The misspelling in the TV ad makes no difference since the ad will never air.

MEDIA BUYER – Strategic planning and placement of national and spot-market broadcast and print campaigns for theatrical film releases. Initial project will be a 7-figure spend on national media buys for the October 16 release of "DANCIN' IT'S ON" - which will include network spots on ABC's "Dancing With the Stars", as well as national cable on programs appealing to a youth and dance-oriented audience (e.g., "High School Musical" / "Step Up" demographic), and internet advertising.
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER – Development and implementation of social media campaigns (including paid ads on platforms), for theatrical film releases; must have experience in social media promotions, especially Facebook and Twitter - as well as emerging platforms.
DIRECTOR OF PROMOTIONS – Organization of field promotional activities in the larger markets, in support of key theatrical releases. Development of theatrical promotions and seed-marketing campaigns, such as "companion ticket" campaigns for dance schools to bring-a-friend to the opening weekend of "Dancin' It's On" - and coordination with theatrical team to create in-theatre events and visibility for key releases.
FILM BOOKER – Assist with the scheduling of theatrical playdates in each major market, and the follow-up support activities for each location. Job requires both high end organizational skills as well as salesmanship abilities, to seek the best theatre locations for films and to fight to obtain (and hold) these screens.
TECHNICAL SERVICES / MASTERING - Seeking an individual with post-production experience and knowledge of film / digital mastering formats, including DCP (theatrical) drives. Position involves physical creation of film drives for theatres and for DVD and Blu-Ray releases (for authoring), and digital formats for video-on-demand streaming (for VODWIZ portal site)
Salary and benefits for each of the above five positions is negotiable and commensurate with the candidate's experience and achievement levels.

3). Litigation - Two legal actions against the company were served to HHSE in the last 24-hours. TCA Global Master Fund filed a lawsuit in an attempt to pressure HHSE into accepting what management deems to be a very undesirable "debt-conversion structure" for the retirement of their balance. HHSE has a much better plan, and has arranged for funds that will be tendered to TCA prior to the required response date of their lawsuit. We know our solution is better for shareholders, and we believe that TCA will likely agree. Separately, a lawsuit by the landlord of the office properties was served yesterday, and a resolution has already been structured.
Wonder what happened to that plan ?

The beginning of something MASSIVE... the quiet assault starts today!
Greetings HHSE Friends & Shareholders - Ten indie studios (and one major studio!) have signed up to participate in the HHSE streaming portal: VODWIZ. Collectively, these suppliers represent almost 4,000 titles that are now available for this new venture - to stream directly to consumers via the internet and to mobile devices. HHSE has been planning this venture for two years, and working quietly, behind-the-scenes to assemble masters, art and digital metadata from our supplier partners.
Approximately 250 titles are fully organized and ready for upload and refreshing to the site, with almost 800 more in process for addition in the coming weeks. It is our goal to have 2,000+ titles live (on-line for streaming) by late summer - and to get as many of the 4,000+ total titles now available on line by year's end
Did this ever pan out ?
UPDATE: 6:00 PM Central Time (Friday, June 12) - The producers of a major theatrical film that we licensed at Cannes and slated for press announcement TODAY (per above) requested that we hold the announcement until MONDAY due to their waiting for approval (on some wording) from a cross-promotional partner in the film. Instead, we will release TOMORROW (Saturday) news of a much smaller (but still "theatrical") title for HHSE / MEDALLION that was acquired at Cannes!

HHSE's impressive Theatrical Slate just grew by FOUR new Q4 Releases!
Greetings HHSE Friends & Shareholders - 2015 is turning into the year of big titles and lots of releases for Hannover House and our Medallion Releasing supplier studio partners. Hannover House already has ten titles for theatrical release in 2015 (many listed below); but the addition of FOUR (4) new releases under the Green Apple banner for Q4 will elevate HHSE into one of the top indie distributors to theatres (in terms of total pictures released in a single year to theatres). New Green Apple titles include:
HEAR ME MOVE - An energetic, hip-hop dance extravaganza ala "Step Up"
JOSIAH FOR PRESIDENT - fish-out-of-water, timely story of an Amish leader as U.S. President;
LOS SCAVENGERS - A coming-of-age, treasure hunting expedition for families & kids;
SCREAM AT THE DEVIL - disturbing and intense journey to the dark side of horror;
BLOG......................one month ago today.
1). RE-FILING OF FORM 10 AND NEW AUDITS. Yes, this is still the #1 Corporate Governance priority. Yes, we have a great PCAOB Certified Firm. Yes, they are 'almost done.' No, there are no obstacles or issues impacting the project's completion and filing. No, the new auditors did not complete their work by our internal target date of July 31st. But we are told that the completion is 'very close,' and we will re-file the new-and-improved Form 10 very soon.
IMO - yesterdays volume was the 9.8MM shares that Eric said were cancelled.
