Anyone who has ever dealt with this type of transaction knows how it works, for anyone to continue to say otherwise is showing just how ignorant they are about this topic.

I am going to request the admin look at some posts and see if action is required. This is getting ridiculous. This topic has been covered and recovered too many times for it to have any need to be discussed further. When the line is crossed one more time insofar as dispensing legal opinions, I AM going to request the admin look at violations of law being TOS violations.

To me, it seems like someone is concerned that the actual investors here are going to work together and put NITE in their place, and are doing everything they can to keep us from getting this stock's pps to where it should be.

And as NITE has to move the bid up, the more vocal he gets. Funny how that works!

Whoever the E-Trader is with a sell on the ask of .0425, I would ask that you please reconsider selling at this level and work with us to get the price up to where it should be. Even if it doesn't get up to your price, by having your shares there and available, allows NITE and other MM's to use them to short others. By raising it higher, or removing it until the pps gets to where you would like to sell, you force NITE to scramble for shares.

Regardless, even if they were, I think truth twisting is the real purpose, to perform their job of creating fear so their employer can cover their shorts.

Exactly! If anyone has ever bought or sold on contract for deed, they KNOW that the deed in not transferred until the property is paid off. That does NOT mean that they are not able to say they own it, the deed just has not been transferred yet. Obviously, we have someone who likes to distort truth for their own purposes.

He won't admit his true role, hasn't yet, never will.

Personally, if I had to choose between listening to fellow shareholders who are in the same boat as I am with the same interest in seeing the pps increase, and someone who clearly has an interest in seeing the price tank, and has from the beginning, I believe I would listen to those who are working with me and share the same interest. Apparently someone either has no hobbies or job, or they are getting paid to cost us money. Either way, I have no time for them, they are working against me as an investor.

Don't forget what I said about NITE operatives, they are working hard on this board to take your money away from you! It is their job, and so far, have been doing a great job at it. It is up to us to stop them. I refuse to respond to NITE operatives, and urge others not to either.

Everyone keep an eye on it and you will see the pattern, NITE is trying to work us hard, and so far, has been very successful at it. The only way NITE won't win this battle is if we work together and stop him from getting our shares to cover his short position.

Teamwork, that is exactly what it is all about! If we all work together, we are all going to have a nice payday, if we don't, NITE wins and we give our money to NITE. Personally, I think I need it more than NITE does!

Everyone who has level 2, watch carefully when the bid gets hit, usually, it will only be 1k to 2k shares, that has to be NITE trying to force it down right after an uptick. Don't sell to them and let them get away with this. We all need to keep working together and hold and add.

Exactly, the only reason the pps is where it is is because o few let NITE scare the bejeezers out of them and got them to dump at market tanking the price. Otherwise, NITE would be paying us .20+ right now for shares they don't have. If we quit letting them cover, then they will have to pay us our price!

Good morning/afternoon fellow denizens. Wish I had been here to watch and catch more on the CDIV dip. Everything is looking freat from my perspective, hope everyone is having a great day also.

Attention all CDIV'ers:

By today’s action, most of which I missed, but luckily had a buy order of 100k in at .035, unluckily, wasn’t low enough to catch the bottom of the dip, but got average of .032, so all is good, we can see clearly that NITE has shorted this stock.

I understand and can see that there have been a few people falling for the tricks being played by NITE as we have seen today. Just to let you know, in my opinion, this is what is going on here:

NITE has shorted CDIV by up to 15 million shares or more, counting on the fact that it could use its usual scare tactics and dumping to run it back down to subpenny prices.

Due to the fact that it has not been working as well as NITE would like, NITE now has been dumping even more shares it doesn't have in order to get the price lower so it can cover its short postion, which to some degree, has been working with a few here.

By letting NITE buy our shares at these low levels, we are helping NITE take our money and profits.

Instead of listening to NITE operatives posting here, we need to hold NITE to the fire, not sell a single share, and buy as many as each of us can afford, even a few shares will help. If everyone would agree and have the resolve to at least do this until Friday, I strongly believe that we will see a large increase in the pps. If on Friday we do, and everyone here can stick together for even longer, imagine what we can do if we force NITE to buy our shares at OUR prices, the pps could be back up to .13 or higher.

I believe that what caused NITE to short this and work hard to drive it down in the first place is that the price went to .13, NITE did not want to pay that or higher to cover its short position, hired posters to scare people, and dumped more shares on the bid to drive the price down.

If everyone would please consider this, try to not sell any shares until at least Friday, and then decide on Friday if the increase in pps warrants sticking it out with us longer, I would appreciate it. If we resolve to do this, I bet that we see some really telling actions by NITE in response.

So lets all pull together and make NITE pay us what we want for our shares, not what we are scared into selling them for. I don't know about you, but I am not really happy about taking NITE's charity at .04, and would rather have a nice payday at .13 or higher.

Could be that NITE has shorted this way too much and has retained (hired) someone who frequently attacks companies (post history), to help drive the price down so that they (NITE) can cover the shares they are short at a much lower price at the expense of the shareholders here. If this is the case, then that someone is NOT interested in your or their bottom line, (they are not a stock holder), but rather their duty is to get YOU to sell YOUR shares on the cheap to their employer (NITE) as cheaply as they can. Perhaps that may answer your question as to motivations. I for one, am still holding my shares waiting until the short is called and the day of reckoning comes when we get to say what WE are willing to sell OUR shares for.

If you must know, I am averaging up, I figure when the company uplists, PR's the new cosmetics company, and opens more Stem Cell offices, this will be super cheap at this level.

I am buying up and adding on these dips primarily for two reasons:

1. I know this company is going to do great things; and
2. I know that once other stocks we are in have played out, that we are going to see a huge movement of a lot of money into this stock.

With both of those factors, this will seem so cheap that everyone here, including those that are currently bashing it, will be astounded.
