TNP already stated they voted yes to all.

So what do you make of all this Lowtrade? Any thoughts?
We never received anything at home either.
Thank you very much!
Thanks so much for sharing, it is very appreciated by all on this board.
Did they pat everyone down for sharp objects LOL...
Boy I hope not, seems odd that the room doesn't show held at 1:00 pm?
wonder if they got spooked with the level of hate email/calls they have received? But regardless you still have the meeting.
You will have to inquire if it got moved to another room?
If they cancel that meeting given that shareholders have traveled to attend you are talking about one ugly ending....
There was much talk of the "VC" investors, Lowtrade speaks of that often...so I sit here this morning wondering are they also thinking WTH with the chain of events? And are the really big hitters that invested with promises of rainbows of gold going as well looking for an explanation?
Did they know they were going to stop production for a quarter? Random thoughts on what will be an interesting day.
I think Mitch and Rob underestimate the position they have put themselves in with having a public forum and allowing those that have invested for years to come vent. Will be curious if they have the same arrogance that they generally project.
Was it just TNP going today that we knew of?
And what exactly is that response to? Don't see much to be excited about at the moment.
Sums up how I voted and how I feel. If it is shut down just look for a buyer or a JV. They do not know how to take what is worth alot of money and make it profitable.
They are near very profitable mining businesses. I do believe those resources are in the ground and they could sell and make alot of money.. and they need to do exactly that.
Wish that was one of the choices they gave us.
Vote NO to all of it..
So, wonder how many emails PCFG got in the last 24 hours?
And have to almost think that those that are heavily invested decide to go because of this...
I can't make heads or tails, not that anyone else can. I do believe they wanted the majority vote going into this to do whatever they want.
But why drive the price down? I am not savvy enough to know the answers, only that they fleeced us.
Anyone on here going? Would love to hear about it...
I will get out of this stock either break even or with a profit someday.. just have to play the game smarter. And when I get out, I will never play again.
Disgusting... no other word....
I voted no to the R/S and certainly didn't vote them in as Directors.. and hope everyone takes the time to vote, whatever their personal choices are.
I still think there is a bigger picture, but don't think it is in the best interest of shareholders.
How arrogant to announce the closure the mine and the next week you are in Vegas at a shareholder meeting that is completely unnecessary.
Seriously.. that is the oddest PR I have ever seen. You own the frickin company yet you blame everyone that works there. Um, no, the people in charge are responsible for the success or failure. Did they think as they wrote that "oh, the investors will feel so much better and will be so much nicer to us next week when we meet"
One of my biggest pet peeves is not taking responsiblity for ones own actions.
Oh and they get a trip to Vegas on our dime too...
Forgive what is going to be an overall stupid post/rant... but what I can't wrap my head around is they restructure/get rid of debt. Get lots of funding for what many state are the "VC" they are always promised a run up to flip the shares. So where do all those that received shares stand now? They announce a dividend if you own as of November 1st but actually closed the plant mid October based on my email from NDEP. They are having a shareholder meeting next week in Vegas to vote... do you really want to meet shareholders in person?
The timing of everything makes no sense...The only thing I can give them credit for is they actually gave this information before the meeting and during the time we are voting.
I hope we get bought out... theres gold there but they don't have a frickin clue how to get it out of the ground... but their neighbors do...
I emailed ndep. They stated "it is my understanding that the black rock facility has been in temporary closure since October 19"
Random question, if PCFG was going to sell or JV would they have to stop production for any length of time until the deal was completed and announced?
Link??
Good to hear
I just spent 15 minutes on the phone with Vanguard, they had 2 proxy #'s but stated they did not work and were trying to research why. I finally said I would try the 2 #'s provided (one dated 10/22 and one dated 11/1) in a few days. Then she looked at the Proxy information on the website and scanned it and stated that she thought it would be by mail?
We left it that I would wait a few more days to see if either the proxy # worked or I rec'd something via mail.
Glad someone got an answer from Mitch.
Hey trapper, do you have the phone number to call or will my brokerage rep tell me? I emailed Vanguard but they stated I have to call in before they give me the proxy number. Will do that tomorrow, has been challenging as I just got phone/internet/cable today from the store.
I want this to succeed as much as the next person but I also don't think conspiracy theories that MSHA is holding back or not updating. Many other mines have their numbers.
Good or bad, PCFG doesn't want the numbers known yet.
Roll the dice and wait I guess...
If I punch in "Gold" it pulls up several dozen mines with the name gold they all have 3rd quarter loaded.
What sounds more reasonable is the page that you are referencing that states it hasn't been updated since 8/8 hasn't been updated rather than the first page of MSHA that states 11/2.
Let's face it, they don't want us to know that #'s.. good or bad.. they aren't releasing them until they are damn good and ready.
If you look up Barrick for example the 3rd quarter are there. Just not going for any theories that MSHA is holding back or the system isn't properly updated. My personal thoughts are that they haven't submitted the numbers because they don't want them released yet. But again, just my opinion.
I don't necessarily think that is true on MSHA, it states on the front page that it was last run November 2.
Personally, I think PCFG just hasn't sent over the information yet, don't think it has anything to do with MSHA.
The last weekly update was run November 2, 2012.*
* We update a majority of the information on the Mine Data Retrieval System weekly, early Friday mornings. Violation, VPID, and Dust Sampling Data, to include Quartz sampling data, is updated daily. The information provided by the Mine Data Retrieval System (MDRS) is based on data gathered from various MSHA systems. As there may be a lag time in data being entered into those systems, there will also be a lag in the reflection of that data on the MDRS.

Glad to hear you are ok....it's been quite a week for us on the East Coast
Always appreciated!

I think you did too :) your sharing this is appreciated.
I agree, no excuses for a delay.
Any thoughts as to why the MSHA #'s aren't posted? Are they required to post on time and can they withhold without being penalized?
Thank you for posting.. intersting..
Not sure if anyone has ever read the page on Pilot Mtn but it is interesting, states it was updated 10/12.

I tried yesterday after seeing the post about the glitch and didn't get any notifications on Vanguard, I cancelled the order but wanted to see for myself... hopefully it is straightened out. But what is odd is I came home to a message from Vanguard to call regarding an order. When I called back they just said it was in error and apologized and never stated what the issue was.
Have no idea if one had to do with the other or just a coincidence.

Pilot Mountain is mentioned #3
Sure is, I have averaged down but I sure hope it was a smart move. This waiting is not for the faint at heart...
