What is a TOU?
Any statement they release IS official. Re-read your post.

SGB - To suggest that the company issue a PR just to take advantage of keeping the PPS up without any significant event is reprehensible. This is exactly what the penny scam stocks do. I am glad you are not part of CGFIA's management.
It appears that Diogenes is still carrying his lamp.

If you read the post, it says expect news REGARDING drms not FROM drms.

I'm not wondering. The swing tomorrow will be right back to .00095 at the open.

Harvard Man - Come on, get real. The mistake is in a missing zero between the dot and the nine.

With what?
Lt.
Naw - No one will sleep tonight wondering if it was a mistake or not. LOL. We know it was though.

Of course it's a fat finger. Missing a zero between the dot and the nine.

You make a very good point, pals.

FWIW - I've been here only a short time and bought last November before I listened in on the last mining board meeting. My brother (for real) has been here and posting for a long time, therefore, I can empathize with those who have been averaging down and waiting for this stock to make them some money. Many of you have put into this stock a lot more than I.
I'm not bashing or pumping this stock, however, based on my DD, I believe CGI has but one more opportunity to get the permit. Whether that opportunity comes in March, April or May, if they don't get the permit the company will cease to exist.
They were pretty close with the permit in December with a couple of things needing to be resolved. There was a pissing contest with the board's staff and CGI management must recognize by now that they need to "play well with others".
There is nothing wrong with HOPE nor with realism. In that regard, I am betting that CGI receives the permit (likely with conditions), however, I am prepared to completely loose any investment I have put into this company. If I wasn't prepared to loose my investment, I shouldn't be here or anywhere else in the market.
GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF YOU!

"$100 won't make you rich." You're right! I certainly thought about that. Thing is, I already have 4MM and don't really care if I get it today or not. We'll see.
Lt.
ak - order for 1MM at .001 still in and still have 1/2 the day. Good Luck to you.
Lt.
I have an order in at .001. This stock will either blow up or bust.

Jena - I think the permit will be approved in March or April, likely with conditions, but still approved.
The PPS should get a good jolt then.
I take it you don't believe that?
Lt.
Thank you Bob. I missed that estimate of 1-2MM.
When approval happens, they will still be looking for $$$. CGFIA has great potential, however, it's going to be a while before they are profitable.

I appreciate your wisdom, Jenna. You wouldn't have 3MM shares if you didn't believe CGFIA was going to get the permit. They are a dead entity if they don't (see I read the 10Q). If I am a mark, then we both are.
At least I am asking the right questions to those I do not know to those who just may know. I have an exit plan in place, however, now is a good time to re-evaluate it and make changes if appropriate.
Thank you for your help/advice and good luck to you.

I hope you don't mind my asking these questions, but, it's my money I'm investing.
I have to ask 1) who are the good ol' boys (I assume you mean CGFiA management), 2)who is going to throw money at CGFIA and 3) How much money are whom ever willing to throw?
Thank you.
Lt.
P.S. I am betting on permit approval and have 4MM shares. I'm trying to determine how long I want to play this stock.
Doc, Of course it will take a at least a couple of Million.
Now the question is: How do you think CGFIA acquire the $$ necessary in order to restart operations?
Lt.
Assuming permit approval in March, does anyone have an opinion on 1) how much time it will take to restart the operations and 2) how much money it will take to restart the operations?
Thanks in advance.
Lt.
Hey Bro! I either am not old enough or am to old and forgot.
Financing issue: Clearly CGFIA has to raise some capital. Issue for the retail stockholder that will effect PPS is not necessarily how (I think we all know how - R/S & then dilution).
The most important question for John Q. Stockholder is when and whether it follows the permit approval or preceed it. Less shares are required at a higher PPS to aquire the same amount of capital so I believe the R/S & dilution will occur after approval.
Personally, I haven't fallen in love with this stock and very shortly after approval, I will be looking to sell. Perhaps buy back in toward the end of the year, if the company gets the approval.
Good luck to all of you. There are a lot of good posters here.

Looking back at the market cap in '08 that would be a pps today of .04. Good potential here. They need to open up the mill before anything happens though.

Corson, I was on a code enforcement board for over 10 years. Boards generally want to help. If they can find a solution to benefit both parties they will head in that direction. Like juries they look for compromise. CGFIA's biggest mistake was not providing the board with a way to compromise. JMO Lt.
FWIW, here's my take on the board meeting:
First, CGFIA says staff (gov't employees) don't know schiit & I've brought a brigade of PE's and PhDs to prove it. 2) Staff says doesn't matter! Piss us off and you won't get anywhere! 3) Board says if CGFIA smarten up & learn to play better with staff, this might get somewhere. Incidently, you (CGFIA) didn't respond in time so now pay up!
CGFIA put themselves into a pissin contest with staff and staff won. They failed to provide the board with any options for them to compromise with: i.e. here is the stuff that needs doing and here is the plan for doing it. I'm not at all impressed with the mgmt of CGFIA. Their attitude was inappropriate and unprofessional.
The issue now is can CGFIA learn how to play well with others and get staff willing to compromise or have they so severely damaged the relationship that there will be no compromises? If the former then this could get permitted again. If the later, we are all waisting time, effort and money.

This guy is telling the board that their staff is full of schiit the right way.
Man, Don't think Lam Blasting the staff in the intro is going to make friends and influence people.
