Info leak - Samsung to procude Qdot TV 4th quarter 2014.
Hmmm! This seems to coincide with QMC increased production capabilities in 4th quarter 2014. We all could only hope that there is an actual correlation.

Continuation of the Single-Atom Precision news.
I don't see this production technique as competition for QMC. In my opinion, these very precise Qdots would have limited applications were this precision would be needed and the process sounds expensive comparatively.

Recent display article about Qdot usage.

HDTV qdot news. Unbeknownst to the author, QMC has solved the problem.

Of course, they may have come to an agreement and closed this debt. Looking forward to the next financial statement this fall and hopefully sales before end of this quarter.
$1 million in principle to debentures leaves only $500k. Unless I missed a separate filing for that portion, it looks like the debentures are still hanging onto a 3rd of their investment. (See last 10Q, $1.5 mil convertible debentures from 2008).
It will only slow the climb if dumped onto market before news of a contract, IMO. If dumped after a contract, I believe it will add liquidity and help drive the price upward since there are many of us here waiting for $1+ prices to start selling portions of our holdings.
Looks like 26 million shares may hit the market soon based on the SEC filing.
Qdot lasers. I might have missed someone else's post on this from July 4 article.

I agree. Revenue PR is a must to make the SP move significantly. Otherwise, just small steady gains, but I'll take those as well. GLTA
Just a little more good news from QMC and will bust through into the 30s or higher, IMO.
That's a nice read. I know utilities are concerned about the shift from coal to natural gas and other new sources. Some of the companies that aren't very diversified are losing big in the generation sector due to this.
No doubt. There is still risk with this company. They need revenue.
That's an even crazier thought. I didn't even contemplate stock splits.
I didn't really fathom price potentials that high, but you both may be right in 3-5 years depending on QMC and market growth. They just blows my mind, especially when I consider my revenue from a sale of stock at that price.
Nice find. Now waiting for the rest of the world to find.
Didn't know that. Ok, maybe not so far fetched and possible a quicker timeline. I like it, fully retired by 45.
Well, I expect to keep 100k shares for about 5-10 years and sell when the stock price is around $200. Of course, this is quite a dream.
I hope we all can say that 10 years from now and also be enjoying life with our QMC gains. GLTA
Not even the MMs want to trade today.
Thanks for posting the lighting electrical use numbers. That's a substantial portion of the market.
Great point. Overall green energy production may soon be the cheapest source and the demand on the electric grid can be reduced by the improved lighting technologies. Of course, all if this is provided by quantum dot technology advancements.
Looks like many new discoveries are occur using thick shell QDots. This may cause more rapid advancement and use of Qdots in the various sectors, but predominantly solar. Looks like we are on the verge of a cost effective solar revolution.
Nice find. This has practical application for solar, fabrics, etc.
SOFC still has some ways to go with efficiency, but looks to be a promising technology. I had a recruiter from Bloom Energy contact me about their new production facility in Delaware. They look to be doing well and are still privately owned although I suspect they'll have an IPO in the next year or two. I believe they expect to double their power density in their next generation cells which will greatly decrease the cost per MW output. It might be a company to watch when it goes public.
Did everyone start their holiday weekend early? Or at least everyone interested in trading in QTMM.
Regardless, everyone have a great July 4th weekend!
That in a nutshell is why myself and other longs invested some time ago.
Nice, only one ask under $0.28. There is a hefty 200k bid at $.25.
So what does the level 2 look like today? This is one of the lowest volume days in a month.
There is nothing specific about quantum dots in this article, but there are links and discussions about solid state lighting LED use and industry meetings.

NRL reports a breakthrough in 'quantum dots'.

Oops, it popped in the wrong direction. Volume has just continued to trend down all week. Looking forward to next PR.
Looks good for a move into $.30 range in the near future.
Slow day. Anyone know what the level II looks like?
Using P/E evaluation of 20, assuming selling at 10% current qdot prices, assuming a 30% profit, assuming they can sell 250 kg production capability, I have the valuation at over $5. These are all really conservative numbers in my opinion.
With the 4x gain using thick shell, they should be approaching 32% if I read all the articles correctly.
Regardless of QMC involvement, Elon Musk getting involved in solar will be nothing but good. He'll help propel solar.
Well that's unfortunate. I guess will have to wait for more news to draw more attention.
Low volume yesterday and slow start today, looks like either we have less buyers at the present or the float is drying up again. It's time for another SP jump.
Love the trends! SP is going in right direction.
