Please don't ignore also some facts. Bayport's history, while under EXIT ONLY, shareholders had not much luck, according to reports ( I was not invested to thoses times). Later on, when they became Bayport International, not to be confounded with Bayport Corp., I was invested, but they also made a reverse split, and then they did not dilute further. They only diluted resticted shares, which are not outstanding and not traded. The resticted shares are used to control the company.
Maybe the biodiesel is associated with Bayport's MJ business. MJ seed oil can be converted to fatty oil esters, which form a part of biodiesels.
I woudn't say, that investors here all need agree with you. The DD which I have made more than one year ago showed that there might be some interesting things to discover. Of course, until now BAYP has not confirmed all of them, because some things are relied on old news, and it's unclear, what happened to the projects.
But there were some interesting news out, and I think you will still be able to find them:

Browse the old news back in the news list of BAYP on otcmarkets.com I doubt that there is an update to the old projects soon, but some projects, especially their oil- and gas wells are still under the control of BAYP.
Investors who had shares from the R/S indeed might improve their chance for some gains, if they buy some shares at this much lower level. I'm also in doubt somehow with BAYP, but on the long run, I hope still, that we sees pps n the range above the post-R/S level.
I would appreciate, if your prediction comes true. If we reach this goal with small steps, that would alo be nice for many, who bought in here below 0.01.
Yes, volume was much higher in avaerage this week. In addition, BAYP closed in the green yesterday. We saw several days in line, where it closed always in the green.
Even with the price decline today at low volume, we are still over 0.01. I instantly hope, that we will not go under this again.
I agree, no dilution has occured on the outstanding shares, which are traded on the Pink Board.
Maybe in future. I will also depend somehow on the oil price.
It seems, that they only increased restricted shares, with which they controll the company about issuanace of these shares to close shareholders or themself.
I agree, much more attention in the last days.
Hairs are growing here, very slowly. At least yesterday. Maybe today, too.
That's the point: I also hope, that the current price level is supported, and we see an upward trend.
Stainability with investing in oil and gas can be achieved by planting more trees. Especially afforestation in countries at the edge of deserts would be a good idea.
Nice to hear, that they have updated the actual share structure. That indicates, that the PR guy makes good attemps to do his job well.
Sounds after a good trade, well done. Good luck.
Nice performance for one trading day.
Nice step upwards. What we lost yesterday is up today.
GLTA, too.
I also think, that they are at the begin of more production and they are searching for distribution chanels.
Hhhm, the pop lasted for one day. The uptrend was nice. Yes, I agree, price level is still much uder post reverse split levels. I am just hoping, that we reach this level once again.
You're right damit, but I would say, that some more speculating interest comes back with this news. The news indicate that there's something brewing, otherwise they would not have initiated the JV with an oil- and gas distributor.
As soon as some intersting news are out, some more traders step in. Welcome to the BAYP board.
Yes, the news from today seems to be in agreement with a positive business development. I think, that this step brings them closer to their marketing efforts.
The news of the JV with the JFK Oil Terminal Corporation is related to Thomas Boone Pickens, one of the greatest oil and gas investors in the US ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/T._Boone_Pickens ). I a video found through the website of JFK Oil Terminal Corp. he explains the importance of natural gas as an energy bridge for the future:

According to latest company report, no significant dilution occured.
According to latest news, they're still actively producing oil and gas. Now Bayport seems to be a step closer to the marketing of their oil.
Bayport has announced that they have successfully arranged a joint venture with JFK Oil Terminal Corp. I assume, that they have also finished their project with the pipeline, because now they need a distributor and a oil shipping terminal for their oil. This is why they have undergone the JV with JFK Oil Terminal Corp.

You give a very good and short summary about Bayport's activity.
With respect of former management, I guess you want to reate to Exit Only. To my understanding, Porter's were also involved with EXTO.
Hmm, it is going down again, but we had this level alraedy before. I'm a little bit confused about this stock.
Right, there can't be party time all time.
I think the development they have initiated last year hopefully pay out this year. The annual report will give us some more details I hope.
I guess, most long-timers are in the red.
Yes, ohiotom, you seems to try out a lot of stocks/women, too. Sometimes it is really good for the mind, to drop something, to get rid of it. You seems to have a lot of divorces already.
Not the first day with zero volume. Seems like all shares are sold.
What party is here going on without me? No party at all, zeo Volume. At least some posters here meet to chat. That's sometimes better that the stock.
I'm a shareholder who is holding shares, if any. I'm not influencing their business, since they should know on their own how to do it.
Yes, BAYPORT GOOOOO, Bbt I have not met the managemnet yet. I think they are on the right way.
Game plan sounds good. Better would be an oil and gas exploration plan
You are the junior and are teaching the daddy!
