Marijuana Inc.
A New Yorker of Colombian origin and coal business in Ontario , wants to be the first to manufacture medicines derived from cannabis legal in the country. Will he succeed ?
He who perseveres reaches. That is convinced John Field, a commission of US stock barranquilleros parents, who speaks Spanish , but who is tongue-tied with words difficult to pronounce. So if you are not entangled is your idea of ??doing business in the country, where not only wants to win silver, but also innovate.
First he tried to get into flowers, but gave no result ; then realized that the business was in coal , mineral in 2011 walked in the boom in Colombia and rising prices. He met an engineer who already had several mining rights in the country and partnered with him to exploit the mine in La Tabaquera Guaduas , Cundinamarca.
What he did was use a company he had created and had registered in the OTC (Over The Counter) in the United States and performed what is technically known as a reverse merger ( reverse merger ) , by which a company buys another is at Bolsa to avoid the process of listing on the stock market. The new company dedicated to coal in the country , with offices in Guaduas and listed on Wall Street was called New Colombia Resources.
While metallurgical coal mine exploration goes on sale , Campo began looking for other businesses that could attach to your company. So he got the cultivation of oil palm, partnering with some Malaysian investors, which imported a seed that takes the palm in less time than it normally takes. He planted 2,600 trees in Maria la Baja, Bolivar , and is awaiting the results. He also got into coffee, but that business was unsuccessful and his newest venture is in the making in the country of herbal medicinal marijuana.
The idea comes from his work as a commission , for there he negotiated and partnered with the laboratories of products derived from marijuana , whose actions have shown high profitability and are fired from January this year, when the recreational use of cannabis was legalized two US states. "
In 2009, when I started talking about it with here friends in Colombia , was not even the possibility and also were in the government Uribe, now things have changed and internationally the issue is more accepted ," says Field, who nevertheless has been transforming your idea after meeting with lawyers and national experts.
Initially wanted to ask permission to grow marijuana , find the best varieties and transform them into drugs for diseases such as cancer or arthritis , whose therapeutic efficacy has already been proven. However , the fact becomes almost impossible to cultivate joint licensing of Narcotics and ICA , so now the plan is to import oil or syrup that pulls out marijuana legally and whose removal makes the University of Mississippi , because it has federal permit.
" As soon as they certify me that I can buy the raw material to bring it to Colombia , I will request permission from Invima and do what they do with Coca -Cola , as its base or secret formula here is imported and becomes the gas , "he adds.
His plan is to work with laboratory paisa Farmatech that maquilaría products for New Colombia Resources and initially would topical medications , especially for skin cancer, using the parameters of the FDA, the food and drug agency US the final goal is to export drugs.
Topic patent
And why give so much back if already in the United States is grown and can do the processing for converting medical cannabis ? The answer is to make the field of manufacturing laboratory is cheaper in Colombia and also sees a business opportunity in US law. "There is discord between the federal government, for which marijuana is illegal , and more than 22 states that have passed their medicinal use. That makes it easier to get international patents before American companies , because they only are allowed in some states. When and how the federal government seeks to regulate the issue , we would Colombians and patents "he says.
Your new business idea coincides with the project settled Senator Juan Manuel Galán in the First Committee to allow the medical use of marijuana in the country. Although the proposal was immediately rejected by the Church , has the support of several political parties and opposition congressmen like Jose Obdulio Gaviria, the Democratic Centre , who in a virtual conference organized by Weather expressed support for the idea.
As this bill would amend Article 49 of the Constitution , which refers to the guarantee of access to services that help the promotion, protection and recovery of health , this Act will require eight debates in Congress. However , its promoters first want to forums and air the issue before starting the legislative process. With this , cultivation , research and production of medicines derived from marijuana would be allowed , as it wants to make New Colombia Resources.
Campo know will not be fast and that the law is critical to your business, but at age 43 say they have time to wait for Colombia into the same legal parameter against marijuana apply more countries. And also have time to wait for their coal shipments from Guaduas not have to go by truck, as initially should do, but by the Magdalena River. "When all this start, I'll be the first to be there," he says in Spanish and coastal accent perfect.

New Colombia Resources Inc. Updates Mining Operations
The Company expects to generate revenue upon environmental permit approval
GUADUAS, Colombia, Oct. 30, 2014
New Colombia Resources, Inc. (NEWC) ("New Colombia or the Company"), a U.S. company with coal and other resource assets in Colombia, is pleased to update shareholders on the progress of their mining operations. New Colombia is nearing completion of the development of its 1000 cubic meter per day rock quarry on their property.
New Colombia's Work Plan has been approved by the National Mining Agency (ANM) for coal and other grantable minerals. In addition to coal, the company has vast amounts of rocks and other raw building materials on their green fields within their concession contract. Machines and workers are onsite doing roadwork and clearing for the start of Quarry operations. The mining and crushing equipment is available to be moved on site and begin processing within two weeks. Full mining operations are anticipated to begin in the near future with the issue of the final environmental permit approval, which is controlled by local authorities.
Company Director, Erasmo Almanza, said, "I am from this area and our mining operations have the support of local residents and businesses. Many of the area's workers and the local economy of the Guaduas region will benefit from our activities. We are committed to using local labor and service providers whenever possible."
The company will begin selling unprocessed aggregates while the crushing plant is being installed. During the first months of operation the plant can process over $500,000 per month in material. With their environmental permits in the final stage of processing, New Colombia will soon begin to deliver product and produce revenue.
John Campo, President, stated, "Based on the Intent to Purchase Agreement for 600 cubic meters of crushed rock per day received in June and other sales opportunities, we believe it is possible to process and deliver $500,000 to $1,000,000 of crushed rock per month. This one intent to purchase is for at least $675,000 or more per month. The approximate price for gravel in Bogota is US $45 per metric cubic meter and $110 per cubic meter for rock phosphate."

New Colombia Resources Inc. Reports on Site Visit of their Coal and Rock Mine by Environmental Authorities in Colombia.
The Company believes they have discovered rock phosphate on their property
GUADUAS, Colombia, Sept. 16, 2014
New Colombia Resources, Inc. (NEWC) ("New Colombia or the Company"), a U.S. company with coal and other resource assets in Colombia, is pleased to update shareholders on the progress of their mining operations. As previously announced, New Colombia is developing a 1000 m3 per day rock quarry on their property while they bring coal operations online.
The environmental authority visited their site in Guaduas with company directors on September 12, 2014. There were no negative comments during the visit, only positive comments about the discovery of rock phosphate and the quality of both their coal and rock assets. Since there have never been mining operations on their site causing a negative environmental impact, New Colombia Resources believes there will be no issues with the environmental permit. This visit is normally the final step in the approval of an environmental permit. The company's Work Plan (PTO) was approved by the National Mining Agency (ANM) on December 23, 2013.
New Colombia Resources is very pleased the Colombian government has initiated their 4G Highway plan for nine new four lane highways. The first five highway concessions were signed last week, including 214 km from Girardot to Puerto Salgar which is very close to their gravel operation. An Israeli company recently won a bid to build a beltway system around Bogota.
The Company is setting up operations at their mine to produce 1000 m3/day of raw building material. They are finalizing negotiations with equipment operators this week. They recently completed an engineering study where lab test showed very high quality rocks. The study will be posted on the company's website.
New Colombia is having rock phosphate samples tested. If they prove to be positive for phosphate, the company will approach buyers. The current market price for rock phosphate is $ 111/m3. The company will be visiting with potential buyers of raw building materials at their mine site this week. The company expects to be set up for operations with the next few weeks.

New Colombia Resources Inc. Provides Update to Shareholders
The Company is Featured in the Current Issue of a Leading Print Financial Publication
BOGOTÁ, Colombia / ACCESSWIRE / August 19, 2014
New Colombia Resources, Inc. (NEWC) (“New Colombia or the Company”), a U.S. company with coal and other resource assets in Colombia, is pleased to update shareholders on the progress of their mining operations. As previously announced, New Colombia will develop a 1000 m3 per day rock quarry on their property while they bring coal operations online. The company originally expected to start quarry operations earlier this year, due to issues with a land purchase agreement, and a pending site visit, the initiation has been delayed for a few weeks.
The company received notice from the local environmental authority of a site visit for September 13, 2014. New Colombia Resources believes it is in their best interest to begin gravel operations after this inspection. They expect this visit to be the final step in the approval of their coal mining permit. The company’s Work Plan (PTO) was approved on December 23, 2013. Their environmental impact plan has been under review for several months; the company believes their coal mining permit will be issued soon after the visit.
New Colombia’s subsidiary, Compañía Minera San Jose Ltda., has fully paid and executed a land purchase agreement that transferred title on August 15, 2014. The company’s President made a capital injection of $ 50,000 into New Colombia Resources on July 25, 2014 to facilitate this transaction. Mr. Campo will enter into a royalty agreement with the Company which will be disclosed once finalized.
In addition to the purchased greenfield, New Colombia is leasing property along national highway I-50 leading to Bogota to use as a rock depot. The processed aggregates will be trucked down from their mine using existing haul roads to the highway. From there the material will be trucked in bigger dumpers to end users. The municipality of Guaduas is finishing construction of a haul road that leads down to Colombia’s largest new highway, Ruta del Sol, from their mine in 6 Km. In addition to Highway I-50, New Colombia will lease or purchase a rock yard along the new Road to the Sun.
New Colombia Resources purchased a rock crushing plant capable of producing over 100 m3 per hour. Although they received a letter of intent to purchase over 600 m3 per day in Bogota, they will pursue the closest buyer to optimize profit margins by reducing transportation costs. The company will be finalizing purchase agreements for their building materials as they get closer to production. They are materializing an operator’s agreement with a third party operator of excavation equipment and dump trucks.
New Colombia Resources is featured in a print article in the current edition of Dinero Magazine, Colombia’s leading financial news publication. New Colombia Resources Inc. Receives Intent to Purchase $ 675,000 per month of Aggregates from their Mine in Colombia
MIAMI, June 5, 2014 /PRNewswire/ --
New Colombia Resources, Inc. (NEWC) ("New Colombia or the Company"), a U.S. company with coal and other resource assets in Colombia, is pleased to announce they have received an intent to purchase up to 600 m3 per day of aggregates from their mine. If accepted by New Colombia Resources, the company will enter a formal contract. This intent to purchase is for at least $ 675,000 or more per month depending on the lab results of the material. The approximate price for gravel in Bogota is US$ 45/m3 and $ 60/m3 for shale. The company has mountains of these building materials
New Colombia Resources is focused on bringing their coal mining operations online while taking advantage of the high demand for aggregates which are abundant on their mining title in Colombia. They have been in negotiations with several interested buyers for raw building materials and will make a decision on the final buyer when the test results of the aggregates are finalized by the laboratory doing the analysis. The Company feels they are in a dominant position since rock quarries in and around Bogota have been closed by the environmental authorities limiting supply, increasing prices, and availing rock mining equipment. The company's goal is to sell material to end users and expects to have several more purchase orders.
New Colombia Resources entered into a purchase contract for a rock crushing plant capable of producing over 100 m3 per hour. The plant is being moved to their mine site in Guaduas this week and the company expects to have it set up by the end of June. They will begin processing aggregates as soon as the plant is set up and the permit to process aggregates is approved. The Company believes the permit will be approved by June 30.
A video of this crusher running idle is posted on the homepage of the company's website, www.newcolombiaresources.com.
The Company visited the work site last week with representatives of a transportation company to move the aggregates from their mine to a storage yard. The transportation company proposed providing 25 dump trucks for this operation on a contract basis. The materials will be moved by larger dumpers from the storage yard to their customers. New Colombia has received a proposal from an operator to produce 1000- 2000 m3 per day using their crushing plant. The company believes owning the crushing plant and contracting operations and transportation is the most efficient method to begin production. They are reviewing these proposals, along with others, and will make a decision by the end of June.
Colombia is injecting US$ 25 Billion into the economy through infrastructure investments to spur growth. New Colombia will benefit by selling materials for these projects and using the new infrastructure to transport their coal to export markets. The cash flow from the building materials will help finance their coal operations.
The Company will benefit from the dredging of the Magdalena River which will reduce transportation costs for oil and coal producers from central Colombia. New Colombia Resources Inc. Provides Update on Their Coal, Rock, and Cannabis Research Projects in Colombia
MIAMI, FL--(Marketwired - Apr 24, 2014) –
New Colombia Resources, Inc. (OTCQB: NEWC) ("New Colombia or the Company"), a U.S. company with coal and other resource assets in Colombia, is providing an update to shareholders on their projects in Colombia.
New Colombia Resources is focused on bringing their mining operations online while taking advantage of other opportunities. In addition to mining, they are discussing clinical trials with a pharmaceutical company in Colombia for cannabis based products. These trials will be designed by a U.S. specialist so they can be used as data for eventual submission to the FDA by New Colombia or other companies. They will work with their pharmaceutical partner to gain the necessary approvals. Colombia's President Santos in an interview with the WSJ this week said, "How do I explain to a peasant in Colombia that I have to put him in prison for growing marijuana when in Colorado or in Washington state, it's legal to buy the same marijuana?"
New Colombia Resources is pleased to announce they have filed for their environmental license with the local environmental authority for their high quality metallurgical coal concession. The Company expects comments then approval within a few months. Their work plan (PTO) was approved on Dec. 23, 2013. They will begin processing aggregates in the coming weeks with a newly reconditioned rock crushing plant. New Colombia Resources has executed a purchase agreement for this plant payable in monthly installments. The crusher is capable of producing over 100m3/hour.
A video of this crusher running idle will be posted on the homepage of the company's website, www.newcolombiaresources.com.
The Company was not able to begin their rock quarry operation in the first quarter due to talks with a major U.S. coal miner interested in an asset swap of metallurgical coal for rock mining equipment. The U.S. miner decided after two months of consideration to wait until New Colombia was ready to begin coal mining and completed their technical study. The Company met with John T. Boyd & Co. to begin an Advisory Memorandum for their concessions which will lead to an N.I. 43-101. The company is negotiating financing for the approximately $ 300,000 needed to begin rock mining.
Upon financing, New Colombia Resources, through majority owned subsidiary Compañía Minera San Jose Ltda, will begin rock mining operations with a permit to process aggregates within the next 4-8 weeks. Their low end projections are 1000m3/day in building materials. A qualified civil engineer with many years experience in rock mining will begin transporting the plant to Guaduas next week. He visited the site earlier this month an uncovered vast amounts of high quality white and black rocks. The white rocks are gravel and granite, the black rock is shale. The gravel is used for building materials, the granite may be used for tile, and the shale is used for roadways. The approximate price for gravel in Bogota is US$ 45/m3 and shale is $ 60/m3. The company has mountains of white rocks and shale. These slopes will allow them to use gravity to their favor by reducing energy costs because the rocks roll into the crushing plant. They will also do tests to determine what other mineral assets are in these mountains.
"Colombia is injecting US$ 25 Billion into the economy through infrastructure investments to spur growth. The cash flow from the building materials that may be used in these projects will help us finance our coal operations, therefore, we did not materialize the $ 1 MM term sheet previously announced," stated John Campo, President of New Colombia Resources, Inc.
The Company has received a second shipment of fertilizer from Malaysia for their test spray on African Palm trees. They are testing this fertilizer on the plantations of the largest African palm grower in Colombia. Upon successful results, they expect a multimillion dollar order from this grower. The company has decided to rescind their agreement to acquire Café Tolima Don Diego due to a disagreement with the seller. They still may work with Diego, but have decided to design their own brand and purchase organic coffee from plantations in Guaduas where they have their mining operations.

New Colombia Resources Inc. Announces Approval of the Work Plan for Their Metallurgical Coal Mine by the National Mining Agency (ANM) of Colombia
Company President Will Speak at the International Coal Conference of the Americas
SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FL--(Marketwired - Jan 7, 2014)
New Colombia Resources, Inc. (OTCQB: NEWC) ("New Colombia or the Company") is pleased to announce the approval of their PTO, Plan de Trabajo y Obras (Work Plan) by the Agencia Nacional de Mineria (ANM). Concession Contract ILE-09551, the Resolution is posted on the ANM's website, see Expediente ILE-09551 at http://www.anm.gov.co/sites/default/files/atencion_minero/estado_151_23_de_diciembre_de_2013-bogota.pdf
New Colombia believes approval of the Work Plan will greatly increase the interest in the company. They have been taking all of the necessary steps to be in production as soon as possible by working closely with the local environmental authority for approval of their environmental permits. The company will submit the permit application for extraction of raw building materials in the next few weeks. Upon acceptance of the application, New Colombia can begin extraction of building materials. The Company will also submit their application for the environmental permit for coal production. The approval of the work plan accelerates this process.
New Colombia Resources signed a term sheet for financing that they expect to close within the next few days. The Company is also in talks with major international coal and energy companies interested in entering the Colombian coal sector.
The Company believes they can have approval of the coal environmental permit in Q1 and expects to generate revenue within the first half of Q1. The cash flow generated from the raw building materials allows them to finance their coal operations on better terms. New Colombia will hire drillers to implement a drill plan they completed last year, these results will be used to finish the N.I. 43-101 Technical Report.
New Colombia is pleased to announce that John Campo will be a guest speaker at the IHS McCloskey 21st Annual Coal Conference of the Americas to be held in Cartagena, Colombia on March 13-14. This conference will be attended by the Minister of Mines and Energy, coal buyers, mining executives, and energy investors from all over the world. IHS is the leading provider of diverse global market and economic information. For a list of distinguished speakers visit http://www.ihs.com/events/ihs/coal-americas-mar-2014.aspx
"The approval of the work permit by the ANM is a huge step forward in our efforts to begin coal production. To my knowledge, we'll be the only international junior exploration company at the coal conference that took a mining contract from solicitation to a work plan approved concession in these market conditions. I'm very confident we're making the right contacts to develop over 4000 ha of mostly metallurgical coal available to us," stated John Campo, President of New Colombia Resources.

New Colombia Resources Inc. Announces Plan and Projections for Extracting Raw Construction Materials From Their Metallurgical Coal Property in Colombia
Company to Begin Talks With the Largest Metallurgical Coal Supplier in the U.S.
BARRANQUILLA, COLOMBIA--(Marketwired - Dec 18, 2013) –
New Colombia Resources, Inc. (OTCQB: NEWC) ("New Colombia or the Company") provides guidance on their previously announced plans to extract raw building materials from their mining concession in Guaduas, Colombia. In addition to coal, New Colombia's mining title covers other resources. Their property has vast amounts of gravel, marble, granite and other metamorphic resources so the company has been preparing to begin extraction of these materials which are in high demand due to the construction and infrastructure boom Colombia is experiencing.
New Colombia Resources has a team of environmental and civil engineers on the ground in Guaduas working closely with the local environmental authority preparing the necessary water, forest, and discharge permit applications. Upon submission and acceptance of these applications the Company can begin production. New Colombia expects to have all of their permits submitted and accepted in the next few weeks to begin mining operations next month.
New Colombia projects one work front consisting of an excavator/loader, dump truck, impact mill, and crusher, can produce 500 m3/day generating over US$ 12,000 in revenue. The cost to produce the 500 m3 is projected to be under US$ 7000. The company is in talks with representatives of a retired MLB All Star who owns a crusher in Colombia. The company will enter into a purchase, lease, or profit sharing agreement with this individual. The company plans to purchase a used dump truck and impact mill and lease the excavator/loader while they are able to purchase their own.
As previously announced New Colombia is working with an agent of a U.S. CAT dealer to submit credit applications to purchase U.S. made equipment. The Company will begin operations with equipment already in Colombia as they process these applications. New Colombia is expecting a term sheet this week from a major investor to finance the purchase of equipment, quarry build out, and operating capital.
In a recent study conducted by New Colombia Resources, the company determined that the demand for stone aggregates in Bogota is currently unmet since they are importing material from neighboring municipalities, like Guaduas. According to the National Statistics Administration Department (DANE), 84 Million cubic meters of construction material was projected to be produced in Colombia in 2012 of which 20% was sold in Bogota. Supply from mines in Bogota declined dramatically due to closures of 200 mines due to environmental issues.
The main consumption of building material in Colombia is for urban residential/commercial buildings (60%) and roads (15%). Rural construction, manufacturing, repairs, and maintenance make up the other 25%. New Colombia has been in preliminary discussions with the top 3 consumers of building material; however their focus is a local gravel company interested in 600 m3/day.
Hard stones can reach a price of US$ 45/m3 in Bogota, while in producing areas the price is about $ 17/m3 at the mine's gate. Transportation is a high percentage of the price of material in Bogota. New Colombia is in discussion with an accredited investor to purchase trailers and dump trucks to haul material 60 miles to Bogota.
"We're making every effort to start production of construction material in January. This will allow us to finance the drilling to complete the N.I. 43-101 of the metallurgical coal deposits. I have a call this week with the largest metallurgical coal supplier in the U.S. to discuss a possible investment or joint venture to start the met coal operations. We also have a thermal coal project under review by one the largest power companies in India, "stated John Campo, President of New Colombia Resources.

New Colombia Resources Inc. takes Steps to Begin Extracting Raw Building Materials from their Metallurgical Coal Property in Colombia
BARRANQUILLA, Colombia, November 22, 2013
New Colombia Resources, Inc. (NEWC) ("New Colombia or the Company") announces plans to begin extracting raw building materials from their farm in Guaduas, Colombia. In addition to coal, New Colombia's mining title covers other resources. The farm has vast amounts of gravel, marble, granite, and other metamorphic resources. The company is in contact with road builders to enter into a supply contract. The last segment of the Road to the Sun project is in close proximity to La Tabaquera.
The company is currently scouting machinery and favorable financing to begin operations in January. New Colombia's subsidiary, Minera San Jose Ltda, is working with an agent of a U.S. CAT dealer to submit a credit application to the Ex-Im Bank to purchase equipment from the Florida dealer. In the meantime the company is focused on acquiring equipment locally to begin operations as soon as the permits are approved while this application is in process.
The environmental authorities have closed all rock quarries in Bogota, creating a sharp increase in the price of building materials. New Colombia mining operations are 60 miles from Bogota. Colombia is experiencing a boom in residential and commercial construction as well as infrastructure growth. The government of Colombia has begun the Fourth Generation Highways Project with the intent of updating major roads to international safety and speed standards. This project will improve or build over 5000 miles of roadway and is being funded through public and private capital. These roads are expected to improve Colombia's competitiveness in order to successfully take advantage of the many trade agreements signed in recent years.
New Colombia will submit an application for an environmental and work permit for raw building materials shortly. The company is preparing the application with geologists to submit to the local environmental agency. Once submitted, the company expects a site visit within 10 days followed by a quick approval. It is the company's goal to generate revenue in January 2014.
The cash flow generated from the building materials will be used to develop the coal mine on the same property. The company will be applying for a site visit for the coal operations in the coming days. New Colombia has submitted the baseline of the environmental impact study to both the National Mining Agency (ANM) and the Regional Autonomous Corporation (CAR). The company plans to begin drilling according to their drill programme once the necessary financing is in place.
"We believe we can obtain less dilutive financing with approved work and environmental permits for coal and cash flow from the construction materials," stated John Campo, President of New Colombia Resources.

New Colombia Resources Inc Subsidiary, Sannabis, Produces First Batch of Medical Marijuana Based Products in Colombia to Fill Back Orders.
Sannabis is producing a "Made in Colombia" topical cannabis medical product for worldwide distribution through infomercials.
BOGOTA, Colombia, Oct. 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ --
New Colombia Resources, Inc. (NEWC) ("New Colombia or the Company"), a U.S. company with coal and other resource assets in Colombia, is pleased to announce their Colombian subsidiary, Sannabis S.A.S., has legally produced a trial run of cannabis based products on an Indian reservation. The Sannabis brand is a registered trademark of Sannabis S.A.S., a joint venture between New Colombia Resources and Juan Paolo Guzman with members of the TOEZ Indian Reservation in Caloto, Norte del Cauca, a region known for the most sought after medicinal Cannabis strains in the world.
Members of the tribe in association with Mr. Guzman have been producing the Sannabis brand of cannabis based medical products for over 2 years. Mr. Guzman is a respected member of the Colombian Medical Cannabis Community for over 20 years, spearheading a movement to medically accept Cannabis in Colombia that has little opposition.

Their new website, www.sannabis.co will be operational soon.
New Colombia Resources is very pleased to work with the TOEZ tribe to bring these life improving products to market. Last week Sannabis produced over 700 topical products to distribute to patients in despair. Sannabis is setting up a pharmaceutical grade production line on the TOEZ reservation. They are bringing U.S. technology to this growing sector, first by purchasing machinery to make essential oils and resins which are manufactured into therapeutic medicines on the Reservation, then by documenting patients for eventual FDA or INVIMA approval of a pharmaceutical product.
Sannabis has been overwhelmed by the interest of potential distributors in all parts of Colombia. They have back orders that need to be filled. Sannabis is producing a "Made in Colombia" topical cannabis medical product for worldwide distribution through infomercials. Sannabis will continue to legally produce over the counter natural therapeutic products while following protocols to develop a pharmaceutical product.
New Colombia Resources and Sannabis were invited by Senator Juan Manuel Galan to attend a forum yesterday in the Colombian Senate titled "Use of Medical Marijuana: From Myth to Evidence." Panelists included representatives from the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Health, Drug Agency, Universities, and others. All of the participants gave passionate opinions in favor of regulating medical marijuana as a legitimate medicine. One went as far as to suggest a new "National Cannabis Agency."
The final and most meaningful comments came from the mother of Jacobo, a 3 year old boy with Epilepsy, who said no matter what the regulators say or do, her "duty as a mother comes first." Like many children around the world with epilepsy, daily seizures along with prescribed medications that weren't working, prevented Jacobo from enjoying his childhood. A cannabis based medicine has allowed him to live a happier seizure free life.
Sannabis has developed a high CBD, low THC medicine for children with Dravet Syndrome. Some of their patients have avoided moving to Colorado because of Sannabis; other parents can't afford their products. Sannabis is developing a program for willing parents that can afford the medicine to subsidize those that can't.
"I'm ecstatic about bringing a team of experts from the U.S. and Canada to help Indian reservations develop sustainable hemp and cannabis industries, all while helping patients that before had no hope. Just like the mining industry, there are ideal conditions and a low cost of production. In Colombia the market for medical products in general is growing by the minute. It's a perfect time to market new therapeutic products, especially when they work like no other," stated John Campo, President of New Colombia Resources Inc.
Additionally, New Colombia expects approval of their environmental permit within days. As soon as the permit is approved they will begin to move material. The Company will issue a more detailed release on their mining operations at a later date.

New Colombia Resources, Inc. (OTCQB: NEWC) ("New Colombia or the Company"), a U.S. company with coal and other resource assets in Colombia, is pleased to announce they have formed a joint venture to produce cannabis and hemp based medicinal products in Colombia in association with an indigenous community in Colombia. All of the products are produced on the indigenous reservation and commercialized under the favorable sentence C-176 of 1994 and C-882 of 2011 of the constitutional court. Cannabis and hemp based products have been produced and sold by indigenous people in all parts of Colombia for many years. They have topical products that treat, cancer, arthritis, and fibromyalgia. The partnership will focus strongly on producing an exceptional strain for Dravet Syndrome, much like Charlotte's Web. In addition to treating paying patients, New Colombia and its partners will form a foundation to treat underprivileged children with Dravet Syndrome and others.

Mr. Campo is documenting cases of patients that have been cured or relieved by cannabis based products produced on indigenous reservations.
Additionally, New Colombia is actively preparing their property for mining operations. They are in discussions with investment bankers to finance their coal operations. New Colombia Resources Inc. Provides Update to Shareholders
BOGOTÁ, Colombia / ACCESSWIRE / August 19, 2014
New Colombia Resources, Inc. (OTCQB: NEWC) ("New Colombia or the Company"), a U.S. company with coal and other resource assets in Colombia, is pleased to update shareholders on the progress of their mining operations.
The company's Work Plan (PTO) was approved on December 23, 2013. Their environmental impact plan has been under review for several months; the company believes their coal mining permit will be issued soon after the visit.
New Colombia's subsidiary, Compañía Minera San Jose Ltda., has fully paid and executed a land purchase agreement that transferred title on August 15, 2014. The company's President made a capital injection of $ 50,000 into New Colombia Resources on July 25, 2014 to facilitate this transaction.
The municipality of Guaduas is finishing construction of a haul road that leads down to Colombia's largest new highway, Ruta del Sol, from their mine in 6 Km.
They are materializing an operator's agreement with a third party operator of excavation equipment and dump trucks.
New Colombia Resources is featured in a print article in the current edition of Dinero Magazine, Colombia's leading financial news publication. The Ruta N organization was created to promote the development of innovative science and technology-based businesses in the city of Medellin, the winner in 2013 of the world's "Innovative City of Year" award by the Wall Street Journal and Citi.

New Colombia is in discussions with Cannabis Science Inc. (OTCQB: CBIS) to oversee this program along with their scientific advisor Dr. Robert Melamede, President of Cannabis Science Inc. (CBIS). "This program will benefit our efforts for approvals for research and development of legal cannabis based pharmaceutical products in Colombia," stated John Campo, President of New Colombia Resource, Inc.
Hemp, Inc. (OTC Pink: HEMP) announced today that it has purchased a whole line of automated Temafa decortication equipment designed to separate the fiber from the core of the hemp plant through a process known as decortication. The Temafa decortication line of equipment, the only one of its kind in the United States, purchased by Hemp, Inc. will now enable the company to process raw hemp for American farmers into two valuable base products (fiber and hurd) that can both yield hundreds of products. The equipment is currently located at a plant in North Carolina. Hemp, Inc. is set to move the equipment to a more suitable location such as Kentucky, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina, or the Georgia area. "This purchase of decortication equipment was a critical step in order for Hemp, Inc. to help Americans transition from non-sustainable synthetic solutions to a hemp-based green solution. We are very excited at what we'll be able to achieve once our manufacturing facility ramps its hemp production volume up over the next few years," said Perlowin, CEO of Hemp, Inc.
Nuvilex, Inc. (OTCQB: NVLX) recently announced that it signed an agreement with the University of Northern Colorado to perform initial studies in the development of cancer treatments that combine the proprietary live-cell encapsulation technology Cell-in-a-Box® with constituents of cannabis known as cannabinoids. It was another quiet announcement that seemed to fly under the radar, and maybe purposely so, as Nuvilex is a biotechnology firm that wants to stay just that, but at the same time, the company wants to use all available tools to potentially improve its own cancer treatments and, in turn, potentially save lives. And that means medical marijuana needs to be an option given it has proven it has medicinal properties. So, in what has been Nuvilex's modus operandi over the last year or so, the company has sought out cannabis industry professionals in an attempt to position itself as a leader in medical marijuana. Unlike many companies that reside permanently in the cannabis space, putting out news daily with no substance and seemingly no end in sight to the claims, Nuvilex has methodically put together a world class Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) at its wholly owned subsidiary Medical Marijuana Sciences.
Tranzbyte Corporation (OTC Pink: ERBB) attracts established and early growth businesses seeking to take advantage of resources through the public capital markets and provides them capital, legal, accounting, and public relations resources. Tranzbyte recently announced that it will change its corporate name to AMERICAN GREEN™. The name change should be effective sometime within the next several weeks and is subject to review by FINRA and The State of Nevada. ERBB closed down on Monday (5/19/2014) at $0.021 on Heavy Volume Trading over 89 Million shares by the market close.

"The U.S. federal government, legislators, law enforcement officers and many healthcare professionals often use the "lack of clinical trials" with cannabis as a legitimate reason for continuing the marijuana prohibition. The Catch 22 here is that the federal government has made it virtually impossible for researchers to study the therapeutic efficacy of cannabis. Tata Power is looking to acquire coal assets in the US, Canada and Colombia

Tata Power sets sights on coal assets abroad
R. SURYAMURTHY
New Delhi, Oct. 23: Tata Power is looking to acquire coal assets in the US, Canada and Colombia as surging energy supplies from shale gas have made the fossil fuel cheaper.
“The company is seeking coal assets in the US, Canada and Colombia as prices of the fuel drop amid surging shale gas supplies in North America. Initial purchase talks are on for several mines,” Anil Sardana, managing director and CEO of Tata Power, told The Telegraph.
Cheap coal may help Tata Power to turn its plant profitable following the purchase of mines in Indonesia turning sour after they pegged their coal to global benchmark prices.
The US power generators have turned to shale gas freeing up coal reserves. Shale extraction uses hydraulic fracturing, which involves blasting water, sand and chemicals underground to release trapped oil and gas.
Sardana said, “A few consignments have been sourced from Colombia and the USA. The coal from these mines will be used for generation. This is a part of Tata Power’s initiative to ensure fuel security for the country.”

I think, it will be great soon!
But remain cautious, it is OTC.
Candid beginning? Why do I think that:
1.
It seems that the new CEO is an honest man!!
He and his life seem exemplary.
2.
There has been no sec-filings. But now they write:
“At this time HE-5 Resources Corporation have retained the services of John T. Root. Jr. as council in efforts for filing a Form 10 with the SEC. Management believes that by raising the tier of HE-5 Resources to fully reporting is the best decision for the company. “
And so I think, it will come soon.
3.
Someone buys a lot and the price is kept low.
