Interesting, I heard a very different rumor, but they are just that, rumors.

Not sure if the management of this company has ever cared about the outside investors. Nothing more than a nuisance probably. The lack of communication this year confirms that in my mind anyway. “Breathe in Breathe out, move on.”

My observation from meetings in the past was how old the shareholders seemed to be. Imo I think a lot may have been friends of Vernon. I know the gentleman who told me about the stock has passed on. He personally met with Vernon at his kitchen table when he bought into what I believe was the initial offering. Kind of sad. I also remember a guy sitting in front of me with tape on his glasses who asked a good question about some consulting company and Jim just ripped him to shreds. The good old days.

How about he just tells us what FINRA said? Does FINRA report it as NR? Does FINRA have a definition of NR? Or is that the posters claim?

NR means none of the sales were short unless proven otherwise since the poster who was going to get us an answer hasn't. I can only assume that the answer wasn't what he wanted.

No one needs to be in the room that knows how the pump works. It's lawyers and finance people. They wouldn't be negotiating if they didn't already know the benefits of the pump. It's $$ people.

I think he's the only guy who should be in the room negotiating.

My personal opinion is that Sonny has put in enough and he wants the guy who got him involved to put up more money.......or is it possible that due to his huge ownership % that he can't put more money in? If his % goes over a certain amount could their be some SEC ramifications they wish to avoid? Just throwing that out there.
