Hey cat,
Read the posts of your twin and step brothers' assaults, absolutely terrible.
Definitely cat...
Any person that lives where you live, has experienced what you have experienced, and is a good man with more love for his family than he has for himself, would be in perfect line to exercise his God given right to defend himself adequate enough for his family's safety.
Absolutely without question, it is your God given right Sir! in my opinion.
Where it gets messy, as with many things it seems in this environment, is when entities like the NRA become involved with their lobby'ists, and endorse loose gun laws allowing the nefarious and criminal part of our society to be armed.
We hear up here about Gun Shows where you can pick up guns without much identification, etc...
Is there nothing that could be done, in regards to gun laws?
Why do all decisions have to have only 2 sides to them, extreme left or extreme right?
The point I am trying to make is that when a society is divided. When creating division and confrontation is the political objective of half of a society (current repubs), then how can you even expect to have good outcomes.
I know I get some angered here, it is not my attempt. I read gone's post yesterday and just wondered how this guy thinks. I know we are different generations but that does not account for such a mis-connect. Nope it is the politics of division that has been practiced under Bush and is being the central theme of the current repubs since Obama has been elected, and this is causing the most harm to America and by extension the world.
And many think it is a war, competition, call it whatever, but further support tactics that divide, in their attempt to conquer instead of trying to compromise to find solutions.
I think division is the problem here, and compromise offers the solutions.
When I read posts that are nothing more then veiled tea party advertisements, it is hard for a person right of center (not extreme) to not call them out for their disingenuous content and motive. We are at a very serious time and what effects America affects the world by extension, and quite frankly more is expected from your society than these dangerous games being played with very real consequences and outcomes in people's lives.
I was touched by your posts and immediately felt for your Mom/Dad and all your family cat. I sat at my desk and thoughtfully digested them. There is no way on God's green earth that anyone can expect you to not properly and adequately defend yourself.
God Bless man,
If what you think I am doing is promoting you are way too entrenched in this fabricated war that has been declared so that facts get buried.
I am frustrated and angered by what I see happening on the world stage.
I am Canadian and a North American and as such am very comfortable with America having a world dominance.
Much more then a chinese, arab or india dominance. That scares the hell out of me to be honest.
Look at this as some sort of game or "sales objective" if you want, nothing will make you see what you do not want to.
Unfortunately it is not a competition, it is real life with real consequences that translates into hurt and misery for way too many souls.
Congrats SJ, you win, just not so sure you will want the prize when your victory is had.
tex I like you but will not reply to your question as I just don't think it will do any good, sorry.
Yeah, but could the needs have changed somewhat from the time when that was written
There is an old law on the books that was probably written around the same time as that...
"A husband may NOT beat his wife with a stick any thicker than his index finger. So the bigger the man, the bigger the stick" (excuse the pun for you dirty minds lol) But imagine the poor girl that had to submit to a weekly beating from a man, that even her own father probably condoned at the time.
That was a right too, then. Too bad it was never enshrined in the constitution as those girls need a good beating now and again. kidding...
Is my point getting through at all here? Or is this another bang your head on a cement wall because people do not want to see any other views?
Dueling was considered honorable. Should we go back to gunfights too.
The facts speak for themselves. Deny them at your own peril. Actually it is not really denying them, just postponing or passing on what needs to be done to the next generation, because this one could not agree on fixing anything.
Unfortunately I fear that the America of today will not be the America of tomorrow that you pass on to your children, with even less options to fix things you could not during your time.
No one is denying you your rights Cat.
But if what you are doing is getting results that scream out "not working", how long will it take, or better put, how much will you lose against the rising economies, before you realize this?
The facts are there for all to see that want to.
However I don't think that it will anytime soon. America will have to wait until this generation is old and out of power. Maybe your children will see things differently then you, and then maybe real change will happen.
I am sure Vietnam made sense to some during that time. The same can be said for many events at many different times. No matter how outrageous something seems today, it was supported by some when it was happening, and their convictions were just as sure as yours today, I'm sure.
The same is being played out now. I contend that the next generation will look back on this time in your history and not be very proud or complementary of those who were obstructing what they knew was right, for the greedy aspirations and racial prejudices of a vocal minority.
No probs buddy, you're already armed LOL
Sorry cat, but look at things on a per capita basis (per hundred thousand people)...
Sorry Cat, anyway you slice it, if you look at it with untainted, outside eyes, it does not look good IMO.
When you break things down per capita, the population differences are not considered.
I have also heard the argument that we don't understand the big cities. Well I live in a city that is the fifth largest in the USA and Canada with a combined population of over 5M.
Cat, sincerely, the facts looked at soberly do not support all the bravado. The longer it takes you guys to see this, the more hurt people will have and the farther your country will go down.
I say this with a sad heart, no more honestly, an angered heart! I think America has been high jacked and have no idea how much damage will be caused before this is finally realized.
The republicans must become republicans again, and stop the neo-nazi tea party BS
Isn't burning a Jets jersey now a Capital Offence with a new Harper Mandatory sentence of 10 years minimum, lol.
Probably better than the beating most fans would give you if they saw that.
Enjoy stock, have some good friends from your neck of the woods and they are absolutely beaming.
Wouldn't it be amazing if you guys actually took the cup the first year back, hoot man, the riot would last 100 days, lol
That was a beautiful video Makami, thank you
It must be absolutely mad over there eh.
Enjoy man, you guys deserve really deserve a NHL team...
Just out of curiosity, does your new TV sit on top of your old TV?
Just curious,
LOL, yup, the US reputation for citizens shooting each other, highest incarceration rates in the world and murder rates that are unheard of in just about all civilized countries...
yup, you go engineer an even better society, LMAO
Coincidentally, we have a lot of guns too, actually in numbers very close to the US on a per capita basis, but yet the murder tally for one weekend in many American cities is more than our yearly amount in Canadian cities,
Most of our guns are rifles, we kill wildlife if we need protection. Not really into shooting other starving human beings, forced into misery by the greed of a few.
Yup, you should be proud, I guess...
Go vote for something, is there not a right wing agenda petition out there that you haven't signed yet, LMAO
lakers, send in your info or don't send in your info, I don't really think it matters...
Believe they should be in possession of the list of shareholders from the Oklahoma court case, and if I remember correctly that had over 1000 names on it.
So don't think sending in info will be for starting a new list, but probably just confirming information already garnered. Probably good to be prudent with these types of things.
You have a lot of shares dude, the NSSers will be your best buddies once this starts to trade.
BCIT could turn out to be our best investment yet, and entertaining too.
Watching justice unfold and making a lot of money at the same time, what could be better for an honest person.
Feels good to be a long again, hope the shorts will be sorry they ever started messing with BCIT.
Watch the shorts start to crumble if the authorities start to cut deals. They will be spilling their guts in no time, and our squeeze could be very expensive for some.
Lov'in it!
That will be extremely positive for BCIT shareholders going forward.
Thank you Sir, and of course thanks to our CEO, Tom Megas.
Godspeed with your efforts and results against the guilty.
Ditto! But the fraud could come to look more like several billions of dollars as the illegal air shares that were sold could be up around a billion and a half.
It will cost them a few billion to clean this up, and hopefully they drill down hard enough to persecute ALL who have been complicit in trying to keep this buried.
Hopefully all the nefarious people convicted of hiding the theft that was done to BCIT shareholders, will get the strongest punishment available under the law.
Hey Weebie, I was using Etrade Canada
I sent him my emails from my broker, stating that shares in my account were real, back from the day.
The more info we equip him with the better I think. He can then have his pick and choose of what to use, IMO.
Many of us are inspired and "keep the faith" by the resolve held and shown by the Energy Source, fka BCIT, CEO.
Bravo Sir, in a world of stocks and markets that are as polluted as they were in the 1920/30's (prior SEC), you have been a beacon of light for many of us here.
Long and Strong Energy Source, fka BCIT
Cheers,
Just to mention that when I contributed to the BCIT Legal fund it was a modest contribution, 150 or 200 can't remember.
At the time my wife and I were both unemployed and money was very tight to say the least. I have two sons and am in the expensive years of life.
Saved up what I could and put together the money over several weeks, opened a paypal account and sent in my contribution to the BCIT fund without hesitation.
I am a firm believer that people are responsible for the treatment they receive by allowing themselves to be treated that way.
I strongly hold the view that investors of BCIT have been stolen from by an organized structure of illegal operations and nefarious people, that go very deep into why our economy and markets seem to be so polluted.
If BCIT dies and fizzles out so be it! But I will fight to correct what I consider an injustice, as long as I can fight.
To fight only when winning is assured is not considered a fight. People forget that what they have today had to be fought for very hard by previous generations.
I you wish to do nothing with BCIT but preach, judge and advertise your views so be it.
We all must sleep in the bed we make.
BCIT shares are mine, I bought them! Give them to me NOW and compensate me for my time and trouble.
Or
Better, let the market work BCIT out, but make sure the laws and rules are enforced please and thank you.
Well if Megas has value to put into the shell, along with a short squeeze, our shares could end up being worth quite a bit, IMO...
Hi Allez, thanks Camper...
Only get 3 messages per day
Cheers,
This is great news. So what is it we have to send them, just an email stating how many shares, under whose name???
Do we need to supply anything else?
TIA
Wow, great news.
Hello everyone BTW, I can post here on a limited basis again.
Didn't mean to imply that...
Wow, well it worked eh...crime rate is down.
But I wonder if it was in a larger city environment, or a higher crime area, would the results been the same?
They didn't seem to have a large crime problem that motivated them to begin with, so just wonder if the results are conditional on what type of environment was there originally...
Thanks, interesting article...
ROFLAMO, are you serious, no way...lol
Yeah, we have the most stupidest gun laws in Ontario, well self-defense laws.
You are not allowed to shoot, stab or use another weapon on a person unless your life or the lives of your loved ones are clearly in danger.
A few years ago, a man was protecting his family. Had a few daughters, guy with a long record, breaks into his house. He confronts the guy in his kitchen (the home owner was in his 50's, the criminal was in his 20"s).
The home owner stab him cause he the guy attacked him, the criminal died from the injuries.
The home owner was arrested on 2nd degree manslaughter as he could not prove that his life would have been in danger. It is nutz.
We have an expression up here now, that we would prefer to be judged by 12 than carried by 6...
Nutty law eh...
Bull sheet, I spoke with Tim directly when Monk was saying we should pull our Certs, and he was completely complicit.
Collectively we should do this on two fronts. Now that the SEC environment is changing, he must be reported as if it turns out he was complicit, he is nothing more than a criminal.
On the other hand we should find him personally and have a good chat with him...
Sheet man, all we want is our shares we bought!
My broker told me that the company must fill out a form for the DTCC that let's them convert Paper certs to Electronic shares. My broker said that the company has not had that filled out.
Have emailed the company, Tim Cook, and he either sent my email to his legal, or he tried to make it look that way.
In the email it said that they had filed all the paperwork and that it was the broker who just did not want to bother going through the effort as it does require some work.
In the email they offered me an alternative broker, but never provided me the name, just offered that they could supply an alternate.
I have emailed legal and Tim a few times requesting this information, but have not received any response.
Think we should collectively track down this Tim Cook and perhaps have achat with him. I am beginning to think he has burned many people with these shares and should have to answer in person for it.
Oh okay, it's old pistols then, okay, see now...
Huh? you have restrictions on rifles but not handguns?
LOL, sorry man, just don't get the gun thing in the USA. Understand all the right to bear arms stuff, but rifles are usually less dangerous then handguns, at least that what we are led to believe...
Oh, thought you could wear side-arms and such in Texas, didn't think they would have too many restrictions on fire-arms.
My cousins always like to show me the "No Shooting" signs in Arizona, with 12 gauge slug holes peppered through the sign, lol
Guess perception is not reality eh,
Sheet, it's lunch time and all this food talk... great food talk...makes ya hungry...
Toronto, think it's the fifth largest by some measure...
It's too bloody big, IMO
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_North_American_cities_by_population
Man I envy you guys, I live in the urban jungle...nice land...
LOL, I know I know, just saying is all...
Funny reading your post then glancing at your ID pic...lol
No no, I'm not kidding.
There are many animals slaughter everyday and their blood must be disposed of under certain guidelines.
Think about our modern society. I agree with you, when we slaughtered animals just for our own need, and lived on large properties then yes, it was naturally recycled. I would think stock's dad's property would be big enough to recycle a few dears. But in a residential neighbourhood?
Today we eat more meat then before as increased production facilities for raising and processing, and it is all centralized in one place.
So see what you are saying, but blood can be a huge pollutant if done with limited land or not recycled adequately enough...if it gets into any water supplies, it can turn out really not well...
Very cool, freezer always filled with meat is a good thing...
Nothing really, but if the blood and waste is allowed to soak into the ground, it can pollute the soil and environment.
Why is the paper worthless, I got mine from my bank.
I emailed Tim here, timcook@xytos.com
He responded by having Legal respond to my email.
I am one of those stuck with a share certificate.
I was told by my broker that they company has failed to fill out a necessary form with the DTCC.
Legal told me that this was not correct and that they had filled out all necessary forms and that it was because converting a Paper Cert to electronic takes a lot of work, and most brokers don't want to do it.
Legal offered me an alternative to my broker, but after 2 or 3 emails to them asking them for that information, CCing Tim Cook, I still have had no response at all from either their Legal department (who offered the info) nor Tim Cook, the CEO.
This company offers no real service or support for investors that I can see, and seems reluctant to want to help.
Heads up!
Very cool man, thank you for the info and the education. I did not have any idea until your posts about the dinar...will definitely look at it closely...
Thanks man,
May want to check out DMWK, will not move fast, but should be a good RM moved into that shell, and the people doing it have a great reputation for successful RMs, so the upside is sweet...
