Yeah, I'm long APPL and have been for a while. As a matter of fact AB and I used to trade/discuss it all the time but it's really just been a hold for the last year or so. I in no way think it's doing anything more than a retrace but this should be a great opportunity to add before new ATH's. I'm looking for a retrace into the yellow area which represents the 4th wave of one lesser degree.
I know today didn't go exactly as planned but I think I've earned a little leeway with my NG calls. I really think we need a bigger wave 2 pullback to reach the highs I'm looking at for wave 3. These shallow wave 2's almost never end up producing the kind of rally we'll need to see in order for NG to make the gains I'm tracking. As a matter of fact if we don't get a larger retrace here It'll most likely mean we have something more bearish going on that I'm missing. I know that sounds counterintuitive but that's the way it works.
DWTI-UWTI-CL, The next little micro high over $61.83 should be the end of this retrace. I'm still holding DWTI because I didn't set my stop but no worries because I'll be rounding it out on the next spike and holding overnight. If you don't agree or like the call I suggest you make your own decision and follow your gut. No one is perfect and I'm wrong a lot so this may just be another one of those times.
Now as far as downside count goes I'm not changing anything and still think we see between $37 and $32.
How's my APPL call doing. Seriously I'd like guys imput from you guys.
I'm going to keep this simple for NG, we need to be looking lower and depending on how low we go I'll know exactly where we're at. If I you're short I'd be ready to sell the next dip and if I we're long I'd just hold. If I didn't have a position I'd be buying the heck out of the dip. The yellow box is the first target area and the red box is the second target area. IMO it's going to take off after this retrace so be prepared.
Can someone please give me a market oil and nat gas update, please
$61.31CL would give me reason to consider cutting my loses on DWTI
Guys i'm watching NG closely and yes I'm a bit concerned here but I'm telling you retrace from Friday through yesterday was very shallow. For those of you that don't have a lot of experience trading nat gas and oil this is very a good sign for longs. We could very well be in an expanded flat which will put a hurting on day traders that chased to get in this morning. For now I'm continuing to hold DGAZ and not interested in UGAZ until closer to $2.70NG. For those of you that are long UGAZ I wish you luck.
If we get one more low out of CL under $59.48 that would give us 5 down and would be a great sign much lower levels are on the way. It would also give me a much better idea of where the wave 2 bounce should end up which in turn would give us all a solid entry point for DWTI.
NG is right up it resistance. We don't want to see $2.91 broken "YET". It is possible that the low at $2.785 was the bottom of wave 2 but that would be a very very shallow wave 2 retrace and I just don't think that was it. We may not make it all the way to $2.70 but at a minimum I would expect $2.74 or $2.74. Guess we'll find out. Good Luck.
For those of one that are new to the board I've added a 5 min CL chart the the ibox.
Added DGAZ at $5.86 and DWTI just under $63, good luck
Man I hope GDX holds up into the open. I see nothing but bullish counts on this damn chart. It may finally be our chance to make up some ground.
Nat Gas could have started it's b wave this morning. I'm still expecting it to move lower before the start of the 3rd wave. I'll be working today so should have time to monitor progress.
As a matter of fact if we get a reversal here befor $61.65 from DWTI will have a 1st target of over $80.
No way Wrinkles, this is what I was waiting for to enter. Right now DWTI is in the sweet zone for entry.
We should have a chance to add off this bounce but it's not a lock yet. As soon as I make my entries I'll post it.
Here's another one I posted over the weekend.
