Don't feel bad tutankhamen. I'm jealous of folks who get to buy a different stock I'm holding at today's prices. It happens to all of us. As long as you're not day trading it's all good. Have always had my best success holding for months or years. Many times things turn for the better at that point of feeling really frustrated.
Couldn't resist buying my first little dab today after reading up on this company. Story sounds "too good to be true", but I'd like to be holding some if it is! Keep those revenues stacking up! If not maybe I'll buy some of their cream and slather myself in it to dull the pain.
So ENCR will now be partners with Siemens if they weren't already? :)

ENCR has fantastic growth potential over the next 2-5 years, a really good shot at $1B+ market cap for a small company. Consider keeping a few free shares if you decide to jump in!
I tried to crash your folks nice, quiet little party here today but they wouldn't fill my orders at .51 or .52. Perhaps next week I'll make my way in the door. QUES seems too good to be true but I'm willing to take a gamble that it's all legit.
No, this is not a soft bash. I just don't see much in the way of red flags. Looks like they won't even need to dilute, just keep growing and acquiring? I've read all the positives, were there any messages here recently that I missed that address potential concerns?
I didn't get any shares near .15 today :( Maybe just a quick little dip there next week for one last load and then onward and upward!
Hurry up and extended that red candle down below .10 like last time. Just for a part of one day, I'm ready and waiting to add!
Thank you Daisy for providing me yet another reason for clinging to my CT shares all the way to my death bed. My heart may not survive a tsunami of face value + dividends anyhow.
Yes, not toxic :)
Hope it's enough to see ENCR through the next 12-18 months to the break-even point.
Or if another round is required have it take place somewhere in the $1 range!
Well, that was the risk. Diltuion.
Now that is out of the way for a while (I hope). It hurts, but I had not taken a full position here. Guess I'll have the chance to get more at .15 or less sometime between now and maybe Tuesday/Wednesday.
Still love the potential of ENCR!
Ha! Patent troll pinchers!
I do have a small speculative position in WDDD and their upcoming trial with Activision. Not currently pinching but that could change in a hurry (hope not) :)
Glad you enjoyed that Jersey!
I'd post more often but
1. I have not much to add but a little humor
2. Frankly, I'm sick and tired of this ordeal :)
There are so many other stocks I'd rather this money be in to trade or swing-trade, but would never forgive myself selling out right before a huge payday. Instead I grudgingly let this (small) pile of money sit in my account year after year, unable to touch it.
Wish it would hurry and go to "0" so the temptation was gone or else start paying something here real soon.
I was so thankful when WAMU gave me something to sell for money (although I was patient enough to wait until recently to sell the WMIH) and still have the trust warrants or whatever the hell you call them locked up with no value given and unable to trade. Kinda like the OBS here. Big WAMU payday could be ahead and an idiot like me doesn't even have a chance to sell it off if I wanted to.
Yep, even a little old dime per share would be a welcome bit of pocket change.
Oh please let us get a measly dime per share or SOMETHING this October to get the ball rolling :)
Of course that would also be followed with more discussion of future payments, but at least we'd be doing so with empty pockets.
Either way I'll be lurking and reading it all I'm sure. I don't smoke, drink or gamble so investing (gambling in?) and researching distressed / overlooked companies is my current vice.
You're the man Starbuxsux! Win some, lose some or break even sometimes. As long as the winners are big and losers cut early it's all good.
With another positive update in the coming weeks this could make a nice upward move. Longer term outlook is potentially very bright. Obviously debt problem needs to be tackled. Good story to follow with excellent risk/reward.
If that is a reference to CVE as in the June 25 PR they are a 23B company with probably plenty of money to spend if they are pleased with the first one.
Oh yes, I enjoy long shots. Just put a small bet down on VRNG to pop and make a little $$$ over weeks/months. Fine new attorney paid at least partially with stock, I'll take a gamble with him. Certainly not for everyone.
Any particular reason you don't like VRNG? I'm always up for learning something new or seeing something I've missed. Thanks!
That is a good move. If I was trading this stock I would have sold some yesterday as well. Instead I will hold for long term capital gains in the coming years.
Everybody can make money here :)
Thank you for your work moderating this board dshade!
At some point in the future a link to the July 22 radio interview would be a welcome addition, if that is even possible. That interview is the single best piece of DD out there IMO.
I agree that the presentation has potentially conservative projections, but CEO also says that revenue is deferred 6-12 months until installation is complete. So a huge number of orders could hit in 2015/2016 but not recognized until 2016/2017. Once the picture gets a little clearer the stock will price itself for the future revenue "hockey stick".
In the meantime I am fine with "under-promise and over-deliver".
The chart was temporarily overheated so no surprise. I had a good amount of shares and would have been fine if it ran to $1 or more and that is all I had for the long term.
Instead I'll keep watching to add more and see if ENCR wants to touch .20 again. Certainly not rooting for it but if it gets close I'll be purchasing another chunk for sure.
12-24 months from now the difference between .20 and .40 will be a fond memory.
Geez, go do some work for a few hours and come back to see the air taken out of the balloon for ENCR and some of my other holdings. Won't look very good on the chart but up is up I guess!
Nice and steady with good volume. Don't want to leave any gaps behind on the way up!
END pinch
Could be ready to move?

sidedraft -
Do you believe CT holders will have anything to smile about at all at any point in time? I've held my CT's so long. Holding on to what I have at this point but not many warm fuzzy vibes left. Even some scraps like WAMU would be fine for what I paid.
The chart is kinda hot, don't know if it's going to retrace and sit for awhile or if it's gonna keep climbing back to .45-.50 and take a breather. If you're holding for a year or more you should be happy either way if you do open a position.
Feels like finding a $100 bill on the sidewalk doesn't it?
The wonderful thing about this technology is that it's not 5 years away from market. It is here NOW.
Looks like this is simply a matter of time. Instead of 10M share days (which would be nice) I'm going to be on the lookout for 10M in revenues. Share price will inevitably follow as ENCR reaches the tipping point. This stock is the definition of a term from the go-go 90's, "crossing he chasm". Early adopters are validating and embracing ENCR technology. They simply have to move on to the "early majority" phase and there's no telling how high the market cap of ENCR can go.
So nice to have found such a hidden gem while screening for beaten-up stocks to trade.
Indeed, the items on the "+" side fill a page or two!
Searching hard for something to put on the "-" side to be aware of besides rampant dilution or unforeseen technical difficulties.
ENCR is a win for the customer, who in a short number of years (5 or so, CEO says avg. is 20% yr ROI) makes money off of something that had previously been a nuisance and expense to deal with.
A win for the turbine companies who get to sell more of their product to a market that did not exist simply by coupling what they already produce with the ENCR product.
A win for the environment.
And if ENCR simply stays in their lane and doesn't do anything dumb, a win for shareholders.
What am I missing here?
Where is the "gotcha" that I've overlooked? This stock seems too good to be true. In 2-3 years when they start selling 100's of these at $800K and $2M each revenue is going to go through the roof. And they plan to eventually roll-out even larger units which I can only assume will sell for even higher prices.
Only things I can think of is they take this up to Northern Alberta in the winter and have some technical difficulties in the freezing cold conditions. Or they have too many orders eventually and can't build them fast enough?
Brilliant to couple this technology with huge companies with established sales force and they can just ride piggyback with them to get orders. Demand sounds very high with companies/industries ENCR had not even targeted calling the company to ask what they can do for them!
So what risks have I overlooked?
Yes, hopefully they will be overjoyed with the first one and eventually order an additional 200 x 2M per unit :) That is some serious revenues from only one customer! They only need to sell 7 or 8 of the big ones per year to break-even at this point.
It was nice to see they had repurchased the convertible notes last month lakingsphan. The company probably (hopefully?) won't do something similar when trying to raise money in the future. If ENCR can hit the ground running and somehow be turning a profit this time next year we are all going to be smiling :)
Absolutely! Now that they have completed successful testing I'm curious how quickly the orders can stack up. It's an interesting niche and wouldn't be surprised if the company was valued at 2-300M market cap in a couple years.
My only worry is dilution to raise cash. If it's necessary to ramp up production for heavy demand I could live with that though :)
Score! I had this on my watch list and wanted to make sure it was going up before buying. Entered at .25 yesterday and doubled down today. Looks like something much better than just a flip. Intrigued!
VRNG looking good? Sorry, don't know how to copy the chart in here.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=VRNG&p=D&b=5&g=0&id=p56314673814
Yes sir I did! Wanted to make sure this didn't roll over this week before purchase. Hoping to add more soon, sell some for profit in coming weeks and ride the rest long term!
