That's too low.
That is your opinion and nothing else.
Pretty fluffy, if you ask me. What's all the hoopla about?
No, it's not accurate.
I thought his name was Cha Ching.
Your opinion only. Jasley paint does exist. You fail to realize that google search is not the do all to everything.
Do your own DD for once and post the results instead of asking others to do this for you.
Of course it does
Yes, I agree.
The Chinese patent number is: CN105861256A. Same as what's in your post.
That's the fact, Jack.

Only your opinion.
Thank you
Your opinion means nothing to me. EOM

I suggest you go back and reread the filings as it is in there you will see that the opposite is true.
Not true. Good bye
Can you back that up with proof? I didn't think so. Muh
In the filings, you can see that Dwyer is no longer involved. That, alone, discredits you.
Can you prove your facts?

I believe I read those are restricted preferred shares. Check the float. Did that change or remain the same?
Got anything new to discuss or more of the same stuff over and over again and again. Yawn....
I'm glad you didn't, either.
Nope. I'm in way early and still have a hefty profit. There will be better days. I'm not concerned one bit.
And what is so wrong with that when you have something like this?
"In 2018, the retail sales of wine in China amounted to approximately 73.5 billion U.S. dollars and was forecasted to reach nearly 123.6 billion U.S. dollars by 2022."

Doing the simple math, a small percentage of that market easily puts $TGGI @ $$/share even with the number of shares you are looking at.
Only the float is traded. The AS could say 100 trillion shares or more. You should know that this does NOT change the float.
How so? The AS are just simply paper. They have no impact on the float at all. In other words, at this point, that document you keep referring to only changed that number on that document and nothing else.
AS are not float shares. AS just sit there doing nothing until the company decides to use them, if at all, for something such as an acquisition/merger. To that, I actually see the increase in AS a good sign that the acquisitions/mergers are close to occurring.
September 22, 2020 is a date you can research in the filings.
Read the filings and you shall see the answers you seek.
Let's start looking at your "truth", shall we? Dwyer has nothing to do with this. Jane has not been on the bid nor the ask. And yes, there are a couple insiders that own a great deal of these shares. The truth are facts. Please post your facts to back up your "truths".
