Hello bnjmn, I am here, and I think/hope vz3 is busy calling the company for some info. :)
We would greatly appreciate it. Thanks. :)
Thanks. Sorry for going on about it, but it's just a real anomaly to me when you view the juxtaposition of PNMS/Paypro with the other holdings. I couldnt resist arguing. Good luck everyone. :)
Let me leave you with one final thought as my posts are running dry. Amcore is a holding company which has a subsidiary investment company It's a billion-dollar company trading around $20 on Nasdaq. Can you imagine the filtering process for their investing; the methodology, the criteria and the approval process that a security must pass to even be considered an investment. Paypro/Panamersa must have been rather special.
They most certainly were invested in PNMS if you'd like to argue that fact. I showed you the report. If they held it, they invested in it. If you want to call it a legacy, whatever, the fact remains that they were invested in PNMS. But , I certainly dont want to distract you from answering my former post.
I didnt say PNMS, and you are avoiding those questions. Try reading my last post without inserting the word PNMS or Panamersa. Thanks.
Not good enough. You can do better than that. This billion dollar company invests in a sub-penny stock? Why did you think they invested to begin with? You see any other sub-penny stocks they invested in? How many sub-pennies you think they are looking to invest in? LOL.
If you notice I didnt mention the name Panamersa in my last post. And what if I did, what's the distinction between the two. In many PR's the two names were synonymous. http://www.primenewswire.com/newsroom/news.html?d=112340
I understand that part OA. Can you address the why part of my post? Why Paypro out of all the penny stocks? Thanks.
Show me when they sold it. I showed you that they still own it as of the "Report for the Calendar Year or Quarter Ended: June 30, 2007". Where is your evidence sir? Sorry if I missed it. But even if they did, my goodness, havent we overlooked the obvious, the fact that they own how many sub-penny/penny stocks? hmmm, zero? And why this one out of how many?. Surely they could have picked a better one, dont you think? You think a legitimate billion-dollar company who invests in the largest companies in the world simply throws darts at a sub-penny dartboard only to invest in a POS company going into the hopeless depths of the pinkyland toilet? Your logic escapes me, truly.
Here's what I find additionally amazing. MOST of their holdings are in the biggest companies in the USA, nay, the world. Look at them. They even hold shares in Berkshire. Then, among all these GIANTS, there is the odd man out it seems...our poor Panamersa. :( You really think they just invest willy-nilly in companies? No, they have a research team and financial advisors. I am sure they investigate companies thoroughly before investing. This is what is so perplexing.
I disagree, anticipated news will move it as well. I mean, we had non-validated pending news and we moved to .0005. Now we have a valid PR with anticipated acquisitions. We may need more substantial news to keep the share price up though as the trading style at the moment doesnt seem very long-term. :)
Morning IMTD peoples. Time to make some $$$. :)
I find this absolutely fascinating. Amcore financial Inc's subsidiary, Amcore Investment Group actually purchased shares of Panamersa Corp. at one time. AMFI trades at $20+ on Nasdaq. I am truly amazed by this. Anyone baffled? Maybe someone has an explanation? If they were scammers, were they good enough to scam such a big company like Amcore? Something must have been attractive for such a big company to invest in them. Look for yourselves: link below.

I wouldnt consider it a paintjob if someone hit the .0003's last min.
spank it if you think we getting aquisitions soon...:)
affirmative vortmax. :)
IMTD raised ask to .0003
Ok, wake up the MODS, major volume coming in. :)
bnjmn, was that your 1M at the ask?
bnjmn, I am just saying in general what might happen. Im not telling you or anyone to buy or sell. It's a lotto play right now. Always be prepared to lose it all. I think money can still be made here based on one's trading style.
I suggest you do some research on your own and then come to decision. If you find any information of value, post it and I'd be happy to discuss it. Good luck. :)
We'll be right back to .0005 with some descent volume. I dont mind people daytrading this.
Morning everyone. Happy trading. :)
Youre Welcome, but why would you blame Meuse for something that happened to a shell after he sold it? Was there something wrong with it when he sold it? As far as him not mentioning the sale. That's definately SOP. I mean, when was the last time you saw a PR that said, "Dear shareholders, Im about to sell this shell". LOL.
If the PR wheel has started spinning for IMTD, I agree we will head northward. Good luck to you and all. :)
It sure is. Link below. http://www.primenewswire.com/newsroom/news.html?ref=rss&d=115668
Im sure everyone would love to know. I hope we get a PR soon explaining some of the details. If someone would like to call Mark Kaley or Big Apple and try and get some information, that would be great. :)
Im just excited about our next PR. We are moving forward again. :)
LOL. Ok, maybe I will spare all the IMTD alcoholics, and not post it. :)
DD coming: Another interesting story....I will post a little later today. Grab a cup of hot cocoa for another Pinkie Tale....This one involves our new cast of characters, so it's on-topic. I think it has a happy ending, but right now I cannot tell for sure. Enjoy the day everyone. GO IMTD!!!
We should have IMTD drinking games. Every time you see a sell, you have to drink a shot. Mirror trades to the sell side are two shots. LOL. Let us make a toast.....to not getting drunk on Tuesday!! TINK!!
vz3, hi, you drunk yet? heheh.
here is the latest PR. Link below. http://www.smartmoney.com/news/pr/index.cfm?story=PR-20080212-001121-0831
Everyone is getting ready to party down for a 3-day weekend of presidential FUN!!! LOL.
I already posted that in #3315 with an explanation of what transpired. Please read. It appears all alledged. I dont beleive any legal actions were taken from either parties. http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=26842627
I understand there is a past, i just meant let's ignore it until you can find the information that you were looking for. :) Glad to have you here. Take care and Good luck to us.
Ok, for right now let's ignore your post with respect to any Bad Apples. hehe. As of right now, we dont have evidence that Big Apple will be paid in convertibles and let's hope we never do. I think we need a more definitive PR as to what direction we are heading. Hope yer head clears. :)
mc6102, not at all, I just found that interesting. :)
Which ones and how'd they bleed them? Could you please provide some links? thanks.
They must be doing something right, they have been doing business since 1999. http://www.manta.com/coms2/dnbcompany_9y1vcg
Well, we have connections to an investment company(MJMM) and a stock promotion company(Big Apple). There is also evidence that they(MJMM & Big Apple) are invested in and promoted at least 1 sub penny stock(MTPW). We are starting anew.."restructuring", whatever that is, and looking for aquisitions, whatever they are. heheh. A couple more PR's soon would be nice. :)
