I haven't read the 9/30 filing lately so I don't know how many restricted shares he had in his pocket. They're up on pinksheets.com and should be included in the additional info.
I'm busy doing taxes for clients so I'm a little handcuffed at the moment. Will try to find later if no one else has.
How are the filings coming along here?
So having the specs to the turns only (seeing how all the other parts are US manufactured) means someone knows how to control flow, what sensors to put in for monitoring, can determine the proper mix of CO2 without influencing turbicity, etc.???
Kinda makes me say WOW that you would think that.
And made of UV resistant materials taboot.
A big hang up with other competitor's PBRs.
That was one reason. Turns were reworked a number of times.
The other was to partake in negotiations for that smokestack project with the rich guy.
He negotiated the manufacturing deal for the turns.
He ratcheted down the QC testing for the turns.
He did some of the negotiations for the possible deal with the rich guy in China.
I guess I am not seeing what you are. He's basically a conceptual engineer.
BEHL's PBR is now going from concept to commercial product.
Seems like Shen's legwork is done for the most part.
He was not nor is the algae expert.
You may want to revisit his bio.
So Shen left after he got the QC testing in China for turns under control. And now on to being Don Quixote...LOL.
I guess these reworked turns and the new tubing is why DF was hesitant to agree to putting up a PROTOTYPE on any customer's land, be they former shareholders or not. I for one, would not have wanted to see BEHL put up a prototype and return to shut it down for the new tubing, the new turns, the new sensors, the new control, etc.
Thank you, DF, for saving us from that debacle!!
contrarianindicator - You may want to wait another two weeks before contacting DF about your land in FL. Maybe as they ship parts out to SC and get the installation done there, then they can transfer that experience to your land if DF agrees.
One of his older ideas was to allow companies a dollar for dollar deduction on the purchase of CO2 emission reducing equipment.
This is another reason why there isn't a flight to this equipment from companies yet. No one knows what the ROI is as a number of factors influencing it are up in the air. Tax incentives being one.
And don't forget bioplastics. Check out what Cereplast is doing.
If the PBR is truly what it is, BEHL can look at providing the basic building blocks for bioresins derived from algae.
Or just sell them the equipment to do it themselves and cash in on the royalties.
I think one of the things we need is to find out if anyone other than Lone Star College will be doing result verification.
Of course that is after the set up is done on this newly tweaked model. I think third party verification and subsequent write up in some of the biofuel magazines and related publications would draw a lot of flies to the honey.
And if the tweaks improve the production results once again from the prototype runs, those could be some very big flies.
I think that he is still here. I think they are either waiting on the filings that were promised a year and a half ago or the LOI that was announced in this past fall to see if it goes anywhere.
Not sure as both items have been identified as the next step of corporate business but seem to be floundering in that horse before the cart arena.
Give Monique or Dennis a call. Monique's # is listed in one of my posts below. Dennis' appears on a different PR.
I'd say go for it. Most of the projects are on hold due to funding on the customer's end. I'd be really interested to hear what they say.
Initially, I was brought here by the possibilities of a number of JVs through the Baker channel.
And then Barry divulged the insider BEHL info. I immediately sold off as that is a huge red flag in my book.
Now, I come back for the irony.
I plead the fifth.
Here is the number for Monique Berry:
714-966-1234
She's listed as BioCentric IR on the bottom of the PR.
I'm not sure she has access to the daily timesheets of who's working today and who's not but it seems she would be able to answer most questions an investor would have.
LOL...hump day = axe grinding day I guess.
I wonder, since a phycologist will be researching various algae strains, the accelerated growth mechanism, etc., if any of the 500K from the private investor group can be used to pay their salary?
Seems as if it would fall under the category of R&D to me.
I propose tomorrow!!!
Seems to be.
That's a question you could pose to Monique Berry as it was left out of the PR.
She's investor relations at BEHL and her number was included at the bottom of the PR.
BEHL inching up Top Boards today.
Post more, greedy, it's free promotion!
Order is on the table.
Profit margin would be insider information.
Maybe Barry Baker has it?
You should try to read the PRs a bit more thoroughly as the latest one again touts RWE's experience in engineering and working on various hiccups with the PBRs.
Basically, BEHL's equipment and sales team combined with RWE's land and mechanical expertise. Allows for another sales/demonstration shop on the East Coast instead of potential buyers flying out to SA.
RWEs PBR can be used in places where the horizontal PBR won't fit.
There is a lot of added benefit for both companies in this JV.
A lot more than BEHL's. That's why RWE is in LOVE with BEHL's PBR.
Yes, 30 days + 1 day is the rule we tell our clients.
Sell, wait 30 days, buy the next.
Call them or email them. Armstrong is very open to questions from potential investors. I do not have the specifics on acreage or ownership but yes, it is in SC.
You could also ask if BEHL is going to help RWE with the electricity generation contract they have with Georgetown, SC. That's another question I haven't asked but seems to fit with DF now applying for DoE grant monies.
Exactly.
BEHL is currently selling products as stated in the last few PRs.
No money is needed for land as RWE already has land for the PBRs.
A little bored waiting for news on your LOI?
Could the '3' be from omega 3?
I dunno, I'm just glad that formalization has occurred and that the JV is a win-win for both teams.
Another check mark this month on DF's To Do list can be added.
Slow and steady...
This latest PR has got me thinking about Lonsenior's imagined convo between BEHL and RWE. But mine is between Tompkins and Armstrong:
Armstrong: Wow, this thing is a beauty! It costs a lot less than our PBR.
Tompkins: No kidding! I wish we would have made something like this! The Wal-Mart of Algae indeed!
Armstrong: Say, do you think we can get them to keep working with us if we lend them our engineering team?
Tompkins: I sure hope so! If not, we're going to be left behind when this algae thing really takes off.
Armstrong: No kidding! I hope we can get our BEHL PBR up ASAP in Georgetown. This thing's cooler than a naked Eskimo in January!
Reading all these posts that are related to shakerzzz got me thinking:
A 5 day promo is not a very long promo run. Would DF be handing out 5K for 5 days to bring interest to the company because he has news to release?
How much of an upswing would one expect from a 5 day promo? I've seen the results from some of the other promos they have run and couldn't see how DF would expect a significant rise in PPS to do what the doubters would expect a pink to do during a promo.
That being said, I really don't have much of an opinion on this as I recognize the validity of both sides of the argument.
Because it falls in line with the typical pink sentiment.
It's a bullet in the chamber for people who argue against the specifics of a company by pointing out how they fall in line with the generalizations of all companies on the pinks.
LOL...I can try Philip...
Let's see...99% (or is it 98%) of all pennies are scams.
BEHL's a penny stock. Therefore, despite the hard evidence you've been provided, like pictures of the HQ and new parts in and the prepped site for the 6000 sq foot PBR along and RWE always talking BEHL up, it has to be a scam.
If you don't believe me, I'll tell you that I have spent years studying the penny market and have all this wealth of knowledge to help you make money in the penny market but I don't even trust my knowledge well enough to ever post a single penny stock I've invested in, despite being the expert that I am.
So if you put two and two together, being BEHL is on the pinks and I am an expert, you should come up with my four, which is run for the door.
How'd I do?
Nice! I just saw the .012 uptick and thought 'which board member is painting today?'
Will BEHL also be MEATY???
Stop with the HUGE stuff. We were flooded with HUGE & MEATY from June until she disappeared.
Brings up bad memories if you've been here long enough.

Seems I asked today the same question you asked two months ago.
Then I stand by my apology to you.
'Significant finances'.
Can you point me to the filings that show this?
Or the filing regarding the arrangement with the new consultant?
