so now we know what that $6.00 buy signaled, raise the price and hold it there, we are going two clicks down for a close. sticky that, we might see it again.
No WAY DUDE!!! I can't be that easy, besides bills don't get paid without dilution. You got bills coming in, trips to take, and installs to complete. No revenue coming in, the only way to get cash is to borrow money or dilute. Nobody is going to finance a super duper secret, when SP will demand that they sign an NDA just to talk to them. Dilution is not only an option at this point, it is critically necessity, unless you just wanna come up off of some cold hard cash. I am pretty sure that there was more to the March run than people simply believing that dilution had stopped.
I think that is a big part of the problem, not hitting on your professionalism at all, but in the big corporate world, there is a lot of peeps that are trying to break into your piggy bank, SP is so worried about it that he has his own shareholders signing NDA's just to talk to him. Everybody wants a piece of the action, especially in this economy. Shiva has real intellectual property he is trying with all his might to hold onto. He doesn't know who he can trust, and who is going to stab him in the back. Maybe the reason NERO fiddled while Rome burned was because he was terrified of being stabbed in the back by all of his "Buddies".
LOL, I will never begin to even try to understand the PPS. How is it that a $6.00 trade can move this up a tick, but 50 million shares doesn't even make it move at all? There is gremlins watching over this i tell ya.
The other thing that is not helping us is the fact that it is a hotel Television system. To the average hotel guest, it maybe a little bit cooler than what they have seen in the past, but to the guest it is still just a TV system, something they expect to see in a room when they stay there. The real value of the system is to the Hotel, The one Hotel that has the operational system. Not a lot of word of mouth out there, but presumably it is growing, but at the cost of us having to send SP out on tropical "Vacations" to get the word out. Lets face it, it isn't an IPOD, to most individuals it is not going to change the way that that deal with life everyday. It isn't a tube of toothpaste, they don't use it everyday. At least right now, people don't go on the internet, and specifically look for hotels that have TiVus installed and make that choice. I travel on business about 100 days a year, and I have never based a Hotel decision on its TV system. There is a reason why you don't see DUMP TRUCK and GARBAGE TRUCK dealerships on every corner of your town. There is a legitimate customer base for these, but the general population is not it. My opinion is that is why SP went to Puerto Rico, where he can install in a relatively small location with a relatively large number of hotel in the immediate vicinity. Word of mouth can travel much faster amongst the Hoteliers. That is why back in the Olden days the traveling sales man would go to the center of town on sunday afternoon and pedal his product as church let out. His sales were much easier when others see other people realizing the value, and spending their money. For example, if I knocked on your door to sell you a widget, you would tell me to "get lost" but if you saw me selling 15 of your friends a widget, then you might think well i must need one too.
AWWWWW!!! These post are so sweet, I feel like it is honesty hour. It makes me wanna just dish out the MAN HUGS. I certainly know what it is like to maneuver through the mine fields of everyday life. You know we all could have had a better childhood, but like us, our parents did the best that they could with the hands they were dealt. They made the wrong moves at times, certainly, just as we do, but they tried, and they instilled in us that the best they can do is try, and to learn from their (and our own)mistakes. I spent 23 years fighting wars for this country. I have been shot at, and held dying men in my arms as they take their last breath, and scooped up heaping hulks of charred and mutilated flesh that once carried a rifle next to me, and watched my back as i grabbed a couple of hours of shut eye, so they could do the same when their rotation came around. I wonder every day why it was them that got taken, and not me. I honestly believe there is a bigger plan that is beyond our own humanly comprehension. I have made too many mistakes that should have cost me my life for there not to be. I get out of bed every morning at 5 am, fight through pains that wrench my body, and push back the demons and dreams that dominate my sleep. I would love to stay in bed all day, but I got seven hungry mouths to feed. The VA and their sad excuse for an organization, makes a token attempt at evening out the playing field, but at an 80% disability rating, that meager attempt just makes me wanna puke. I don't feel bad for myself, at least i can get out of bed, go to work and still provide for my family. It makes me want to puke that some of my brothers and sisters can't even get out of bed, and the VA can't even come off of enough money to help them take care of their families sufficiently. Some are starting to question if TIVUS was the right move to provide a better life for those that we love? I wish I had an absolute answer, but my bet is that it is. It does anger us at times, to come here day after day, and see the same thing, or worse yet to show up and see something happening beyond any of our control, only to have it die out and fizzle right back down here where it has set pretty much since September. My advice is take a break, go do something else and let TIVUS do it's magic, or let the magic happen to TIVUS. I assure you that SP is out doing everything he can to help your investments grow astronomically. He is never going to communicate with us the way most of us desire, but I do believe in the man. He has too much of his own life riding on Tivus to let it die without every ounce of his fighting spirit. There is really nothing any of us on this board can do about it. We don't work for TIVUS, TiVus is not the know all, end all reason for our existence. We together own the company, it doesn't own us. Don't let it control your life, let it work for you, and let it better your life in the future. Some will insist that I am being a cheerleader here, and let me address that right now. I do cheer for Tivus to do well, I got $25K of my grannies money tied up in it, but I don't cheer for others to make that same investment. I am not going to cheer or BS anyone into putting up any money and jump in so that it drives the price. You will never hear me say that someone should buy. That is a decision they need to make on their own. So I do cheer for the Other TiVUs owners, I want the best for them, I cheer for TIVUS, as a substantial shareholder, I want them to do well, But I am not a cheerleader in the sense of fluffing this up to be something that it just isn't at the moment to fictitiously drive the price to make waves for others to ride. Good luck to all, and never go to bed angry, because it is no fun waking up that way.
Thanks for your insight DMO, just in case anyone else wants to go read the referenced document, it is the second set of pages 11-12 that he is making reference to. It took me a few minutes to figure that out, I guess I am not the sharpest spoon in the drawer.
Well when I read between the lines of the Last TIVUS post, all I was able to read was white space. I did however read some very forward looking statements in the text, that keep hope alive that TIVUS is the real deal. But since you did mention it, I went back re-read the PR for the 19th time I was able to pull letters out at random that when unscrambled, spelled out "D-E-A-D-B-O-Y--T-A-K-E--A--L-O-N-G--W-A-L-K--O-F-F--A--S-H-O-R-T--P-I-E-R"
Yeah well some of us don't have our buying ability gagged by an NDA, LOL. Honestly I don't know which position is better, Having INSIDER INFORMATION on a little company, that most people know nothing about, or owning an butt ton of shares on a company i know very little about? I guess you are in a good position, you got both really. And don't be loving up on me cuz I got more shares, the only reason I have them is because my granny died and left me some money that I really didn't want or need. I had a choice of giving it to the kids and watching my 18 y/o daughter take her share and go get several thousand dollars worth of Tattoo's or stick it somewhere that might allow me to buy my own friggin Tropical island with an unlimited supply of MJ plants, someday. GLTY
The only thing i can tell you for sure is 65 Million shares of that 3 Bil + amount was not dilution. Thanks to a little old lady from Pasadena.
I am pretty sure that I read that the number of preferred shares was fixed at 1 Million (I believe)and that all those had been issued? I am quite sure that you have a better understanding than I. I am all ears if you care to educate a novice.
Well JWEZ, I might have to argue your point, (you knew I would, right?) SP might not be selling, but he has diluted an awful lot of shares. at the last known count of the O/S, that would mean that he would have to own over 750 million. Not saying he doesn't, but what I am saying is in order for him to maintain 51% controlling interest, he has had to do a lot of buying, presumably more than half of everything he has issued. Where does he find the time amongst his busy schedule to buy all those shares?
Whatever, dude, I really wasn't looking for your seal of approval.
I would be happy to discuss Patent Law with you all day long, but not in this forum. I am well within my right as a shareholder to question the application status of any Patents or Pending Patents that are owned or applied for by Tivus. I would be remiss in my duties to not ensure that all proper filings had taken place, when some evidence might suggest otherwise. I can assure you that Patent applications are assigned S/N's when the application is submitted (i.e. S/N 13/103,988).
I won't be so dumb as to say that I really don't care about the share price. But more important to me than share price right now, is the fact that this Company and it's CEO start acting like the REAL company that it desires to be. Just my opinion, but give us the truth, good, bad, and ugly. The share price will follow the realism of the truth and the financials, but until open and honest communication exist, this company and its stock will continue to rise and fall entirely on speculation, lies, fluff, pumping and dumping. I have more than enough shares due to a 91 y/o woman who died and decided to bless me with $25K that I didn't need. If this thing died tomorrow, it would barely even sting. I could make a crap load of money just riding the 2 and 3 point ticks, but i believe there is more potential than that. If I am angering some by doing everything in my power to hold the CEO accountable to his shareholders, I apologize, but sometimes you have to dig a little deeper to get rid of all the cancer. My thought is, get the truth out about this company out on the street, and let the share price fall where it falls. after all that is only fair, and it is the way that a responsible company acts. Those that continue to blindly promote this stock and bash those of us that are demanding the truth, are probably the very ones that are continuing to ride the dips and waves as flippers.
Actually JWEZ, I think R3 is entirely confident in his ability to assess the subject matter in which he is talking about, regardless of how you feel about it. I also think that you are correct that R3 does not have any idea what SP is doing, None of us do!!! That is the point. He is required by law to communicate openly, and Honestly with the shareholders, and he is not doing that. The law does not stipulate that he do so under the protection of an NDA. As a shareholder we have the right and responsibility to demand appropriate behavior from our CEO. Selling doesn't fix the problem, any more than complaining in this board does. Short of any other line of communication to SP, (and at least i can say i have tried, and if you want to exchange email adresses I can prove i have tried) all one can do is hope that SP will read our desires in some sense of hope that he might take a few minutes to stop by and read this board, which I am sure he won't) you seem to have a somewhat open line of communication with SP, at least more so than most of us on the board. How about in your next phone coms with SP, instead of listening to his mumbo jumbo, you suggest that he address the communications issue instead of just promising his 2 year overdue annual meeting sometime in the future? Be positive? ok, GO TIVUS!!! RAH RAH RAH!!! buy more shares before they go through the roof. I can't tell you why, because I have no idea what the company is doing, But buy some more shares. We paid $2million dollars and have a system installed in one of the best hotels in Philly, (no idea how much money it is making, if any????) but, buy more shares. We have a top notch industry expert on our payroll (but haven't heard a single peep out of the guy since his hiring) Buy more shares. We have a ton of wood, more than enough gasoline, but no match to get this bon fire started. Potential is astronomical, let's get the fire burning. SP has done a good job, Philly is installed, now tell the people that paid for it what we are working with? SP claims he has a Patent pending on our equipment? really? What is the patent application number(s)? If there is an actual patent application, why the need for an NDA? So many questions and ZERO, NADA, NONE, Nothing in the way of answers. Answers that are months overdue. in my opinion, The last legitimate news was "we have a contract", install is complete, and we only know this because you and WAG went and verified it. How long is the test drive, where is the revenue? Where are the financials? SP owes us these answers, not "sometime soon", but now. No the answer is not walk away. I don't buy a TV from best buy and then walk away when they fail to deliver. I get mad, and demand that they do their job.
Here to keeping real (and short)

Looks like another day of watching the 3, 4 shuffle. Why do I get the feeling that I would be using my time more wisely, sitting down and watching old Jerry Springer re-runs? At least I would be laughing at some legitimately funny stuff, instead of finding comedy in watching this turd circle around as it is being flushed down the bowl. Maybe I am just fascinated by that cool swirly motion? Maybe I am hoping that one day the swirly will reverse directions and go counter clockwise just once? Maybe i am hoping that SP will finally let somebody else drive, and give himself so much more time to do the TECH thing that his is so good at?
The TIVUS PRAYER

The Arthur Andersen Accounting Firm.
LOL, if he keeps this crap up, I am going to have to insist that next time he drive his own car to Puerto Rico. This flying has put too much strain on the Share Structure of TIVUS. And for the record, I am aware that Puerto Rico is an island, THAT IS MY WHOLE POINT!!!
PierRat,
I got 71,360,000 shares that you can have at the bargain price of $2.01 per share.
hit me up if you wanna deal? let it run, lets see where it goes?
yeah it would be hilarious, but honestly, i really don't think that is what is going on here. there is at least a few more chapters left in this book. albeit one of the greatest mysteries of all time. somebody is gonna get rich with the movie rights to this story, it will be one of the greatest suspense thrillers of all time. I think Tom Cruise or Brad Pitt will do a great job of personifying me. Quite honestly, I don't think SP is smart enough to figure out when the end is near, he will die trying to keep this thing going.
So, some of you legal savvy, business minded people help me out here. I just went back and reread today's PR, just to make sure i didn't miss something, and something reached out and poked me in the eye. Some on here, that are in the NDA club, have suggested in the past, that we need to read between the lines on a lot of the issues. My question is the TITLE of the PR. "TIVUS begins Carribean operations". now i have never owned or operated a business, but common sense tells me that you don't "Begin Operations" unless you have a contract. You don't install $2 million worth of equipment in a hotel UNLESS YOU have a contract. Why do you say "Begin Operations" but not mention the contract. unless you don't have a contract, and you are an ID10T. I am totally confused. I can only think of one reason why it might be beneficial for withholding that information.
Yep and SP is already halfway to a country of his choosing with no extradition agreement with the US.
JWEZ, not trying to sound condescending, but who are you suggesting we call? no one with any answers will answer the phone listed on the TIVUS website, Sp does not return any request for call backs that I have left. If you are suggesting that i call a hotel, well I have done this, but it doesn't relieve the CEO of his responsibilities of on time and effective communication with his shareholders. We are not talking national securities here, the Russians are not going to launch an all out nuclear attack on us if they find out how much we are making or who's hotels we are in. The real issue is SP is operating the company like it is his own sole proprietorship, when in fact "We" own this company, and "we" have just as much say in its dealings as he does. I get that you and WAG went to Philly and spent your own money and saw the system. but that does not make you guys special shareholders. you hold the same common shares as everyone else. Why SP thinks that the only people he has to talk to are ones that sign a NDA, is anyone's guess. I certainly hope that you and anyone with these NDA's have not bought or sold a single share since signing, because that makes you subject to insider trading laws. you all have information that is not being released. SP has put you guys in a bad boat to be in. I hope you understand what i am trying to say. Since a few of you have SP's ear, I hope you let him know the predicament you all are in until whatever this "super secret" that requires membership in SP's personal NDA club, is revealed.
Just my two cents,
jpr
I forgot to mention the part about walking around with TIVUS stickers to stick on every tv or black box you see, so when our weary investors show up, they can say that TIVUS is installed.
Almost guarantee it is dilution, we don't see this volume without movement, unless it is. Look at SPs history, release a PR around the first of the month when bills are due, then take what ever is left over and go on vacation, send out a few tweets, act like you are extremely busy when JWEZ and Blah call, visit some extremely nice hotel and show your out of date Powerpoint Presentation, call it a business trip and wait for the first to roll around again. Rinse and repeat.
I have to agree with the most of you, this is not news. SP's tweet yesterday said as much as this PR. Puerto Rico went well, ok, but what does that mean? "Anounce NEW Contracts"???? This implies that you have released "OLD CONTRACTS" that is a whole crock of Shittake Mushrooms. You haven't released anything!!! And the rest of that crap was just fluff to fill up the 100 word minimum that he had to pay for. There are still tons of questions that are still "un"addressed. throw us a bone for God sake. We are starving here, and SP is out spending the heck out of our money. I have to wonder if the guy is moving operations to the Carribean so that he is one step closer to fleeing with any of our remaining cash?
Oh well don't look for a PR anytime soon, he is probably pretty busy printing and signing my 70 million stock certificates that I ordered. by my math, IF he can manage 1 certificate every second of every 8 hour work day, well he is busy for the next 2,340 work days. he will probably tired or signing all those too.
What are you talking about? Why would SP and ST be on an NDA? This doesn't make any sense?
The CEO acts on the company's behalf in most legal matters, and thus holds the authority to bind the company in contracts, debt obligations and legal proceedings.
The CEO of a company has a fiduciary responsibility to the company's shareholders. A CEO's relationship with his company's shareholders carries more legal responsibility than his relationship with his company's creditors. This is because the creditors' relationship with the company exists purely as a result of a legal contract. The shareholders' relationship with the CEO, by contrast, entails both a binding contract and the trust of that CEO in controlling the shareholders' property.
A CEO's legal responsibilities to his company's shareholders are broken down into three distinct fiduciary duties:
the duty of care, the duty of loyalty and the duty of disclosure.
1. The duty of care refers to the CEO's responsibility to consider all of the available information relevant to the company's decisions, including the advice of experts and employees. The duty of care also includes the responsibility to understand and evaluate the company's day to day operations and the terms of agreements.
2. The duty of loyalty requires that a CEO always acts in the best interest of a business's shareholders, and that he places that interest above his own in business decisions. This includes the responsibility to avoid conflicts of interest.
3. The duty of disclosure mandates that a CEO fully inform both the board of directors and the shareholders about the major issues facing the business.
A CEO is not personally responsible for the shareholders' losses if he acted HONESTLY, OPENLY and with the best interest of his company in mind.
Furthermore it appears that our Fearless Leader mr. SP himself has forgotten his own bylaws.
Section 2.2 Annual Meeting. An annual meeting of shareholders
shall be held on the second Monday of February each year, at the principal place of business of the Corporation in the State of Nebraska, or at such other time and at such other place as the Board of Directors may specify, within or without the State of Nebraska, at which meeting the shareholders entitled to vote shall elect a board of directors and shall transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.
Just a quick question for board members....Is anyone else having issues with their broker over TIVUS transactions? My broker USAA investment services will not let me make any purchases or sells of any amount with this stock due to the GAGed T/A and stop sign. They are trying to tell me that any transactions could be deemed as insider trading. No matter how much i plead, they won't move off of their decision. Anyone have a clue why this might be happening?
well i certainly don't need a lecture on reference sources and the use of wiki's and pedia's for research. I understand, I seem to recall learning that in college. just as i also understand the legal definition of nominal to mean "not significant", "token". It does not allow them to defray actual cost, it only allows them to make it less attractive than using a cheaper method. therefore if the value of the Paper they are printing is only worth $.0004 then the "Nominal" or insignificant or token fee would have to be much less than that. so I pay 10% printing fee, way more than nominal which is usually deemed to be around 1 or 2 percent, rarely above 5%. 70,000,000 times $.00004 equals $2800.00. I will pay that to make back $17,000 in recycled paper refunds everyday of the week.
The difference is, real company shares are worth more than the paper that they are actually printed on. This Clown wants to force me into holding on to something for months on end without any PR's, I will give him something to do for months on end to. BTW, I just checked with my local recylcing center and I can get about 3 bucks a case for paper, 3 X 14,000 cases = $42,000 thats more than my $25,000 invested. Seems I can keep this up for as long as he wants to hold out on PR's I can make more money trading paper than I am going to make here.
but you wanna do the research, by all means check my math:
Here you go:
http://www.officedepot.com/a/browse/laser-printer-paper/N=5+530732/;jsessionid=0000Ynu_J611ff7YVZoSNj4x7fs:13ddq0tng
http://www.investopedia.com/ask/answers/06/stockcertificate.asp#axzz1tG85DvIk
he doesn't have enuff Authorized Shares left to cover the cost of printing my cert alone, let alone anyone elses. he thinks he is too busy now, we will have his resignation by the weeks end LOL
at $35.00 a case for 5000 sheets of cheap paper. the paper alone is going to cost a half million bucks, then he has to worry about ink, and toner, labor to make all the copies, the cost of a new printer, because I am sure that 70 million is gonna put a hurtin on his existing one. then we get to postage, it would probably just be cheaper to charter a truck to ship the 14000 cases of paper to my house.
LOL...Thats what She Said.....My devious mind never stops churning. I just had a really really bad thought. I just read that a shareholder can request and the company must comply with the request to issue physical stock certificates if the stockholder wishes. I don't know what it would cost to procure the paper, print, sign and mail 70,000,000 + individual pieces of paper, but I bet that it cost more than $.0004 each. It might be cheaper for SP to consider doing a PR real soon.
Just had a thought, what if we all stopped posting here, and quit buying TIVU? SP would be forced to go public with something to attract more people to his dilution machine. He can't sell the shares he is printing if no one is buying them.
I am casting my 71,360,000+ votes for R3 as TIVUS's new CEO. Do I smell a Mutiny?
The TIVUS "style" Press Release, You know the one's that you have to read between the lines to understand. LNET price is falling, soon to be down here in .000 land with TIVU. I read between the lines and take that as proof that SP has taken over the CEO position at LNET. You can read that as sarcasm, or disgust, but the bottom line is short of a PR, it is just as much Gospel as any of this other garbage that is being spewed all over this board this week.
Finally a real TIVUS Press Release!!!!! Yes!!!
LOL, Probably saying "Oh Geez, these guys are as messed up as a soup sandwich" guess we will find out in due time. But one thing is for sure, take solace in the fact that they are still holding at least as many shares as they had before they visited Philly. That alone says a lot. If I had gone and not seen good things, I definitely would have been out in March when we went to .0027. especially when JWEZ says that he is averaged in at around .0005. He could have taken 5 times his money and never looked back, but he didn't.
