oh hey look! our wikileaks whistleblower eli is back with some great catastrophic news for us!
i tried looking for sites with webcams streaming live video of CES. Saw a few, but none were around the Cellairis or motorola booths. i guess we can continue to look for such...
And don't forget Cellairis
http://www.phoneguard.com/cellairis/
Man, I think Elijah will be afraid to show his face after seeing these new findings. lol
NICE!!! Anyone notice?? On that Preway home page, if you watch the changing image, one of the image will show the new phoneguard logo on the lower left corner! Just watch!!
I'm pretty sure there will be several competitor products along with Phoneguard at CES, but I've been checking the list of vendors under in the "Safe Driver TechZone" and no vendors are listed.
CES needs to update their webpages
Go OPMG! illojical,
the agenda is here:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=70341279
He has been at step #7, and since PPS has not changed, he has gone thru and has just restarted at step #1 with his recent post.
"The International CES is expected to draw more than 140,000 attendees this year, which might not have even factored in the surge of "Beliebers" that will show up."
Source:http://www.ibtimes.com/articles/277171/20120105/ces-2012-justin-bieber-snooki-appearances.htm
This shows that Bieber is the MAIN attraction at CES this year. LOL!
If, at any time, he just walks over to the the Cellairis booth and shakes hand with St.Clair in front of all those beliebers, that will be golden for us opmg!
GMA video of CES celebs with BIEBER:
http://gma.yahoo.com/video/entertainment-26594234/celebs-at-ces-lady-antebellum-members-married-gma-pop-news-heat-index-27824728.html
I found this video just now. but i dont have sound! can someone watch and tell us what was said??
cant find anything either...
http://allday.today.msnbc.msn.com/heard-it-on-today
Speculation entry:
By fri: 0.026 (mostly from our loyal ihubbers here)
By next wed: 0.045 (from ppl that attended CES and having absorb what phoneguard is all about over the weekend)
By end of month: 0.13 (from influx of some initial big investors)
aside from all the speculation that phoneguard is teaming up with a hardware provider (motorola), to what extent is the speculation that it will strike any deals with a service carrier? i haven't seen any posts about that lately. but did anyone notice there are two huge verizon booths (30161, 30259) right next to cellairis's booth?
hmmmmmm....
opmg!
years ago when i first got into stocks, i decided to sign up with scottrade and not others, all because it has one of the cheapest transaction fees. i had no idea i would be getting into the complexities of trading pennies and having to comply with some additional regulations. for a while, i kept wondering what i was missing out due to not having signed up with bigger brokers like etrade, ameritrade, etc. but what a lucky decision i made!
sillywog, please do share it on other boards. i dont have membership to those boards so I cant post.
wow. being a basketball fan, i guess i should share some comments about the recent news as well. dwight howard's investment in opmg is a HUGE accomplishment and an indicator of how prominent and attractive phoneguard has become. first, we all know that bieber is a huge fan of the nba and involves himself with shootarounds and events with the nba players all the time (https://www.google.com/#sclient=psy-ab&hl=en&source=hp&q=bieber+nba&pbx=1&oq=bieber+nba&aq=f&aqi=g1g-m2g-ms1&aql=&gs_sm=e&gs_upl=1017l4171l0l5479l12l8l1l2l2l0l219l1209l0.7.1l11l0&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.r_cp.,cf.osb&fp=aaf6f60421662e5e&biw=1680&bih=930). secondly, among the nba players, dwight is probably the most colorful and well-known of all of them due to his media-loving personality and creative humor. he has drawn HUGE attention to himself as "SUPERMAN" over the last 2 nba seasons during the all-star dunking contest. (obviously, he took that superman title away from shaq). for non-nba fans, they would STILL know who he is - as that lovable superman who dunked a 12-foot rim - if only that. regarding his love for media, remember all those commercials he did for tmobile with other nba stars, and also the most recent one for that call of duty modern warfare 3 game? my point is, dwight has a large public face, and can (and probably will) spread the word about phoneguard just as much and just as effective as bieber. im sure opmg management will take advantage of this fact and put it to use soon. lastly, don't forget that st. clair himself has great love for the nba game. last year when st. clair was added to the bod, we all saw what kind of news our investors have dug up (he negotiated and executed the first presenting sponsorship for the Miami Heat of the National Basketball Association). my point is, it's just great that st. clair and bieber are using their connections to other outlets and interests to convey phoneguard's cause to, and it shouldn't be such a big surprise to have nba players on board.
13M shares?!?! WTF!!!!??? I'm so jealous.
You're expecting to walk out here quietly without making a "concession post" to ken and everyone? C'mon, you know that's due!
kenswift, i think what eli is trying to say is he's going to send you some juicy crabs =)
haha yeah that comment is pretty funny
90-day restriction!? why so long? what caused the restriction?
That phone may or may not have been photoshopped onto Justin's pic, but for sure, that pic was taken last year during the same photo shoot that included st. clair, frohman and the brown family. Apparently, A LOT of poses were taken. You can find many dif ones on google:
http://bieberphotos.com/index.php?cat=166
http://weheartit.com/Amylouisebieber

Point is, it is most likely an old photo of Justin that was never released publicly, because it was chosen to be edited used just for this purpose of being displayed on their revamped site for 2012.
who is this "you" ur referring to? (parent post was deleted, so I couldn't tell for sure)
lol. berdboy is on a roll! nice finds!
Just did some research...
Scottrade has ScottradeELITE tool that can offer Level II as follows:
Level II is available for an access charge of $10 and is free to accounts with 10 or more commissioned trades per calendar month. A $10 charge will be billed to your account at the end of every month, but the $10 will be rebated back if you completed 10 or more commissioned trades by the end of trading on the last market day of the month.
Fidelity has Active Trader Pro tool that can offer Level II as follows:
Fidelity Active Trader Pro is available to customers based on household trading activity in a rolling twelve-month period: Households trading 36 times or more are eligible for Active Trader Pro; 72 times or more receive streaming watch lists and static Level II quotes; 120 times or more receive streaming news, streaming Level II quotes, streaming interactive charting, time and sales data and directed trading.
BTW, what is "household trading"??
Are Level II quotes always free from those brokers (Scottrade, Fidelity, TD, etc) if you have a trading account with them? Or would it be an extra service that you have to pay more for?
Fidelity's app on Android looks really good when I'm viewing my balances and getting quotes, but i've not tried trading on it yet. Their User Interface and menu is very intuitive.
Scottrade finally released its mobile app (for android) a few months ago. I've been waiting for that forever. It's good though. I won't say it's a "killer" type, but it did let me trade OPMG on it =)
I actually have both Scottrade and Fidelity, currently. I opened Scottrade a few years ago to trade common stock. I've always known about the $7 trade + 0.5% commission on pennies. The Fidelity account was opened for me by my company because it recently switched our ESPP services from Wells Fargo to Fidelity. So at this time, I'm only using it for ESPP. Never thought about trading pennies on Fidelity because I thought they were charging additional commission based on the NUMBER OF SHARES (as supposed to being based on total principle of the transaction). I know that some brokers charge 1 cent per share when trading pennies. But when we have a subpenny stock, it kinda doesnt make sense...
So if Fidelity only charges a Flat rate and nothing else, do you think I should solely use Fidelity and forget about Scottrade?
sorry I may have missed the original post for this issue, but why are we all suddenly talking about switching brokers and transferring accounts now? Did some new law go into effect that prevents transactions from certain brokers?
Does Fidelity have any other additional fees for trading pennies besides the $7.95 fee? I know that Scottrade's trades are $7 each, but when trading stocks under $1, they also take a 0.5% (that's 0.005) commission based on the principle amount of the transaction.
What's the point of digging up this old info that most people already now about?
Eli, you have a well, set-in-stone agenda here.
1) Post negative opinions about OPMG, saying they're backed by hard facts.
2) Research for hours/days for those hard facts, but only to find obsolete, irrelevant, old news articles that have no relevance to the current state of the Company.
3) Post those irrelevant articles anyway.
4) Claim a reverse split is inevitable and is coming soon.
5) (Being questioned by board members) Give seemingly articulate (but actually shallow) explanation on why PPS will go down by paraphrasing some highly general theories from marketing/econ textbooks.
6) (Under intense fire from board members) Tell board members you hope OMPG succeeds and that all investors will make money.
7) Wait to attack the next positive post about OPMG.
8) While waiting, say "If PPS drops to $0.005, will buy in. Otherwise, GLTA".
9a) If PPS dips a tick or two, exclaim "What did I tell you guys last week?", and digs up one's old "marked" post.
9b) If PPS rises a tick, frantically searches for answers why it's rising and asking board members to "show proof" for their positive predictions.
10) Go back to step 1
..And what a sad agenda it is.
Yes, I think I just saw the same news report on "distracted driving" as you on my local NBC news station just now. They product they talked about is called "CellControl". There's two parts to it: 1) software installed on your phone and 2) small device that you plug into your OBD port of your car.
See it here: http://www.cellcontrol.com/stop-texting-while-driving-how-it-works/
Seems to me that it does the same thing as PhoneGuard's no-texting feature, and that's it. It doesn't have other functions that PhoneGuard offers. It was also noted that there's no support on iphone at this time, and that they are working on it. However, one thing about their design that seems more superior than PhoneGuard is the fact that since it is NOT GPS-based, it is able to "Blocks only while driving YOUR vehicle(s)". (http://www.cellcontrol.com/stop-texting-while-driving-feature-comparrison/). I guess it's because that plug-in device, once plugged in, communicates specifically with YOUR car's computer.
Anyway, I'm just sharing info here. One thing I do know for sure is that PhoneGuard BETTER start doing something quick, since this example is just one of many others that show that companies are trying to get in on this distracted driving movement.
What would be a reasonable and realistic buyout pps, if it were to occur?
"Looking for a good reason to buy" is fine, but DOES NOT equate to bashing and downplaying the company's potential and, in general terms, talking $@%* about a company, with hopes of dragging the pps way down so that one could buy in at a low price. It seems that you are committed to doing the latter. This will mislead a lot of investors, and especially the new ones that we all need to help from to provide a good support.
You probably will hear (CHIRP) from Eli for a while, while he is now hiding and desperately doing his research to find any info that he can to try to disprove the potential Motorola + Phoneguard deal.
Thanks for the info, sillywog. I agree =)
In regards to Ken's Flipper's Flowchart, I've found some interesting real-life examples:

And then there is hypocrisy:

Elijah,
Not personally attacking you, so no defense is necessary. I just think that it's NOT rude to NOT have to "remind" people anything, fact or opinion, about this company. Like you said, the info is public. So responsible shareholders will and should do their own DD. Why do you feel the need you need to warn people about this and that? To my knowledge, you have not been hired as financial advisor or a stock market instructor by anyone on this board, so you will not be blamed for not forecasting/warning about anything. You're creating your own trouble by giving unnecessary opinions about OPMG ,especially, since you're not even a shareholder anymore. Apparently, your credibility on this board has taken a hit due to this distrust.
"...I want to give props if the company did something good. I'm neither a cheerleader or basher."
Is that so? It's far from exaggeration to say that you always try to dampen every single praise that someone gives here about OPMG, and always try to downplay every single PR that the company surfaces.
One word: OVERCRITICISM
Here's what I recently read in a teambuilding exercise:
"Overcriticism lies on the dominant side of the spectrum. One or two people on the team may tend to seize control of the discussion by overcriticizing all new ideas. When your team is trying to brainstorm, problem solve, or reach decisions, overly critical members can keep the team from making progress."
I have nothing against you personally, but to see this sense of negative (not constructive) criticism in every single post every time you speak up is just rude and sad. Opinions are always welcomed, but such negativity is not in the interest of this board, and it benefits nobody on our team of stockholders. Your calm and collective way of persistently taking a jab at everything people say does not justify anything. If you're dying to play whistleblower on others, I suggest you go post on WikiLeaks.
I hope you do understand what I'm saying and that you'll only speak what's necessary.
$330000 invested right now? holy cow!
