$0.80. You can imagine my frustration when I saw it go to $7 and I could not sell.
FYI. I just received my new shares in JBI. I followed JBI's process for getting my shares unrestricted. I started the process on Feb 3 which was the first date I could unrestrict my PIPE that I purchased in Dec. 09. It took almost 7 weeks to do.
This is just another chapter in the mystery of JBII. Despite all the commentary, we don't know any more than we did before. LOI is not a consumated sale. No money has changed hands, therefore no sales.
I feel like a cargo cultist
I am soooooooooooooooo ready for this stock to do something.
I agree completely EP. Maybe someone should call the company to verify
I don't think its well advertised. as I said, I have not verified this rumour
I have heard from reliable sources that they are doing a PIPE at $0.70 although I have not called the company to verify. I don't have other details but I find it odd.
I wonder why they are doing a PIPE now? why not wait until they get the price up with some kind of news that we are all expecting and have less dilution and get more funds?
They are doing another PIPE as we speak now @ $0.70
AAAAAARRRGGGGHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! I am so sick of waiting. I wish it would either go to zero or $10 next week. Tired of looking at it.
After one year, you can remove the restriction permanently and they are free trading with no restrictions
Justice. Sorry to have caused some confusion. It was not you that inquired about the process of removing the legend on restricted stock. It was others that PM'd me to inquire. I mistakenly replied publicly by using a link to a previous message you wrote on the public board.
And even though, I do not intend to sell until I have a good reason to sell, my reasons to create free trading stocks as soon as possible is to give myself the flexibility to sell if needed. I hope this clarifies the matter. Sorry Justice for any inconvenience this has caused you.
I don't have an upgraded membership to I-Hub so I cannot respond to private messages. But the process is simple to remove the legend. I went through my broker and forwarded the instructions supplied by JBI. They will basically follow their instructions. JBI has supplied a blanket letter of ruling that makes the process simpler. It will cost you about $200. Call or email JBI IR and they will send you the information.
Just bear in mind that the one year anniverary is about this time for the December pipeholders to remove the legend from their shares permanently and be in a position to sell if wanted. At the 6 month date, they could remove the legend temporarily but had to sell within a specified timeframe or their shares were restricted again.
I am now going through the process of removing my legend. Will take a few weeks.
if John can do this and make money at the same time, I predict he will be on the cover of Fortune magazine within a year. Many accolades and laudits will be coming their way.
But I still want sales, revenue and earnings.
Now all we need is for the world to know what we hope we know.
Yes the circumstantial evidence is very strong but successful P2O will be a remarkable accomplishment. The odds of a successful operation are staggering. If you could accomplish it, you would be on the front cover of Fortune Magazine. I guess I just get nervous when we assume 100% success. I am just trying to temper some of the excess exuberance and get people to look a little more dispassionately at the investment. I don't get the sense that many here are hearing alternative or dissenting views on the company and are willing to give the company and Bordyniuk the benefit of the doubt because they want the company to succeed so badly and have a winning investment. That just breeds ground for not looking at all facets of the investment.
The last chapter of this most interesting drama has not been written yet. You cannot take anything for granted. Unbridled enthusiasm and blind optimism will be your worst enemy. As far as I can see in any of what we know so far is the one burning question. Can JBI produce fuel at a profit?
The NYSDEC consent order only says they can turn on the machine as it does not emmit toxins and is safe environmentally but does not mention economics.
Islechem report does not mention economics either. JBI has not satisfactorilly convinced anyone yet that the process works on an economic basis. Thats why it trades at less than a buck.
I am not a basher and I own stock.
Like Kudlow on CNBC, I believe you trust but verify. I wait for the day that JBI verifies
Come on John. Rip the lid off this already!
Why did they change the auditor again? Ernst and Young are fine but why the change and what makes you think the roll out is coming soon?
Very good questions that I would like to see answered.
yes, i own stock.
I call companies all the time and ask and receive frank answers as to what they are doing. They do not provide material information but they answer according to what their plans are and where they are as far as stated goals and timelines. JBI provides no information.
Don't we have a right to know?
I just find the actions of this company bizarre. You cannot get any information from anyone. Investor relations is a waste of time. They are kept on a very tight leash. John tells them nothing.
Can anyone give me a plausible reason why there is a delay. This is very mysterious to me. Why has it been 7 weeks since the big announcement and now nothing?
well we agree on this. I have long said that you can lose all your money on this investment/speculation. It bothers me that some here have invested all of their money here. Young or old, its just to hard to come by.
Many uses for a carrot
3 months to the AGM. We will have our answers by then
Yes I agree that we don't have any evidence or reasonable basis that he can produce for $10 and sell for $90. Yes I agree that we have only circumstantial evidence.
The gold analyst at BMO Nesbitt Burns proclaimed that he had seen Bre-X's gold when in fact the core samples had been salted with gold. Yes scams occur. No doubt.
But thats what this is all about. SPECULATION. I am not so naive to proclaim that there is proof that this is game over. But you still have not provided any proof that JB and his gang are profiting in an illegal manner.
A comment from someone on this board is worth about as much as passing wind in a hurricane. Get real. I read all these comments. Only about 5% contain any element of truth in them. People can say anything they like hiding under a false name.
still not tangible proof
So do I. I'm sick of waiting. I feel that cartoon that shows 2 vultures sitting together and one says to the other, "Patience my butt, I'm gonna kill something."
I'm from Missouri. Ok, I'm not but I still want to be shown.
(1)Yes scam companies profit by selling shares. Lots of companies sell shares and are not a scam
(2) So does Bill Gates
(3) Yes he pulled in millions through PIPES. Same as other co do with IPO's
(4) Many CEO's have control, although not necessarily complete control. Co has gone through hoops to show completely audited filings with a respected auditor that spending is legitimate.
(5) Yes, he probably has complete control of his salary. I have legitimate proof of how many hours JB has spent on building this company. He deserves some salary.
(6) Please show me one example of how he has transferred money to his own pockets. Just one.
I don't mind your thesis. Neither yours or the bulls thesis has been proved to date. Until you can provide proof, its just noise.
Again conjecture and noise. There is no proof of this in the least. I dare you to provide any proof here.
Good night all.
Possible. But I'm not waiting around. These are just my personal opinions. I am not being negative about JBI. I own it and I am firmly in their camp to succeed. Not just for personal reasons. I think JBI and JB are trying something revolutionary. I want them to succeed.
You are probably right. But who is really here for Pak-it. It might support a $0.20 or $.25 stock. Not what most of us here are for.
