before the years up I pay 25%. If I hold a year it's 15%
Did you figure a way around paying the tax? It's stupid that I am going to sell just to rebuy in etrade and have to pay tax.
When real news comes out..... Not more of the same and it doesn't move then I will worry
I added some more as well.....6.4 mil now :)........go ATTD
The main issue with ATTD is the impatient , greedy flippers that planned on coming in and make a lot very quickly. There's nothing wrong with that type of trading but if that's your expectation then you're in the wrong stock. All the PR's are great but what drives stock price are results and we won't get those till May. I expect there will be news before then that will give us some short term gains but the sustainable pps news is the next Q report. All IMO. GLTA

I wouldn't go that far although I drink one a day now and definitely notice a difference.
I have bought 20 cases of each flavor. Vanilla and chocolate both have the texture of a yoohoo (IMO) maybe slightly thicker. The vanilla tastes like vanilla shake mix (my first job was at McDonald's so I know :). The chocolate tastes like a yoohoo but maybe a bit more of a dark chocolate flavor. Hope this helps!
It tastes awesome. 'nuff said
It's an accumulation of trades in a MM's "book" that are settled at the end of the day. Someone on here maybe able to explain it better than me.
C'mon Michael, give me one positive post :).
I have over 6 mil although my avg is only .0013 so I don't stress as much over the bumpy ride. Long ATTD for the right reasons.........unlike the P&D's that only jumped on recently.
Exactly. I had a good friend that runs a hedge fund look at ATTD for me a few days before they got financing. He said everything was great except that the company had no operating capital so he would stay away from it unless they fixed that. He was even about to contact Roy to talk about some options of him bringing capital to the table. Then a couple of days later, bamn! ATTD has financing. This, IMO, is a winner.

Maybe it's because TDA are a bunch of idiots. When they first did this I went to Etrade and that evening this is the email from TDA:
Thank you for the opportunity to assist you today. We received your case to confirm the security ATTD could not be bought through TD Ameritrade due to a DTC chill that was placed on the security. After researching this issue, I contacted our Risk Analytics department for clarification as the security was not showing there was a DTC chill on it. The response was that the restriction has been released, so there is no longer a DTC chill on the security.

Apparently there is a chill on the stock only enforced by TDA
Once you take out the P&D's and scam artists we longs and actual interested investors are all that's left :)
doubt it will drop below .0047 , support at 45 if it does. Not a lot of pressure on the ask either. Pretty much nothing going on at the moment
If ATTD went to $10 I would never work again....ever. :), Hell, $2 a share and I retire. Go ATTD!
It is sweet but I like it like that :). Just received two more cases of vanilla yesterday
If a million in financing isn't going to move it then I doubt anything will for awhile. Waiting on sales numbers.
Long ATTD
You actually cannot transfer any penny stock. I tried in January. Because of scammers they won't transfer from one account to another. I want to keep the stock so guess I'll keep two accounts for now.
yeah.....I'm up over 20k......just don't want to pay the extra taxes when I'm just going to re buy in ETrade
I had the same idea as I have Ameritrade and ETrade but how do you get around paying taxes on the profit from selling.........
