I understand. Not too difficult a concept to grasp LOL. Nice DD, by the way - you explained your point, and cited specific examples to prove it. Yes, what you did IS DD.
Good news! For both your mom and for YOU! Glad to see you calmer, that kind of stress you have been experiencing is also very serious.
OK, trusting you on this one - what do you recommend as a sell point?
I said good THINGS, not good TIMES. There is a big difference, and you know I want to cheer you up, not make you depressed. I didn't know your mom was not home - I had thought she was back from the ER. Go visit her - I believe that will make her happy.
If she likes the dogs, better that they are there with her. Otherwise, I agree with you. Keep your chin up, and remember the good things.
None. No stock I ever saw did better after a R/S. That is why I said this might be the one stock that would. SRSR is unique and could be the exception.
By now it should be obvious that there is no link between the SRSR PPS and the value of Sarissa. This leads me to conclude that there will be a frantic scramble to take profits when the next run occurs, with the end result being a drop back to where we are now, or worse.
I hold to my belief that some longs are slowly selling, taking profits, which is also having the effect of depressing the PPS. Again, no blame should be assigned for this; if I had millions of shares I would do the same thing – it is a win win situation for them.
However, since it is IMPOSSIBLE for me to determine if the next run will indeed follow my conclusion above, there is no way I can sell my shares……because if the run does not stop, the price of the ticket to get back on the train could well lock me out of Sarissa forever.
Sometimes I find myself thinking that this might be the one stock that would benefit from a R/S. Especially because I don’t see Scott diluting after a R/S. Would certainly position us for the eventual uplisting………and I do not see the PPS falling back after a R/S, either.
OK, enough rambling.
It looks like a good company, but I am going to pass. I would rather buy a .0001 or so stock that went to a dollar than a .20 stock that went to a dollar LOL. If I were going to buy a higher priced stock, I would get back into HOMS.
I have no idea, sorry LOL.
Interesting company. Here's their website, in case you haven't seen it. http://www.otmionline.com/solutions.php
IMO the company is as real as they come. I don't know if there is money to be made, though - lowest ask is .20, which means I can't get a lot of shares LOL.
Almost a billion served today, but last trade was before 1 p.m., no bid, and one of the asks is 100,000 shares......not a very good combination.
Now THAT is a good reason to be in any stock.
This has to be a browser issue. Sounds like you are not using Microsoft's internet explorer, or you are using a version of it that is too old. If you don't want to switch from your current browser, you can run 2 browsers at once. IMO, worth looking into, since you will save a lot of money with Zecco. There are other brokers - here is a place to start reading. http://www.moneybluebook.com/reviews-of-the-best-online-discount-brokers/
This company is all about greed. They will try to suck every last penny from whoever they can.....beginning with the totally unnecessary R/S when there was a tiny O/S. They care nothing for shareholders.
Found pictures at what seems to be a photo site.

Hello back at you!!!
No embarrassment at all. I watched you say good things about SOFN, then I watched SOFN go from around .001 to around .004, closed around mid .003s today.
Exit from adobe. Change the date back to today. Launch adobe. All should be OK. If not, reboot, then launch adobe.
Now if only they would come back from the grey market!
Not at all. I remember seeing it mentioned by someone on your board.
SNRR trade halt http://www.otcbb.com/MarketWatch/ not all trade halts are for bad reasons, I have no idea why this one is halted.
Website looks good. Chuckle for the "wondering". Hope you have to hire help soon (because you get many many calls for service).
Guess I figured there was more than one document - I was in tunnel vision mode and just checked the spelling LOL.
All you have to do is click on "reset" - this way you can at least see how many posts there are in any given time period.
This is as it should be, IMO. Here's why:
1. There is no news.
2. Since there is no news, we who believe in SRSR know all is well.
3. No one has posted any questions or other comments, which generally need a reply from those who have the answers.
4. It is a holiday weekend.
All of this bodes very well for SRSR and us.
Olds 442 convertible - now that is a nice car!!!!
4 speed
4 barrel carb
2 dual exhaust
Although some were automatics.
STUO - I used to have shares, they were OTCBB only, not pink, so when they went delinquent, they went to grey. The other companies associated with this company are well known (more like infamous LOL). The reason I liked STUO was because although the A/S is 1 billion, the O/S is only 18,860,000. I don't like STUO too much now though LOL.
The concept of this board is interesting and a good idea, IMO. I don't know how to buy grey shares though, they never show up on L2, and I experimented once trying to buy a few (to see if I could), and nothing ever happened.
Finding a grey that might become a pink is GREAT! Big difference from trading regular greys.
IMO, you are subjecting yourself to potential "thank you"s from people who appreciate you sharing that information. Especially since you are doing it in a spirit of kindness and team spirit (but what else would anyone expect from one of Gail's friends....Gail who is the queen of helping others)?
Thank you!!!
I don't know the answer to that, but that would not have worked for me at the time.
Reading posts, looking at the stocks you talk about, but haven't gotten any yet.
My gain would not have been long term, so I would be paying taxes at higher rates than 15%.
Viewpoint of an optimist.
Let’s say I had sold 300,000 shares at .20.
Let’s also say my cost was .02.
That would make my profit $54,000.
Now I am obligated for at least $25,000 in taxes and other fees.
So I now have $35,000 available cash left.
PPS hits .10, and I buy back my 300,000 shares. Now I have $5,000 “extra” cash.
Doesn’t look so great, does it? That is why I did not do this.
For those who are getting really worried as the price drops, I offer the following:
1. The minerals are still in the ground, and are still worth billions.
2. We are not going to sell at these levels.
3. If the PPS is .10 and our account value is $30,000 we are not selling.
4. If the PPS goes to .06 and our account value is $18,000 we are still not selling.
5. So as long as we believe that the PPS will eventually end up north of $.25, for all I care it can go as low as it wants in the interim, and I DON’T CARE.
bid 1x.028, 2x.0254, many lower
ask 1x.0289, 3x.03, 5x.05, 3 higher. Note, I will be leaving shortly, back at 10 p.m. or later.
I never got past that....I just figured the spell check was automatic - once I type something, I just hit preview and watch for words in blue. I don't do anything to make it check the words.
When I post, if I check preview instead of submit public post, mis-spelled words show up in blue. The rest of the post is in black.
OK, pick one:
1. Congratulations, good luck, and you certainly deserve success.
2. What? They let a WOMAN run a business?
hehehehe Of COURSE the correct answer is 1.
Seriously, that is an awesome achievement!
How can this be off topic, when you are talking to your friends.....on a board called Gail's I-hub friends? Answer - it is very on topic.
Having seen millions of shares trade "at these levels", I disagree. However, if you can provide proof or a link, I would be willing to reconsider my opinion.
