Considering what it takes to be one of the top few remaining when the dust settles, 400-500 million in the bank is not flush. It should be enough to keep them going for a while and able to make product, but they are also going to need to expand, as they have said.

The batteries are not ready for vehicle testing. Getting the cell structure built and developed will take a while. They have already said first in-vehicle testing would be in 2025.
$MULN
Something to consider: Mullen would not submit their batteries for independent testing unless they truly have a winner. We don't need to wait for the test results to know the outcome.
$MULN
You are right. Hindenburg Research has been proven to be a scam! They short the stock and then drive the SP down with a phony report.
$MULN
They have had several opportunities to do it at 1 for 100 and passed. It will be lower than that.

Take a look at the listing in this link:

Does not have to make sense. We invented and implemented the Internet, so WE set the rules. And those are the rules. Look it up. Don't take my word for it.
Google "internet suffixes"

They've stated they have $65 mil in cash and cash-equivalents and that this is enough to complete their goals for 2022. BUT it takes huge amounts of cash to become a vehicle manufacturer.
Your fears are not unfounded.
$MULN
The ones Tom Gage tested will not be used in prototype vehicles until 2025. Between now and then they will be developing the battery pack structure for these all-new cells.

I had read elsewhere (don't remember where) that they will launch with someone elses conventional lithium ion batteries. I expect that using their own batteries will be a running change. What puzzles me is why this was not planned out more thoroughly months ago.
I'm a retired mechanical engineer who has spent many years with automotive parts manufacturers. I've been heavily involved in launching new sensors for the "big three". Takes about three years and a carefully orchestrated plan to meet the timing.

.com stands for commerce as opposed to .org for organizations and .gov for government. All are used in the USA.

I'm not skilled at working with domain names, etc. I took a look at your link and copied the address listed into Google maps. Streetview shows an empty parking lot in Toronto in front of Tucows, Inc. Am I getting warm?
Mr. Brown officially took the helm on April 8, 2021 per WY SOS filings. On that day the stock opened at .0006, high .0008, low .0006, and closed at .0007.
I agree with you that his accomplishments, or lack thereof, over the past year have not resulted in a permanent improvement in shareholder value.
$HPIL
I expect the August date is the wrap-up. "Ok, you settled. Case Closed. Have a nice day."
$MULN
None of the factual information I have provided was published by the person you allege to be a criminal. My sources are newspaper clippings (announcing Ms. Colette's appointment), filings with the WY SOS, and an announcement by Ms. Colette.
$HPIL
First, I am a retired mechanical engineer with no connection to Mr. Brown. I'm simply stating the PUBLISHED facts.
Second, the hand-off to Mr. Brown was done legally. It will be extremely difficult for anyone to get that overturned.
$HPIL
I have been following $HPIL since Angela Colette took over as Receiver. She was appointed by a Michigan court with full authority to manage $HPIL. She appointed Mr. Brown as the CEO and sole Director, then closed out her Receivership. That was all done with the Michigan court's approval.
Someone could certainly challenge that in court but they would have to get the Michigan court's authority set aside. Not likely.
$HPIL
Note the reserved parking signs on the side of the building. Those nice cars belong to the management team. Also indicates that their offices are in that building, and it is not that big. So mostly headquarters.
Note that the back half of the building is rented out to two other businesses. I suspect that this photo is old enough that this is the building they moved out of.

I would love that too but the only plan they could talk about would be to organically grow the business due to the quiet period. That won't move the SP.
News about retiring the CD is the hottest news I can think of, and I don't know how much that will help the SP (it would be incredibly good news but so was the SEC reporting).
Sorry to sound like a Sad Sack but I don't see a way upward with so little buying pressure. Got any ideas they could implement?
$RXMD
You don't lose a nickel until you sell. Simply don't sell at a loss, wait for your price. It will come if you have chosen a reasonable target.
$MULN
On the surface of it, yes. But usually in a case like this one of the first requests by the plaintiffs is a stay against further conversions. If the judge grants it, then no.
Check out the case brought by the SEC against these guys.
$HPIL
True, but the longer it is, the less likely that people will take the time to actually read it.

MrMike, the main reason I have the intro hidden is that it is way, way, way too long. Please condense to one page. Brief company description, officers, share structure, links to more info.
It has been proven false, per the man who ran the independent tests. Do your homework.

I also get a PSA test. From what I've read, though, a PSA test alone may or may not tell your doctor soon enough that you may have cancer. If it is caught before it metastizes, removal of the prostate takes care of it. After that, big problems.
$RXMD
Every man will get prostate cancer if he lives long enough. I still get an exam every year. Not pleasant but very important.

There is another reason as well. NASDAQ will not allow that type of share structure. No cancellation of super-voting shares, no uplist.

Silly newbi
Scott Sitra no longer owns the preferred shares that control this ticker. He sold them some time ago. This is an empty shell. Same with TGRR. The issue here is that they can't get one of the toxic lenders to negotiate a release of the debt to clean it up for resale.
$BLUU
The OTC market, in general, has been largely abandoned. The trading pattern over the last two years has been very abnormal. This would not have happened without Covid.
$RXMD
Yes it does. And to start a business making vehicles litterally takes a boat load (think ocean liner). I don't understand why people are surprised that they are selling shares, taking out loans from all corners, and are deeply in debt. That is simply what it takes to do what they are doing.
If they succeed, which looks likely, they will end up being worth billions. If not, they go bankrupt like the company that owned the Tunica plant before them.
$MULN
That is the kind of money it takes to start a company making vehicles, simple as that. I truely expect they have spent close to a half billion by now to get to where they are today.
$MULN
Bear in mind that these folks at Progressive Care are not software developers. They relied on their contractor, who let them down. The contractor should have made sure, working with them, that the software was fully vetted. Doesn't sound like that was done properly.
$RXMD
Last I knew rumor had it that one toxic lender would not settle. Do you have new information? TIA
$FTWS
It went to the Expert Market due to the September changes.
What are we waiting on? Rumor has it that there is one toxic lender that won't settle, so they can't finish cleaning it up.
