Hi Iglow,
Thanks for the response
Lets take a look.
The purchase order press release dated January 31, 2017
http://www.marketwired.com/press-release/bemax-inc-receives-new-purchase-order-11million-deliveries-starting-february-2017-be-otcbb-bmxc-2192295.htm
"This new purchase order resulting from the long-term supplier agreement filed on November 16, 2015 is the first tranche of purchase order in 2017, with Bethel Imports paying for each consignment before shipment by Bemax. Bemax expects to complete shipment of this order in Q4 2016, which set the company on track to meet its projected revenue for the current fiscal year. "
The 10Q filed April 21, 2017 page 17.
“The Company had $24,960 in sales for the three months ended February 28, 2017 compared to $246,119 for period ended February 29, 2016. This reduction is due to inability to secure viable and less dilutive financing to effectively finance purchase orders.”
A purchase order is NOT a check. It is an agreement to purchase goods, between buyer and seller.
I'm a serious investor.
And although you do make some good points they are too negative. You have an agenda and therefore I take what you say with a grain of salt.
As has been proven over and over.
When she delivers the diapers to Bethel she will be paid. If she does not deliver she does not get paid.
Pretty simple. That's why it didn't show in the quarterly.
Maybe a mod could sticky this
Thank you corndog
I didn't mean that as a derogatory comment.
She been busy building her company.
I agree maybe she's been out of town taking care of other markets. Africa, Europe, the US, and now Australia is in the works.
Trying to eliminate the fees from customs is a smart move.
All the savings can be passed onto the consumer or put back into the company.
Just my opinion of course.
I'm here for the long run I know things may not go as planned but I do believe she is doing everything she can to promote and build her business.
LB
One thing for sure.
She's been busy.
It vanished a long time ago
I received an email from the promoter of the "Savvy Family Expo" I asked if Bemax has registered. Apparently they have received many emails with the same questions.
Their response:
"We just received a registration application from the company Bemax Diapers this week. It is not fully processed and already we are receiving many emails like yours asking if they are part of the event."
Shes not full of it as some would presume.
She is the only CEO I have seen on the OTC that does what she says.
$BMXC
I hit the ask, but it went at .0074.
Me too
GOOD MORNING $BMXC
Thanks corn dog I agree.
In fact I picked up more today.
What you don't realize it that I invest what I can afford to lose.
If I win great if I lose oh well.
Thanks for the advise though.
I guess I'm not that sophisticated
I didn't I averages up
Just another buying opportunity, before this reverses.
Oh and the fat finger that took out all the stop loss orders
With multiple companies at one address I would suspect it to be a storage facility.
In this day and age. Everyone is used to instant gratification.
They forget that I takes time to build a company.
Bemax will take off, the CEO is doing the right things.
Just a matter of time.
According to the sticky by "corn dog".
If we get just 1/10 of 1% of the market that's 39.4 mil
I went to a chain store yesterday and bought a razor I've never heard of. There are larger razor companies out there. Guess what, the display was bare. New product, good quality, good price and they're getting a small piece of the market.
I was thinking of chlorine free natural fiber diapers. It doesn't really matter. She is giving the consumer another product to choose from and at a better price.
Believe me after raising 2 kids I would have welcomed the idea of another diaper to choose from, and if I saved money even better.
So good for her for giving families another choice.
With reference to the Cobb Pkwy address.
If other companies are using the same address, then maybe it is a storage facility. With multiple storage units.
Just a thought.
With reference to the piece of the diaper pie. Yes there is a huge market. Yes there are other companies selling diapers.
She only needs a small percentage of the pie to be successful.
She is offering a unique product. Which will/could fill a niche market.
Nice find DM
Here is what the Press Release said about the Purchase Order.
The 10Q released a week or so ago was for the 3rd quarter.
The annual report will be released sometime in July i believe.
This should show the purchase order and the sales form amazon.
Oh and this part also.
"A purchase order is a contract between the buyer and seller.
Not a check.
Bethel hasn't paid for the diapers yet. They will just before shipment by Bemax.
"This new purchase order resulting from the long-term supplier agreement filed on November 16, 2015 is the first tranche of purchase order in 2017, with Bethel Imports paying for each consignment before shipment by Bemax".
This is why she is taking on dept.
Once she gets paid. The loans will be paid.
Just my opinion"
I posted this a while back I'll post it once more.
"Let me spell it out once more.
She received a PO from Bethel for $1.1 mil.
They will pay her the $1.1 mil before
She ships the order.
"This new purchase order resulting from the long-term supplier agreement filed on November 16, 2015 is the first tranche of purchase order in 2017, with Bethel Imports paying for each consignment before shipment by Bemax"
A purchase order is a contract not a check.
This way she is protected in case they don't pay her.
She can take Legal action by talking to a professional called a lawyer.
A lawyer knows the law and gets paid lots of money.
I'm sure you're familiar with lawyers.
The $384k is to finance the purchase of the diapers for the Bethal order. The $710k is the profit after she gets paid. 710k+384k=1094k round up to 1.1mil
It's not on the financials because she hasn't gotten paid yet."
Whoops hit the button too soon
Patience WILL pay us in the end.
I know we ar
I think we all are.
It makes sense, that's how they make their money.
Just be patient.
As always just my opinion
Yeah that's what they do.
When they get their fill, they will back off and this will fly.
To all
As I have mentioned before a purchase order is a contract between the buyer and seller.
I does carry legal ramifications (for the buyer) if she (the seller) is not paid.
So with that said if for whatever reason she was unable to fill the order or the fulfillment of the order is not within the timeframe of the fiscal quarter.
It will not show up in the 10q
Because she hasn't been paid yet!
I agree
Picked 12k today.
I get paid tomorrow so I'll propably load a little more.
Definitely a hold.
I'm loaded up also for the long haul.
I agree
As soon as you said that it went away
Doesn't take much
Thanks nifler
Good Morning
$BMXC
Thanks corn dog
And thank you for your dd
Maybe s mod can sticky this.
Hers a thought.
Amazon is a sales outlet.
They sold them all.
I'm sure supplies will be replenished and sales can continue.
If you need more, you can get some at the bemax store.
