BioCentric Energy (PINKSHEETS: BEHL) provides a Shareholder Update:
Because so much has transpired since the last update we provided at BioCentric we have decided to update nationally today and internationally on this next Friday morning.
Revised Site -- the new site, www.biocentricalgae.com is close to being completed (new date for launch is Friday, the 15th of May, 2009)... we are awaiting final decisions on which strains will be initially offered along with the first hard assets to avail -- we are also working on another site specifically for our shareholder base which will be announced shortly as well.
Permian Sea Algae Farm -- Dennis Fisher met with the two principles and discussed our next steps forward -- their unique potential provides a path to quick profitability -- one component is still not yet finalized and will require additional legwork to bring to fruition prior to putting a shovel in the ground.
Houston Presentation -- On May 1st Mr. Fisher attended the National Algae Forum in Houston, Texas, where Mr. Fisher released details, including a concise schematic, of the BioCentric Algae Pro Photobioreactor in his speech titled "Cost and Revenue of Algae Production." Afterwards, Mr. Barry Cohen, President of the National Algae Association, welcomed Mr. Fisher to the new management position of West Coast Division of the National Algae Association. As a result of Mr. Fisher's oratory on May 1st, several requests were made for BioCentric to author Memorandums of Understandings both nationally and internationally.
Port Arthur -- Dennis Fisher met with Mike Law and Helmut Gass of Ecowerks to formulate a foundation for a Joint Venture Agreement to author a PPM for a Separate Business Unit (SBU) primarily for 1401 19th Street, at the Port Arthur, Texas location... Furthermore, Ecowerks has hard assets at their location which BioCentric will utilize to bring online in California after a fair and equitable arrangement has been defined by Mr. Law.
Russell Industries -- Dennis Fisher met with CEO Rick Berman and signed a Memorandum of Understanding to build a three acre facility outside Houston proper to grow a strain of algae for human nutritional supplement overseas.
EcoFuel/Bio Cen -- BioCentric last week executed an association contract with the experienced team of Phycologists, Bioengineers, and Microbiologists with over 38 years of algae experience -- we have been in negotiations with this team since last August -- their resumes will be posted at www.biocentricalgae.com by May 15th.
Two colleges have been selected by BioCentric to receive, free of charge, the Algae Pro Photobioreactor to assist their efforts in training, hopefully, BioCentric Algae future employees. These institutions, one in New Mexico and one in Louisiana have proven their tenacious desire to educate tomorrow's Scientists in the potential of algae
One of the largest poultry corporations, the largest algae production facility in the United States, Bio Cen, and BioCentric have begun to author a concise plan of action to evaluate the true value of algae as a nutritional supplement and feedstock which will involve several thousand chickens in country being analyzed by an independent third party.
