That's strange. Who on earth would buy 100 shares at a clip? Even with the cheapest discount broker out there, the commission would be more than the shares are worth. Must be MM trading back and forth. I read a theory somewhere that MM use small trades like that to send each other signals. Not saying I believe it, just an interesting theory.
I never chase, but I will buy into an uptrend. There's a difference.
I agree. I was a little worried that Monday was a reversal day but SNEY being green on Tuesday even as gold continued the selloff was important IMO. SNEY holding above .01 was technically important. As the moving averages trend higher, SNEY should continue to trend higher as well. I'm buying more tomorrow.
Looks like I spoke to soon. I'm going back to my original analysis, that HLNT is going to churn the bottom for a while.
Good potential for a pop today.
Technicals look much better than they did a few days ago IMO. I wouldn't be surprised to see a retest of the 20 day MA.
Here's a link to the press release

Your guess is as good as mine as to fair value, but I wouldn't read too much into the valuation given in the press release until trading on the Frankfurt gets established for a few days. I have no idea what the volume was yesterday for the .45 euros it traded at yesterday.
IMO fair value for JEDM won't be clear until we get a better sense of their financials for the quarter, or get some updates as to ongoing and future business developments.
Yes I'm pretty sure this is the link to their info on the Frankfurt exchange:

I don't know about HLNT or other pinkies, but most smallcaps on major exchanges don't post 4Q numbers. SEC allows them to roll 4Q earnings into the annual report.
But clearly HLNT could report 4Q earnings seperately. If they do, I'd expect to see them in the back half of Feb (3Q numbers were reported about 7 weeks after the end of the quarter).
Today's price action was awesome. I'm glad I bought on Friday at .0086. I could tell by the chart this was going to make a huge breakout. Looks like there's more room to run, too.
LOL, I just saw that too. Someone got real lucky and got 300,000 cheap shares. I bet the guy who sold is kicking himself though. Definitely hav to be careful when dealing with penny stocks apparently. I almost overpaid for HLNT last week by accident. Fortunately my software flagged it and warned me before the order got entered.
Agreed. I also see some resistance at .012, although I don't think it's unbreakable by any means.
IMO, this recent selloff has just been some weak hands letting go of their shares. Why anyone would sell at these levels is beyond me, but there are foolish people in every stock I suppose. The price action at the end of Friday was very encouraging though, bullish engulfing is always a good thing to see. I've been cautious the last few days, but I'm buying more first thing Monday because I feel confident the bottom is in. Higher lows over several days & other technicals pointing to a move higher in the next few days/weeks.
That's exactly how I intend to play them. Definitely speculative, but huge profits (or losses) can definitely be made. I'm pretty good at reading technicals so I feel comfortable moving into this arena. Reading the posts on IHUB is also helpful.
Right now I'm only in SNEY & HLNT. Both seem to have bright futures ahead of them.

Thanks for the info. I figured there was a reason. Good to know they're on top of it, and have loftier goals in mind for the future. An uplisting would make a huge difference in the shareprice.
Do you think .02 is going to get taken out in the near future (next few weeks), or are you just expecting a retest of the top?
I've done all that.
My only question is about the earnings reports, and why nothing has been filed in over a year. The point about me being new to the pinkies is that I don't exactly know what is required of them by law, what is customary, etc.
FWIW, I e-mailed the company asking about it so I'll post any response I get.
To be clear, I'm not overly concerned about it and based on all the other info I've read about SNEY I intend to buy more before it gets away from me. I'm primarily a technical trader and the chart looks great, ready for a breakout.
I've been trading for several years. What makes you think I'm new to the game? Maybe it's my ignorance about pink sheet stocks (I admit I am new to the game here, I've only recently begun to dabble in the pinkies) but I think my question about SNEY's earnings reports is a legitimate question.
Thanks, but I already checked there.
I agree the best for SNEY appears to be ahead of them and that earnings reports are of limited value, I just like to do as much research as possible.
Where can I find current earnings report SEC filing?
I check SNEY's website and the SEC's. The last I see is an NT 10-K from the spring with no 10-K filed as a follow up. I realize their previous earnings report won't have any bearing on their upcoming earnings potential, but I'd like to look at the most recent earnings report all the same. Any help would be appreicated.
Thx.
Disclaimer: Long as of Friday, looking to add more after my DD is complete.
I know it'll take off at some point, just a question of when. I'm looking for signs that the fuse has been lit...I don't see any evidence yet.
Thanks. You guys sure know how to welcome a newb, by giving him almost 10% on his first day in. :)
Today is an example of precisely the reason why when I see something good, I jump on it. I'll probably buy more on Monday after getting caught up to speed on SNEY, but I'm sure glad I bought some today so I won't feel like I missed the boat. This rally looks like it has some legs.
I'm starting to think this could churn the bottom for a while. Every bit of strength gets sold, most trades taking place at the bid. Apparently there are a lot of weak hands eager to sell this. Good for those of us who still want to accumulate, but not so good for anybody counting on a race back to the top in the next few days.
Of course any PR could change things quick so I'm glad to have my core position on. I plan on adding as much as I can get my hands on once the chart gets more decidedly bullish.
BTW, I'd like to slap the person who just sold the 160,000 shares at .0069. In order for HLNT to go up, people need to stop believing they can get it cheaper if they just wait long enough.
I took a bite at .0086 (starter position). I found this company last night and wanted to get a piece before it takes off any more. I intend on buying more in the next few days, but want to see how the price action plays out and need to do my DD over the weekend.

I agree and to be clear I don't have any long term concerns over my investment. My only concern is in the near term (and I'm not too worried, just keeping an eye on it). Right now the battle is between .007 & .011, and I'd be happier if HLNT was trading closer to the top, or at least the middle of the range.
It's unfortunate that investors need a PR to determine that HLNT is undervalued.
Nice, thanks for helping to chip away at the overhead resistance. Those 100 share lots at .0073 before you started buying were laughable. Nothing worse than closing on 100 share trades.
I don't understand why buying interest seems to have all but disappeared for HLNT. I suppose there's a lot of weak hands that have a nice profit from the trip 000's and they're afraid to lose it. That or they think the company needs to issue a press release every week for them to stay interested.
The bottom appears to be in, the only question is how fast it'll climb. The trendline it found as support isn't very steep, so it might be a slow grind higher for a while instead of a bounce. Too early to say though, I think we'll get a better idea based on the close tomorrow.
I'm self-taught in TA so I don't have any suggestions for you, other than googling aspects of TA that you're interested in. Beyond basic TA, every stock has a personality. I've been studying HLNT's chart for a while now so hopefully I'm reading this right. I think I am.
Finally some trades at the ask!
It's not much, but it's a start. I've been watching this selloff for days now, getting familiar with the technicals and it's just been unreal. It's been a good buying op to be sure. Today has definite potential for a reversal. If it breaks above .0075 I'd say we have liftoff.
If this downtrend doesn't get snapped today or tomorrow at the latest, this could get ugly. Technically it shouldn't close below .007 IMO* (ideally it should maintain the 100 day MA but those are never perfect) and intraday shouldn't go below .006
The motivation of sellers is really strange, or to put it another way the lack of motivation from buyers is what's strange.
* As I was typing this I see that .007 got reclaimed. If this is the beginning of a reversal this could be back in the .009's soon enough (ideally it should finish the week above .0095). I have one more bundle of cash to deploy on HLNT, but I'm not buying until this downtrend gets snapped. Fortunately I'm averaged in just above .007 so this selloff, although frustrating hasn't been painful.
No it's not. CNOA's next earnings report is due by the end of March. Check their filing history, you'll see they have never filed in Feb.
