I understand a R/S, but what I'm trying to understand is this essentailly a R/S or would be the same as if the company bought shares and are holding to lock up the float?

Still thinking out loud here. The 1 for 4 share deal would be kind of like a buyback, but with our money. The pps stays the same, but no flipping because the company will have the shares now. BUT no new shares would be produced. The company could essentially be the flipper unless those shares are restricted.

Another thing if the 1 to 4 doesn't react like a R/S and the pps stays the same (Low floater) the company can sell their shares if they want, but won't effect the pps at all?

The 1 for 4 won't affect the pps except it would be a very low float? I'm still not understanding it. OR does it react like a R/S and we end up with less shares and a higher price and nobody will want to buy at those high prices.

Paula, I'm in this stock and use TDA, so no problems from me. Just been burned in many other stocks on the OTC. So live in learn and keep friends and family out. This play is different from all the others that I have seen though.

It is not worth it for them to switch brokers for a pink sheet stock even though it could be, if this blows pass 2.00 or more. Also I don't recommend stocks after the Q stock

I live 6 hours away and went to the Dolphins Jets game two years ago. Dolphins won. Great game. A lot of New Yorkers go.

Nick Collins made some major mistakes too, but I think it will be a great game too.

Most R/S happen with billions of O/S shares out and are usually typical scam companies. This company is far from that. The products are real and the company is not hidding from shareholders. I don't expect a R/S ever for this company in the near future unless for some sort of uplist.
