That's the problem, they borrow cash & pay back in stock @ the .001 rate that drives the pps lower. Now they are running out of stock again. Remember they started the year with 700,000 & issued 2.5 billion to date. The Co. has no choice but to continue this till they hopefully start making a profit. What else can they do?
It's the Co. paying creditors at .001 as per their report. Remember, they have no money! The creditors keep coming for payment!
What would you do, if you got your shares at .001 like the multitude have?

All you have to do is look at the qtr. earnings. They have .11 for Jan.,Feb.& Mar.. Let's look at the next qtr for Apr.,May & June.
After they announce next Qtr. div. & everyone bails out, then I'll be buying in at the $2-$3 range.Watch & see!
All I want them to do is start making a profit & stop selling shares. A buyback would be nice too!

Print out the PR dated 11-19-13 to get your answers. My questions are, is the building insulated as it looks like a steel shell. also it is tall enough for 4 or 5 floors, so why build out. utilities are another question & you have to have back-up generators for power failures or lose your crop. Lots & lots of start-up cash needed for this operation.
No big rush till they can turn a profit to pay for these plans, or payoff in more shares at .001 to creditors.

Be careful what you wish for, you might get it & more. I had the Nov.19th P/R about bldg size & forgot it gave dimension in it. I guess old age is starting to set in on me!
In that case, their are two buildings.
Which one do you think needs to be enlarged to 3 times it's present size. Remember, we only lease 1 building or the Co. would have been shouting 2 from the rooftops.
The front one you call the office is estimated 65x200 x 2 floors.That building in the rear is many,many,many more time bigger than 26,000 sq. ft. maybe 200,000+. It's just common sense & remember, we only lease 1 building & want to add to it. Do you really think that rear building needs an addition?
bobby393- I am looking at the big picture & see a lot of smoke & mirrors that you don't. The front building is 2 stories with 13,000 sq. ft on each floor that the Co. leased. My god that rear building has to be over 200,000 sq. ft. but sure makes great background for the picture.
I see 2 buildings in these pictures & the smaller one seems like the 26,000 sq. ft. they are talking about. the rear building is much larger than 26,000, but makes good background for the picture. We are only talking about 1 building to, so what gives. Any ideas?
Look at the last Qtr report & see all the people who got stock at .001. They are the ones dancing in the streets & that's just till 5-23-13. They have many millions more to sell you!

Last year (6-30-12) they had 15 employees, so unless Leonard is doing all the packaging & shipping himself, they must have employees to pay. Someone has to be in that new building also. I planned to average down on this, but not now, as I think we still have more downtrend, unless good news comes out.
No one said they did, but with only 400,000,000 open shares they better make a profit soon. How would you say the Co. is going to pay bills in 2014?
Looks like all those guys who got shares @ .001 want to sell them to loan the Co. more money. The Co. will be running out of shares soon, maybe 5 billion is coming!
I only posted what the company issued on their financial report, so blame the company if you think it's wrong, not me.
Look at the last guy on that list, RICHARDSON who got 84,243,675 shares at .001. Don't you think he and the rest won't be selling those shares at .0028 & almost tripling their money. This is where all the sellers are coming from.
My info came from qtr financial report ending 6/30/13, page 18, note #12.
The bottom line is that they issued over 2 billion shares since Feb. & much of that at a discount price. Now they have like 400 million left in the kitty. Are they going to increase shares again? If so I will run, not walk to the exit.

Number & dates are from the last Co. report. I would make it up!
The Co. increased shares on Feb.28,2013 to 1,100,000,000 shares & then increased shares in April, 2013 to 3,500,000,000 & gave a div of 1.2:1 (20%) to all shareholders. Now that's a lot of shares going out in 2013 with no positive income to report.
After the next div. report & the dust settles.
Look at the report & all the stock they gave out at .001 for "Services Rendered".

Until they can make a profit, they have no choice but to sell shares thru the front door or out the back to pay expenses!
Seems to me that they are issuing a lot of stock to creditors at a huge discount to pps. These are the guys who are selling so much & making 30+ times their loan money. How do I loan them money & they can pay me back also at .0001 per share rate.
Wait till they give Jan,Feb.& Mar. div. & you will get in much lower!
I guess these guys are just beach combers now. Who knows, maybe they'll stumble over something in the dark.
You can't beat the increased monthly div. being declared thru July of 2014!
I just bought a big chunk today & plan to hold a year unless it goes crazy, if so I'll get my money out & play with the houses.
I sold 95% of this a while back, but after the 1st of the year you can buy more in the $2-$3 range & I want in under $2.00. LOL
