We need some news to get the short squeeze going and push the MMs out of here. You know there here when you hear all the bashers.
Read the opening statement on pg 17. It states these are forward looking statements and you should not place undue diligence on them.
Then on pg 18, they state Their new management goal is to build shareholders value. Then they state their option to dilute.
Make sure you read it in it's entirely and understand the reasoning behind the statements. It depicts options if they are unable to reach their goals. Which is ultimately to do what they need to keep the company operating.
Does not mean they are planning to dilute or are diluting.
GRBTs Vortex technology is still patent pending and they sold a license back in Feb. Rumor has it they are making quite a bit of money from it. Many are expecting news soon.
So, the lesson is patents take time but doesn't stop product development or licensing. They just need to get the testing finished and the final prototypes. Whoever they sell the licensing agreement to will most definitely tailor the final product to meet the specs of the vehicle in which they will apply it.
I did email the company and asked if they are so bent on attracting investors that they should look at upgrading to QB with better reporting. Makes a big difference in attracting investors other than shareholders. Asked them to put it in their next podcast Q&A.
PK does have the most wiggle room but there are a few good companies here IMO.

Just stopped in after seeing it posted on MOMOs board about NWMT upgrading. I'll have to keep a close watch on this one. Hopefully they will push the webcast with some additional good news.
The bottom line is the patent has very little signifigance on the marketing of this product.
The determining factor is if this product does what WTCT claims. We all have our opinions but only WTCT truly knows what it can do or not do.
I will not say it does nor will I say it doesn't and I am sure know one else on here can either. WTCT management has had their problems in the past and we can all agree on that. The new management in my opinion has done better and I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt for a little while longer.
I have nothing to loose. I bought in at rock bottom and don't see it going much lower than the .0007 than a few weeks ago. If it does work out then we are better. Im giving them 6-8 months to make significant progress or Ill wash my hands. This is much longer than the short term investors will ever give. Im not looking to get rich and persuade the boards one way or the other. Invest if you want or wait.

Ginger10, you can go to the USPTO and do a search and find most everything your looking for. I promise you you will find hundreds of patents that claim to save fuel through some kind of fuel reforming technology. Just like you'll find hundreds of patents for products similar to 3M post it notes and just about every other product that you think is proprietary.
That is why I don't put much value in the patent. It holds value but not the key to whether this product is successful. I suggest you do your own research and draw your own conclusions to both the reformer and the company. Don't rely on the BS you here on this message board.

Just so we are all clear. Over 250 patents already granted since March, 2011 for fuel reformer type patents. This includes all types of reformers. I'm guessing that 251 isn't going to be a problem. Like I said the patent is and never will be the key to success for this device. What we need is an outside investor from a major manufacturer. Further testing will help but the final device I imagine will be not be the same for every vehicle in which it is installed. Hope to hear some more good news in the next couple weeks on where they are going from here. Maybe some names of interested parties.
Patents are easy to get. I don't understand where you get this from. The only hard part is waiting. USPTO has a 1.5 year back log. I agree there probably are fuel reformer/vortex/etc etc. etc. patents out there and there are going to be a hundred more approved in the years to come. Patents mean nothing other than you can't use their design. Make minor changes and it's not the same patent. See it done all the time. So, I can see know reason why they won't get a patent. Unless it's an exact copy of one already filed. That's why I put nothing into the patent making this company move forward. They can still make license agreements under patent pending.
What will make this move forward is results and financing. Venture capitalists other then the shareholders. Time will tell but I still feel this product and new management is more solid than most pinkies.
That is a good sign shareholders expect holding will payoff. Don't want to get back in when things get hot at a higher price.

Finally got a chance to see the podcast. Glad to hear they will be going after licensing agreements instead-of trying to sell the patent. Just so everyone is clear waiting on a patent approval means nothing. These are just formalities all companies work through. They still make licensing agreements with manufacturers with patent pending as they can with patents. This company has a much stronger management and I expect great things from this company in the next 3-4 months. I feel they have a stronger product moving forward than other pinkies. JMO.

Great to hear from someone first hand. I know things take time especially in the R&D world. Been there and seen many great products that never made it to market. The problem with those were that they were so complexed that manufacturing at a high volume was impossible and not economically feasible. Just a glance at the pics from the white sheets this product looks much simpler and manufacturable.
To all that are worried about the patent, DON'T. Patents take time to be reviewed and approved. This is just the way things work at the USPTO. This has no real effect on moving this product forward from where they are. The key factor is manufacturable prototypes that produce the same results. In the R&D world once you have a sustainable prototype product you must recreate it in a manufacturable type that can deliver the same results. That is where WTCT and Air Pure is at. Once this happens which I suspect within the next 6 months, then the company will explode.
But of course this is JMO from working with alternative R&D companies.
They posted it as reply to an inquiry on twitter. They originally said it would be out today.
WTCT news out a.m. tomorrow! Til then i expect volume to remain low.
Let's be realistic here! I would love to see this company get going. At this stage contracts are not an option. What we would like to see and help solidify the findings would be a nice third party venture capitalist such as a major automotive manufacturer. This would send this stock skyrocketing. Let's hope that we get some good news tomorrow and they answer some good questions in their podcast.

POSSIBLE!!! What I am about to state is my own conclusion drawn from my own research. In no way am I implying that the fuel reformer does what WTCT claims.
After discussing the basis of the fuel reformer with some professors at the university in which I worked conducting R&D I have concluded that the principle or theory behind the reformer is possible. Through ultrasonic energy being introduced into the hydrocarbon fuel causing near vaporization by means of heat prior to entry into the combustion chamber could cause more complete combustion. Resulting in less emissions and more chamber pressure. Of course this creating more chemical energy to be converted into mechanical energy the basic principle of combustion engines.
Stoichiometric or theoretical combustion is ideal combustion process where fuel is burned completely.
[C + H (fuel)] + [O2 + N2 (Air)] -> (Combustion Process) -> [CO2 + H2O + N2 (Heat)]
Of course theoretical is the key cause it has not been achieved. Many things can factor into this equation. Quality of fuel and mixture of gases in atmospheric air. Automotive manufacturers have made considerable increases in technology to advance and regulate or prepare these two factors for combustion. Once a carburetor is now injectors to better atomize the fuel. Several air sensors regulate the amount of air entering the chamber. This has resulted in a reduction in emissions and an increase in mpg.
Now there are a lot of variables that need to be taken into consideration and I am by far not a scientist of stiochiometry or chemistry.
I have read the white page results and the only real tests conducted by the lab in Colorado was the emissions test. The mileage test were conducted in house by AIre Pure Systems. I do however believe the emission results. Usually where there is a reduction in emissions there is an increase in power. The increase in CO2 (carbon dioxide) which increases in more complete combustion reassures me there is something to this reformer.
As stated before this is my own opinion and research and in no way endorses the claims by WTCT.
Hope this gives some guys a better understanding behind what the reformer claims to do.

Wallstguru, if there is something to the Ford rumor you heard it would coincide with WTCT's plan to push it toward OEM market as they stated. I'm in no way saying there is any validity to the rumor, just saying It would make sense if their trying.
When I spoke with WTCT today which by the way is more than happy to entertain questions from investors. He reassured me that the Detroit Lab is EPA certified. They are an accredited facility. We can expect the new website and podcast to be up hopefully tomorrow which will lay to rest some of these questions. When the results are published regardless of pos. or neg. they will be certified form an accredited facility which will speak volumes about this product.
Most scammers steer away from speaking directly with investors and use only PR. I can only speak on my behalf that this reassures me the company is attempting to do the right things. JMO.
Does anyone know when WTCT filed for a patent? I know they revised and international patent. It takes at least a year to get one approved in the U.S. What other countries they filed in could grant them a lot sooner. Either way, the lawyer fees, research fees, and patent office fees alone are quite expensive. I don't believe a company would go through this expense if they did not somewhat believe in their product. The lab results and finacnial backing is what will move this forward.

That would definitely send this to another level if a major auto manufacturer showed interest. My feeling is we will here some PR Friday. Don't know what it will be but Fridays have historically been good days to release to carry through the weekend.
I don't blame the MM's. The volume this stock has been trading at is only fueling there shorting fire. Don't get me wrong I still have my reservations on the reformer. I have spent most of my life in research and development and have seen some great products that do what they claim and never make it to market. I understand their concept and your reservation that even if there is a change in the structure of the fuel molecule what keeps it that way once it leaves the reformer. Well, I'm not a chemist and can't answer that. The bottom line is this if this company diluting now then they are shorting themselves. They could let it run and start diluting at a lot higher ask. I'm here for longer stay than the average day trader moving big volume for smaller gains. Guess I just need to stop by Arden, NC and take a look for myself. Be down there next month. I'll draw my final conclusion then.
