call it what you want. Our e-mails differ and you feel yours is correct and mine is not.
AFTC has the info on the SBIR and is holding it back for what ever reason. IMHO
In any of my posts did I say we have a right to a PR???
I think you just made my point, they have no legal need to worry about us. I am not screaming about it. I just know that you speak the truth. If they want to let us die on the vine while selling off there ideas to pay out Kathy and the Staff, they can do that.
Jim himslef said that he never thought he would make back the money that he put into AFTC to get it started.
Can you give me reasons why you don't feel that it is likley?
I wan't to beleive that you are right more then you know!
True, and don't thik it has been rejected. My worry is much larger then that.
My worry is that the future of AFTC does not have the share holders in mind.
AFTC could sell there idea to another company without selling the company itself, then let the company wither on the vine.
Am I the only one that has this worry???
True, but here is the thing... We are all getting mixed info on phase 2. The army tells Sleeper one thing and me something else. I brought this up, and sleeper talked it away.
The Army e-mail to me states that it is up to AFTC to report the results of phase 2, meaning that the results could very well have been in for some time.
Here is that E-mail response one more time.

Announcements have been made to the respective firms as to whether their proposal was accepted or rejected. If you are a firm that submitted a proposal please log into SBIR and view the status.

I have little faith that AFTC will put out a PR with news on these results. they won’t even tell me who their legal rep is.
Monda, no one really knows what we are waiting for at this point. I am not selling, and have tried hard to keep level headed. But it has been 6 years since I bought and have not sold single share.
The level of patience that many on this board display is admirable and to be commended.
HOWEVER, where there is no vision, the people wonder aimlessly. With Jim gone, the shareholders have no way of knowing the vision at this point.
I’m sorry, but I do blame AFTC for this low PPS. This does not mean that a government contract won't save us. But it would be silly not to hold AFTC at least 25 to 50% responsible for their stocks price.
I hope you are right.
Good call Tank! I'm going to take that line of thinking and stick with it. :)
So is the company I am afraid. I hope my overall suspicions are not true that the price is being driven down to make a sell to another company easier.
I'm sure that a suitor would love to pay all of us out at .0001.
This is totally my worry rather than a fact based reality. But it is the reason I have feverishly tried to get more info on what is going on at AFTC.
AFTC are you listening!!! At least e-mail me back with the name of your new legal representation!!!
I'll get back in line with the lemmings and keep my posts simple.
Good morning AFT world! Good night AFT world!
I think you take things to personal man.
I don't think Luna was saying your posts are bull ship, yet that is how you reacted. I thought she was saying the way AFTC does business is bull ship.
I offered to shut up, so let me shut up.
Your DD is great as I have said, what else do you want?
I think I will take the latter and just hush up for now. As I ahve said, if we go down, I am going down with the ship. But I agree, with Luna.
Somthing just does not feel right with how things are being done.
I would say that letting the public believe something that is not true via your website. (when you have states that all and any information for AFTC will not be in PR form , but can be found on the company website) <- Those are Jims words paraphrased, counts as breaking a trust with current and future shareholders.
Thanks Sleeper, that does clear it up a bit.
Sleeper, your comments in the past about SBIR are conflicting with what they have said to me in an e-mail. Can you help me understand the discrepancy? This basically to me says that AFTC has the info and it is up to them to report it to us, not SBIR. I have taken my personal info out of the e-mail change.
Here is a e-mail chain from Army SBIR.

I am not with the company. Question, in the referenced SBIR below that I pulled from your public site, would I ever be able to see if AFTC was awarded this SBIR?
Thank you,

No this is not public information that the Army SBIR shares.
Yep! Hoping and praying for big things!
Monday, I totally agree. Just telling you how I feel. I think it is un heard of for a company that loses it's CEO to let things go this long.
Jim had stated once that he could, if he wanted to, take his ball and go home in regards to OTC. He said at the time he would not do that to the investors even though he hated OTC and felt it was a mistake to go that route.
It is not wrong to want to know if AFTC still feels the same way about us that Jim when he was alive.
I am and have been in for the long haul, either I will win or lose, but I really am starting to feel that we are last on the list of AFTC's list of concerns.
Getting harder to not feel like we are dead in the water. I would have thought we would have news from the Army by now. Sept, Oct, Nov nothing.
I won't, but I am tempted to call and leave a message that I would like to order some pumps. See what happens.
GO AFTC!
LIFE!!
Tank you are a bright light in a dark place! I like where you head is at on this one. I agree with your assesment!
An Ihub member had a friend to in and have a conversation with employees a few months back. They are still listed on the SBIR webpage.
Don't get me wrong, I am super upset that we have not heard anything from AFT, but yes, they are still there.
Hey All, who are we waiting to here about the government contracts from? I am getting conflicintg info fromt his page and the army SBIR page. Thanks GLTA.
no clue. I wish taht Sleeper would have asked the SBIR folks if there is a deadline when all contract awareds have to be reported by.
Took the words right out of my mouth.
Just having a great day and I have not posted in awhile. :)
As for AFTC, I am not sure anyone really knows what is going on.
But, Its still a great day!
Its a good day!
Life!
Nice :)
Luna, and Bubble Tea. If memory serves me correct, AFTC was not chosen to move further on this SBIR. Actully, I think that we lost alot of share holders when the boat SBIR did not pan out.
Am I mistaken?
GLTA!
GO AFTC
Proof of that is in the fact that if no one on this board talks, there is 0, thats right 0 volume. The Ihub crew has pretty much bought it up.
Barn burner.
What does the fox say?
Doubtful that the GS will play a role at all. It will be short lives like the last 17 times it has happened since 1976. PR show.
Yep :)
No Volume, no messages. Interesting.
I would agree with that statement. Why change it unless they intended to continue operating? I would take it as a good sign, besides, I never thought as some did, that having a guy that speaks Chinese is needed to deal with Asian contracts and relations. To me he was just a guy with an engineering degree. I know plenty of them.
