Some people claim that my statements are just trading advice, but I disagree. It is investment advice. Even if you are planning to go long, it doesn't make sense to pay for shares that you could get cheaper if you wait.
Looks like there are some "new" MMs that just joined the party on JASO.
PIPR, TWPT, NEED, FBRC, RBCM, THNK, and NITE.
Hopefully they'll drop CNB down to the $1 - 1.05 range today.
ARCA's got CNB "on sale" for 1.20 right now.
If they are selling 20k shares at 1.20, do you think it will be dropping well below 1.20 ?
By watching the stock for 6 months, and now with 10 billion shares authorized, "support" really doesn't exist imo.
If the stock goes up and you can make 20-200%, sell it all and take full profits.
Good mornin'.
Yup, another great day for AMNE.
They seem to be the company who cried wolf.
They announce a preferred dividend and never paid it. Now they announce a F/S and don't carry through.
The next time "news" comes out about the F/S , the price should just drop right to .0005 and that would be that.
If it drops to .0005 and they actually do perform a split, then the price would be .0001 and couldn't get any lower, which would be a good thing for shareholders seeing as this company is excellent at getting people to buy in before they let them know that they are not sticking to their word.
Attention : Those who bought in recently, if this thing runs to .01 or higher, then by all means SELL IT ALL and take your profits, because if it gets that high again, they will be dumping a ton of shares until the price tanks again.
Cheers!
You can throw "support" levels out the window with this one imo.
Good point, but I would certainly take a gap up someday to .009 x .01 .
Hopefully we'll just gap right over .0045 and .009 .
JASO is rockin'. Should be movin' tomorrow imo.
I've played it several times in the last couple of weeks.
So LEA touched down at 1.02 and is back at 1.43 .
It was workin' today. Major battle at about 4.50 and broke higher at the end of the day.
If it wasn't for the BS trade at 4.23 and a few at 3.42 that went through a few minutes ago in AH, the LOD was 3.49 .
So is tomorrow the day JASO breaks $5 ?
I hope you're right. I do think that this is that one that comes along just once in a GREAT while that you hold and make the truly big money.
I will leave the flipping for the Ks.
Cheers!
It sure seems to be ready to move again.
Major stand-off at 4.51-4.53 for about an hour and it looks like it will hold 4.50 .
Just bought more at 21.60 .
I have an order in for more at .0029 and I am ETMM right under NITE on the bid.
Once some good news comes out and traders hop in, this thing is going to shoot up imo.
Just bought 600,000 more shares at .003 .
Nice to be back. I always planned on holding until the end, but I had to cash in and risk being left out.
No more selling the Ps anymore for me. It's not very much fun to be sitting on the sidelines with empty hands.
I did just sell the Ks I bought on Friday though.
That was easy.
I'll believe it when I see it.
I didn't expect it either, but I should have expected it.
That is twice now I've bought in because of a supposed "dividend" that never happened, even though a F/S is not a dividend. But, I guess it is my own stupid fault for buying in, but I'm just glad I sold the day after they announced that the F/S wasn't going to go through.
Unreal.
Also, I know it's time to run for the hills when a certain poster shows up and says that it's about to take-off.
AMNE will be at .002 or lower by the end of the week imo.
There are huge orders stacked up to buy at .003, and "they" will be throwing shares right through all of the bids imo.
Once DRYS gets below 8 , USB gets below 19, BAC gets around 11, things will start slippin.
Especially when the upgrades of the 6.8B in WMI notes went out and when they posted a profit of $47Million in April.
I didn't like being out, but I needed to make some money.
I definitely want to be holding from here on out.
Whew!
If it ever tanks to .002 or lower, I'll really load up, but I don't see it falling too low.
I think this thing is going to take off runnin' sooner than later.
Had to get atleast $1k in before take-off.
Yup. I think they like getting it down so a lot of orders come in from people at the bid, and then they stop selling that low and make people chase.
I'll take 20.25s . Glad I waited to add more instead of buying all on Friday.
Just bought 400,000 shares to try and get the action going.
I just put in an order for $21 and they filled me at 20.25 .
I don't know if that's good or bad.
Good mornin'.
Not yet.
I think we see an early morning charge followed by drops.
Let's just hear some buyout news before any meeting. Nobody was dumping, and even though it wasn't a lot of volume lately, there have been more interested buyers lately than in a while, so who knows what will happen.
If shareholders felt that they will get less than .31 per share, then we would have seen a major dump.
Interesting situation.
AMNE is a great company to invest in, just not right now imo.
The last 2 pieces of "good news" resulted in no price increase which indicates dilution, and I don't see that changing anytime too soon.
I'll be waiting for the .001-.002 range to get back in.
It's because they have to issue shares to raise capital. Without real revenue right now, capital can only be raised by issuing shares, and the company can make the most money by selling shares right after news is announced imo.
I did for a while.
EROC IH has mentioned this one before and thinks it's about ready.
Lon, can you post an EROC chart?
Hope your weekend is going well!

It's on page 9 .

Probably not. I'm sitting on a few thousand shares so whatever happens happens. If it does a supertank to like a penny, I'll buy like 100,000 shares, sell the few thousand I have left, and then ride out the super cheapies.
Funny.
TPTX is liquidating.
