Here's an idea for the company. Instead of paying for little nickel and dime pump newsletters and FlPC BOD posting on iHub, why not grab a shovel and fill up that Antimony bag that's been sitting there for a month.....lol

So, instead of paying for the mill and the Lithium property they used the dilution money to fly the FLPC BOD from "all corners of the world".......funny

And yet the Lithium property is in default and not a penny payed on mill.........where is that money??......lol

Under the new Lithium Agreement, the Company is required pay GeoXplor in consideration of the grant of the exploration license and other rights
granted under this Agreement a total of $725,000, undertake the issuance of 2,000,000 Shares, and expend not less than One Million Five-Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($1,500,000) in Mineral Exploration and Development Testing ("Work").
The Company is in default on its obligations under the agreements. Through to the fiscal year end and date of this report, the Company has not yet
achieved a formal extension and settlement agreement. However, the Company believes it will be possible to obtain such an agreement on terms
acceptable to all parties. Until such an agreement is reached, the value of the properties under the Lithium Agreement have been impaired to reflect the
current status. See Note 11.
