Nice call thus far on GSS. Chalkin money flow and Wilder's DMX are lined up well for futher advance. There are some other charts showing the same formations in the same time periods. Might indicate something is setting up here.
Seems to be company specific with a few on the rise and most still mired.
It sure has been, although I wish I'd had the precience to sell at 4 and buy back here. Messina has been a producing mine for a while though and ARQ is still in development in the Platveld.
Nice find. I had'nt considered looking for the black impowerment angle. Strategy ' appears to have backfired '.
No joke. Russ Winter has been buying this stock all the way down for two years at least, now it halves itself after the split. Got to be a bottom in here somewhere.
Anyone watching the ongoing pounding SPC is taking? As a credible midtier pgm producer expected to be able to grow production substantially within two years, one would think the point of undervaluation would be reached here soon.
Might have halted the slide but I'm not going to hold my breath
One of the more important posts I've read in quite a while. Thanks
Question is, is this thing headed back to .54? The Canplats results did'nt seem to bad and the price dropped. Only new deposits equal to the Apex Bolivia property can even hold their current price.
What the heck is going on with MVG? Is the mine plan in some kind of serious trouble? I keep watching for a deterioration of the slide and it seems there is no floor.
What happened to it's dog colaborator Strongbow? I guess I sould'nt complain to vehemently, the big wins I've had have been shear luck or so it would seem.
Casey is undoubtedly right and his recommendations have been the kiss of death recently.
Virtually no comment on I HUB regarding todays 1.8 million share volume. Some times these things come and go with out much effect as was the case with MNP last week or so. I still wonder what occurs to cause this kind of volume.
If I could find Eric, there are a few things I'd like to ask him about.
Who are 'they' anyway? Is all this stuff air in your opinion? I think there must be some legit exploration companies out there somewhere.
What do you think of this thing at this point? Some body from IR keeps leaving messages on my phone. That's the only company in the universe to do that. On another topic, EDR posted a big black candle on Friday. I've been waiting for a signal to buy and that does'nt look like it.
Taking the case of the optomistic veiw, how can they manage a feat like running rhe stock to three dollars? Technicaly this stock and it's stable partner JIN look like two dead mules that could do nothing more than draw flies. ETG on the other hand looks like it might be beginning to stir.
so how are we to interpret this 833,000 + warrant news? Big overhang on the share price or one more nail in the coffin of this melted down chart?
I was wondering if you've had a chance to check the Mineweb Global gold and silver watchlist. There are market cap to resource ounce ratios for over eighty companies world wide. Alamos is figured at 65$. Miramar is figured at 471$. I can't figure out how they are arriving at these numbers. If you get a chance, it would be interesting to here your opinion on this rather elaborate page.
Any stocks that are holding up thru this period are going to be some formidable leaders if things turn around. Good drill results are met with selling. Excellent production results and low pe's are the only thing the market wants. We are back to the toughest enviornment possible, kind of what I've gotten used to. No wonder I get caught flat footed when a rally forms up.
That number thirteen hole is spectacular. and the price drops five cents. The market in these issues now has alzheimers. These guys just keep doing their job regardless and may even be able to pull strongbow out of the mud.
Following your current thinking, I'm not sure how far any of this is away from becoming a producing operation but I've always been impressed by this company. Seems like a buy at these levels.
Well yes, in a way they do. There is a date by which you must exercise but if you look at warrant performance in the last manic run to the upside say in wrm or mr for that matter the warrants out performed the stocks 4 to 1. Ngx warrants may move hard if things turn around.
If so, how about those MR warrants? What do you think of the leverage at this point? Probably taken the worst pummeling of any thing I look at. Unfortunately I don't understand as much as I should about warrants in general.
Which dog you talkin about? Funny how optimistic we were at one time.
that's about as good a set of oscilators as you get in this buisness. Still it's going to follow the POG but if anything lines up at all this one should go.
You know it's amazing the penchant people have for real estate. I was on a small malarial indonesian island that has a world class left reef break, pain in the ass to get to, and yet several of the worlds surf illuminati are building houses there. I mean this place is a pit. Your chances of contracting a serious life threatening disease just by being there are excellent. After 5pm you have to be wrapped up with bug juice on all exposed parts and it's hot and humid.
I saw the same thing happen at Scorpion bay. Definitely one of the worlds best rights but extremely fickle and it takes me three days of hard driving to get there. In season it's so hot it will debilitate any one with in a short period. Now there's gringos building houses on the point. Humans are a silly species
Just got back. No as a matter of fact Bali is shot. Should have stayed with my original plan to go back thru Java. operating at less than full speed due to illness for a lot of the trip.
ok I'm going to ask you for these when I get back to my home computer. Don't bother with Bali unless you want a greater night mare.
Interesting. I wish I had waited to get home to access this so I could save it in my mail box. Nico is one of the few places left.
Just got off the boat from Roti and still in one piece. Carrying an asian cold virus that's trying to turn into pneumonia. Bali is one hell of a shock after 23 years.
Nice price, I should have waited to buy this turkey down here. Check Baliwaves.com for a photo layout of Uluwatu. Changes every couple of days.
I have to concur that CPQ has really been a piss off. I think as of today I've been stopped out of a large postion in CKG. I'm going to be in Indonesia for a while and don't really want a large amount of risk on the table.
Some of my shares however appear to be teflon coated, refusing to join into the selloff. Don't want to mention the issues for fear of jinxing the situation. When this things over, the ones that come out unscathed have got to be what you want to own for the rest of the decade.
Try selling anything now. You won't be able to.
Coach, where can I find info on MR's leagal troubles as described here? I was'nt in touch with what is going on in Mexico.
Well SSRI has about halved itself in no time and my CPQ position has done about the same. Some astute damned trading on my part over the last four months. I don't trust my own judgement at this point.
Oh thanks for the reminder. I never look at it. This entire sector blows. Think I'll take whatever profit is left in my big names and let these peanuts prove out or not. Thoroughly disgusted at this point.
As a producer with heavy institutional ownership, it seems to. Did the gap up come from the TO listing? Nobody had any idea this company was out there. My shares still show no value in my accounts so I can't really see what's happening.
I'm getting an incorrect header for the symbol on stockwatch. Was the inception of trading at about 1.07? I wonder how this translates into the last trade in Norwegian Kroner before the change over.
Closer to being Ben Dunn's grand dad. But still might be able to scrap with him for position on some big rights. We'll see shortly anyhow.
