NO ONE in this family needed this post to know of Monk's integrity. Isn't it ashame that some people still do?
Why did you buy these stocks? They SUCK! LOL
Welcome back Ms. Mel. We missed you.
The more it goes down, the more we buy. You know why we do this. GO CDIV!!
Not if we keep buying. You know why we do this. GO CDIV
I would be one of them kezzek. You understand why. GO CDIV!!!
robron-
I pitty your situation. I can't imagine having to make a choice like that. How will you ever reach a descision. Good luck to you sir.
Lonegrey- Do they get paid overtime for working the weekends?
That's the Monday after Father's Day sale price. Sale is over starting Tuesday.
Don't give them away. They will have to buy them. Supply and demand. You supply what they demand.
kezzek- I remember looking at this stock when it was at .04. I did what little DD I knew how and decided that the folks here were crazy for paying that price at the time. So, I moved on to the "next best thing" and didn't harrass these folks by showing them how intelligent I was and how stupid they were. Why do you chose to spend time here if you don't believe in the FLD that CDIV is? If they want to believe in this CDIV FLD, that is their choice. As you can see, your attempts at saving everyone here is not working. Are you trying to save others that might be looking in here? Although you do them a disservice IMO, it really doesn't matter if anyone else gets in or not. This team has enough money and fortitude to see this thru to the end. BTW- if you want my shares, you may have them at the bargain basement price of $15.06 per share.
Happy Father's Day to all you Den Dads and to my Dad, who I truly miss.
David
Craig Baker once said that good people are like magnets. They always seem to find each other. Your observation of a nest of good people couldn't be any more correct. Welcome to the family.
Well if you feel at home when surrounded by good people, you have no idea what you just stepped into. You just joined the Den Family. Like it or not, you will realize it sooner than later. Welcome to the family. We just love good people additions.
That cup at the bottom of the squeeze machine needs to be a 55 gallon drum to handle what's about to come out.
Thank You soundtracs- Welcome to the Den. Your observation is correct. Monk is one in a million and you sir are lucky enough to have found him. You must be blessed also. Whats really cool about finding Monk is that you found A LOT of other really great people also. Please stop by more often and visit with us. Ask questions. Pay no attention to the flying pens.
Hey june3bug- Welcome to the Den. You won't be disappointed. In fact, you will invite others. Happens to everyone. Welcome again and stop by often.
The number is 911 sir. Memorize it. You will need it. *sigh*
That's gonna hurt sir. You do know the number to 911 I assume. LOL
It was great in Portland. Do yourself a favor and meet as many as possible while you are there. I regret not getting to all the folks there. Each person that I did meet was an excellent exchange. Meeting with like minded individuals that share your passion and genuinely care for the next person is absolutely amazing. I've never experienced anything like it. Keep an eye on Mel when you are there. See how many things you can identify that she has a hand in. She will amaze and impress you. Oh yeah, Monk is cool, too. LOLOLOL (Who loves you Monk? LOL)
I like the way you think. See you there, BTW- The new beginning is better than anything you imagined. Monks system is going to blow your doors off.
Why Thank You Ms. Jacki! I had to unmark you so I could mark you again. Hope your weekend is a total blessing beyond your wildest imagination.
SRMX- I've never seen the dates change. Asking Mel to change them could get you fired. Besides, if you do Hotlanta, you will meet one of our family icons, Craig Baker. I have had the pleasure on many ocassions to speak with him. There will be many other great people there, I just haven't had the honor to speak with all of them yet. If CDIV squeezes before Atlanta, I might just have to show up there myself to meet some of the most awesome group of people I have ever had the pleasure to spend time with. This group of people in the Den doesn't get any better. I spent a lot of time on different boards here and on other sites. This is it. My search is over. Count your blessings, and enjoy your new found family, wether you know it or not yet.
SRMX-
Sorry about the delayed reply. Power got knocked out from the storm. Sitting in the hot tub at the ramada now. Yeah, I found the den 1 week after the Indiana monkinar which is where I am currently residing. I decided that I was getting into the next one, so I flew clear across the country to Portland. It was kind of interesting. There were 6 people from Texas there even though the monkinar was coming to Texas the next month. People realize what its about and don't want to wait. You will see. Then you will be like the rest of us. Gonna blow your mind on Monk's system.
I had a common piece of software downloaded and got a virus thru it. Turns out the security package that I got with the lap top is junk and doesn't work very well, so I downloaded according to his suggestion and all good now.
Excellent. Cowboy was gracious enough to inform me of my problem and all is good now.
It's like the energizer bunny sir.
SRMX-
I can't speak for others, but I just completed the Basic Monkinar in Portland. After being up for 27 hours, I pulled up the chart that Monday morning just to take a look and noticed an entry. About an 1/2 hour later, an exit and made 380.00 paper dollars. I ended up watching the rest of the day and made 1060 paper dollars that day. Made $1100+ the next day and $1400+ the day after that. The Friday before the Monkinar, I knew nothing about daytrading or charts. My point is, if I can do this the first day after class, after being up the whole day before, taking a red eye back, and driving a couple of hours to get home, it has to be simple. Monk has built a system that is easy to use and follow. You will not be disappointed. In fact, if you wait until Colorado, after the class, you will be saying like EVERYONE ELSE, "I wish I had done this sooner." I think this is the motto around here because EVERYONE says it.
tfgg1-
You won't regret it. It is life changing.
More than I make in two weeks at the job. Awesome job lady.
deepsuccess-
Welcome to the greatest place on earth. Your search is over as you will find and the jet awaits you with the best group of people you would ever want to travel with.
Hang on, let me check........... Yep, its there too.
Well, bring on the kitchen sink. I need to do some dishes and mop the floor with some of these CDIV MM's.
Actually, knowing where this is now, they are kind of amusing. It's great to be able to laugh at these comments now. I suggest a Monkinar to everyone, including you folks that are lurking. You won't believe the difference it makes in your finances and understandings of a float lock like CDIV.
I just went and looked. It's still there.
I volunteer to be an apprentice to Mel. She has my ultimate dream job. Volunteer to help others. I do expect twice your salary though.
At the W today. No F's for me.
I already did. BT is correct. This guy is sharp.
Maybe, but funny. Lucky you were passing thru. You found an excellent board.
Looks like it is about to crash thru the 200. That's really bad. Glad I know these things now. Thank you Monk.
