TMR testing .43
Leaving my office in Europe for a relaxing weekend. Let's see if it closes above $.5. Just guessing!
Enjoy your weekend and keep this great work!
Thanks!
We won't! ;)
Nice reaction at the opening. 10Q soon (interesting, nice and clean production results yesterday) and press release about debt redetermination/staff-cost reduction very very soon. That will boost share price.
Steady up from here to $1 by mid June.
Good luck
That's what I say: Why?
Manipulation?
Afternoon CC surprise?
The good thing is it's coming back up and we were able to close a gap in the .35-.38 area. I don't know if this will help but if new fresh cash comes in we will recover the $.5 level in a couple of days.
TMR: What's happening?
I am still holding but I am going crazy!
Any thoughts?
TMR earnings; I don't know if they are good or not. Sorry about my ignorance.
The 0.01 loss per share excluding non-cash impairments is a good result. But I don't understand the effect that those non-cash impairments may have in the company.
It semms that market is responding positively. In addition it seems theay are solving the debt redetermination issue which is important.
Let's see qhat the Conference Call can give us in the afternoon.
Good luck
TMR earnings out
0.01 loss excluding Impairment Charges (0.66 loss per share)
I don't know which the market reaction will be

Good luck!
Good morning all!
Explosive or implosive? Let's see what happens when earnings are out!
I've read a couple of non-referenced posts referring to some asset sale announcement and a buyout (Exxon and BP) in the making, but I don't think we will have news today. Maybe some new ideas during conference call in the afternoon.
I was close to sell half at $.5 but my order wasn't executed, therefore I am holding all my chunck of shares (152k) through the storm.
Good luck and see you at $1.3!
Did you get some shares? Nicely up from .38!!
Go ahead buddy!
First stop 0.58-0.6 and depending on the results tomorrow up to 0.95 in a couple of weeks.
Good luck!
I am all in. Still holding for a medium-long term investment.
Kind of worried about earnings release on Thursday.
Are you still holding your TMR shares?
I am holding 165k at $.32.
Don't forget that TMR is releasing earnings on Thursday. I know you are TA guys but a bit of FA may help.
Good luck!
OK. Sorry about that.
Oil futures up.
What do you guys expect for the Earnings Release on Thursday?
Could the results from this exploration be the next catalyst?
Just found that:

TMR investment, dead money?
Hi guys, I'm new here. I bought 150k at $0.32 a couple of days ago, looking for a medium-long term investment. I think that at these levels and global situation TMR could be a profitable bet.
Nevertheless it is boring to look at the charts and to see such a low volume and tight trading. Woth no option for an exit.
Do you guys have any info about near term features such as debt redetermination, asset sale or any other issue?
We need some catalyst for the next leg up.
Good luck
Conoco Phillips one of the possible buyers for TMR assets
Conoco Phillips scales back drilling, discloses Texas buys
By Steve Gelsi
Last update: 10:29 a.m. EDT March 11, 2009
NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- ConocoPhillips CEO Jim Mulva said the oil and gas giant is scaling back some drilling programs in North America because of low energy prices and dips in demand tied to the recession, but the company still plans to meet its overall production forecast for the year. Officials at the Houston energy firm said the company has been quietly acquiring acreage in Maverick and La Salle counties in southern Texas in the Eagleford shale region rather than paying higher costs for other oil shale acreage. Looking ahead, ConocoPhillips plans to ramp up its efforts in unconventional natural gas, the company said. Apache and Petrohawk have both been talking about success in Eagleford, ConocoPhillips executives noted.
I am still holding too.
I'd like to sell around .85
But today that level is a dream!! I hope it won't become a nightmare!
Good luck guys!
Let's see if it works for TMR too.
I am pretty worried on that trade.
Following some info from some boards it seems that they are thinking of selling some assets:
From the transcript of the last CC. Ching answering question of an analyst.
"So we are working hard to and I believe that we are potentially close to a deal on our exploratory properties in South Texas which is mainly look at Eagle Ford Shale and then in Chalk, and we have a party that is very interested and we're close to it to deal and actually sell that down. We have been working on our... to sell down our East Texas, Chalk and again we're working in that direction with a party.
On our main assets as far as selling properties, our main producing assets, we've not lead, we look at the alternatives but we've not come to a conclusion. Yes, we've to do that and I think that depends on the discussions that we're having with the banks. And whether or not we end up having to go in that direction, it is not a preferred direction we would hope that we can work through the borrowing base redetermination with banks and with potentially other kinds of structures, our ability to maintain those properties and keep those in the company and of course as prices improve and for better day."
I don't know if this could help!
TMR: redetermination of their borrowing base on April 30.
From SEC file: "On
April 13, 2009, the Lenders notified us that, as of the effective date of April 30, the borrowing base will be reduced to
$60 million. As of the date hereof, we have outstanding indebtedness of $95 million under the Credit Facility. The
Credit Facility provides that outstanding borrowings in excess of the borrowing base must be repaid within 90 days
after the redetermination, and we do not currently have sufficient cash available to repay the shortfall."
Do you guys have any extra info about where they will get the $35m they need before Thrusday?
Thanks
TMR dead money?
I got in at .32 but it is looking ugly right now.
Good luck everyone
