Kokonutguy, Thanks. That's exactly what I did today in an e-mail to him (Vangorilla). I figure if he can mention the Defendants name, why not the Plaintiffs? After all, it's NEOM that brought the suit against Virgin in the first place, for infringement, right? IMO, he needs to give credit where credit is due.
Kokonutguy,
I'm still not sure why the Pondering Primate doesn't mention NEOM. After all, THEY ARE the plaintifs in this 'landmark' case!! For some reason, I just don't get that!
any comments would be appreciated
Thanks
Yes, like I have been saying, it just seems like a lot of things are quietly coming together, all at once! (I don't think it's going to be 'quiet' much longer)!
Thanks for the input everyone. Yes, it does appear that they are expecting good things to come.
I agree, I too would appreciate some insight. Would anyone be willing to elaborate on what this means?
Thanks
Does anyone know if NEOM will be at the MICROCAP INVESTORS SUMMIT on Mar. 24th in New York? Tobin Smith is going to be there. This would sure be some great exposure for NEOM. Does anyone know if they are going to take advantage of this opportunity?
Thanks
Moxa1, and Kokonutguy, those are two great posts! I am realizing more and more how staggering and mind boggling the potential that NEOM has. I don't care that this is a penny stock. I feel that anyone that doesn't even look at it since it is on the OTC is crazy. After all, NEOM was at one time on NASDAQ. I'm not sure, but I think it was Warren Buffet who said that the best time to buy into a company, is when they have hit a temporary snag. NEOM obviously hit some major snags in recent years, but they are on their way back. Look at Martha Stewart, for example. Her stock took a huge hit, and many thought her company was history. Well, those who had faith, and bought in when she hit rock bottom, are sure smiling now! (myself included)!!!
Anyway, this is just amazing. Hopefully we'll be hearing some good news soon. It seems as though a lot of major things are happening all at once. (BSD merger complete, Virgin settlement(?),Word Regisrty launch, NEOMS partners all doing well, etc.)!!
Thanks again, KoKo, and Moxa, yes I think NEOM is going to be VERY busy!!
Best Wishes!

Thanks JP! eom.
JP,
You are right, looking back at past posts, this board WAS white hot, and very active. My question is, what made that change? It seems like NEOM is on the brink of 'blowing it's lid' so to speak. I'm surprised that things here on this board have slowed down so much. Is this just the 'quite before the storm'?
Does anyone know much about the Microsoft Aura project? With Neoms patents, it seems as though Microsoft would HAVE to use their platform, in order to implement this. Which means that some kind of deal with Microsoft is inevitable. This is probably old news around here, but I'm just wondering if anyone here knows much about the Aura Project, when it will be complete, and how NEOM might fit into the equation?
Thanks
Personalizit,
Boy, that will be great. I didn't realize we were that close to the launch of the Word Registry. Are they ahead of schedule? It sounds like a lot of good PRs are going to hit at once. Yes, movieguy, this could definitely take the pps up a few notches! (Hopefully more than just a few notches)!
I believe my guess a while back was around 6.00/sh. for 12/05. I guess I'll stick with that. It would also be interesting to try to guess what the next press release will be. There are a lot of big things on the horizon. BSD merger complete, Virgin Settlement, etc!
Thanks Spanky, but post 255 on the SHRN board mentions that Google and NEOM are working out translation issues, according to the 60 minutes episode. I wonder if that poster is just completely wrong, or if there are some other details about NEOM and GOOGLE that we are not yet aware of?
Thanks again for your reply!
Has anyone read the SHRN board, here on iHub? Post 255 is interesting. It briefly mentions NEOM and Google, and how they were discussed on 60 minutes. Does anyone know how accurate that is? I didn't see that particular show.
Thanks
Yes, Mine too, and many others, I'm sure.
Yes, but eventually with the Word Registry, a quick search will be possible to find the publisher, and any info needed to order a book without having to go from store to store, or have to come back to the store after the store has received it. And yes, each book does have it's own barcode, but I would think (hope) you will be able to get all kinds of info about a company when you scan, or do a search via the Word Registry.
The OTHER books in the series were there. I'm assuming I would be able to scan the barcode of ANY of the books to get info on how to order the book that was not on the store shelf. Just like you would be able to do that from home on any other product by scanning the barcodes.
That is not the only time I could've used paperclick. There was a day when I needed a price on a playstation game. Couldn't find one of those scanners they have on the walls in some retail stores, so I had to wait in line for a clerk to scan it. If I would've had Paperclick,I could've done it by myself in a fraction of the time it took to first, look for a scanner on a wall, and then second, when that wasn't successful, wait in line for a sales clerk to do it for me!
I needed Paperclick today! Was at the book store, and was looking for a certain book that is in a series of books I've been reading, of course the one I wanted wasn't there. Could'nt help thinking how convenient it would be if I could just scan the barcode, and order the book I needed right then and there! Instead, I had to wait to order it online at home from my PC. What a pain. It's time to upgrade my phone!!
GO NEOM!!
Spanky, Success will definitely have a better answer for you, but I truly feel this is leaning in NEOMS favor, due to the simple fact that Shelron just recently agreed to to a licensing deal with NEOM. They (Shelron) agreed to this even before the Virgin case was resolved. That, IMO, speaks for itself. Time will tell, of course, but I feel very good about this.
Donbalon, I completely agree. I just posted that IMO this could have something to do with a possible 'message' being sent due to the agreement with Shelron. I'm thouroughly convinced that Shelron researched deeply before agreeing to a licensing deal with NEOM. That in itself tells other companies, imo, 'Don't Even Go There!' when it comes to NEOMS patents!!
Yes, this is VERY GOOD NEWS, IMO. The next couple of weeks will be very interesting, indeed!!
Success, correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems ironic to me that this has developed so soon after NEOMS deal with Shelron! Obviously Shelron 'saw the light' with NEOMS patents, and acted accordingly. With that said, there is no need for Virgin to continue wasting everyones time and money. The judge obviously, imo, feels the same.
The agreement with Shelron, is definitely sending a tough message,IMO.
Also, IMO, this is VERY good news!!
Yellowjacket,I read that last night as well. I interpret that as meaning that this thing will potentially be over as of 2/23!! Am I right?? It sounds to me like the Judge wants this thing to end! I'm no expert, but it appears as though Virgin is trying to drag it out, i.e. 'status hearings', etc., and the Judge is saying 'No Deal', it's time to put it to rest and move on!!
Does anyone have any comments? Am I off-base here? If I'm right, and it goes in NEOMS favor, this thing could blow it's lid here in the very NEAR future!
Best To All
I agree Picksit, but DuncanS is right. NEOM has to learn to walk before they can run! We are jumping the gun a bit with all of this buy-out, and high pps talk. But it's fun to speculate.
Agreed, but I would rather see the pps well over a dollar before a bidding war were to start. Preferably around 5-7/share or more!
Whoa there Hoss! Hopefully Google won't buy NEOM 'YET'! I'd like to see a much higher pps before that happens! But once the dough is rolling in, and the pps is way up, a buy-out from Google would be awesome.
Yep, I think it will be soon too. Just hopeful about today, since Verizons Vcast comes out. Like I said, it's like soup at a simmer, that's about to boil. But a watched- pot never boils, so I'll try not to watch for a while! (yeah, right)
That is interesting. But it would be nice to see NEOMS name mentioned somewhere within the equation. 3G seems to be exploding all around us, but NEOMS name is rarely mentioned. Hopefully that will change. Maybe today??
I'm getting the feeling that NEOM is basically like a pot of soup on the stove. Right now it is at a slow simmer, but soon could be at a full rolling boil!
Hello dlethe01!
Welcome to the board! I'm not a newbie to stocks, but AM a newbie to penny stocks. I usally don't even give them a thought, but that changed when I found out about NEOM.
This board is very helpful, which has been great for a penny stock newbie like myself!
Stay warm up there in Canada!
Best Wishes

You are so right Success!
It won't be long now! The word is getting out that NEOMs patents can't be touched! NEOM is gaining more and more recognition, credibility, and prestige everyday!
Yes, JP, I recently spoke with NEOM about Shelron, and at the time C.F. said he wasn't familiar with them and said "it sounds like they could be infringing". Well, it sounds like he became familiar with them really FAST!!
NEOM is definitely on the ball!!
Great Job Success!!
Yes, Ifitlooks, I do know that was a concern a while back of NEOMs. I actually spoke with C.F. about them (Shelron). You are right!! Shelron definitely knows who holds the patents!! And soon, everyone else will too!!
Best Wishes, and GO NEOM!!
Thanks Movieguy,
You're right, nobody actually said there was a problem! Maybe I took the all-caps the wrong way.
Thanks Again. Appreciate the post.

Okay Pamplonan,
First of all, the point of that post was to Give JP a compliment, and to apologize for a comment I had made several weeks ago.
Now, I called NEOM a few weeks back, and got Joe Jensen.(Actually, now that I think about it, I think I called him, and he responded by via e-mail). Anyway, I asked him some questions about the patents. He told me he can't give any info about that due to SEC rules, and also stated that he has a marketing degree, and was not a patent attorney, so was unable to comment about patents anyway due partly to lack of knowledge.
After that, a brief statement was made, by J.J. about the fact that there seems to be a lot of good info on the NEOM board at iHub, and that the people running the board seem to really have done a lot of research, and know a lot.
In other words, I think he is 'nicely' trying to let investors know that there is not a whole lot that they can tell us, yet, but there are good places to go to discuss NEOM with other investors. I mentioned that today in my post, because JP had considered leaving, so I felt like mentioning that to him, and the others, to let them know that their hard work is appreciated here, and at NEOM as well.
Again, I did not mean to say that NEOM is 'Referring' people to the iHub board! However, I DO mean to say, again, that the MAIN POINT OF THAT POST, was to thank JP for staying, give him a compliment, and mend some fences!
Pamplonan,
I guess the word "refer" was not what I meant. I simply recieved a 'suggestion' after asking a couple of questions, that NEOM was unable to answer, due to SEC regulations, or whatever. I didn't mean they are "Referring" people. That was a poor choice of words on my part. I just think they are recieving lots of calls from investors, and they know that the NEOM board has a lot of info, and the moderators have done a huge amount of DD.
So, like I said, I simply used a poor choice of words, when I said they are "referring" people. I have a feeling they are very impressed with the amount of effort that JP, success, and all the others have put into this board, and since they can't give out any info without a press release, I see nothing wrong with an occasional suggestion to investors, that directs them to a good source of info.

Jp, Great Post. Yes, they definitely need someway to deal with the huge influx of more and more people, that will no doubt have tons of questions. But like you said, their top-priority at this point, is "To bring this baby home"!
Thanks again for all you have done!

JP, I,m glad you are staying. I apologize for being so out-spoken. I have a tendancy to do that. And, Success, I apologize for my "arguing around the swingset" comment that I made a few weeks ago.
Jp, I, and I know many others, have learned a ton from all of your posts. I know questions are probably picking up, and I can see where you feel over-whelmed at times. But more and more people are finding out about NEOM, and guess what? The guys over at NEOM actually REFER people to this board to get questions answered! I was told a while back from NEOM, to consider going to the iHub board for info, because "The guys (and gals), running that board, really know their stuff!"
Of course, there is so much that management can't tell us, and they are only 'suggesting' the iHub board, but they obviously value what you do.
So, thanks, for everything, JP. And again, I apologize for my out-spokenness!
Best Wishes

Success, That was a very GOOD answer to a very GOOD question. So, what was even the POINT of Donbalons-(#5782), Swayne-(#5781), and JPS(#5780) posts??
Those posts were completely uncalled for, IMO.
I rest my case.
Success, alexandre asked a question yesterday about NEOM vs Google. I simply stated that was a good question, (a little pre-mature, I guess, because after I posted that, I realized the differnce right away, but it was too late to delete my post), well, all Hell broke loose, and everyone here, (but it was directed to Alenxandre, and myself), was 'Lectured' about all the questions. That is what I mean about putting people down, and avoiding 'Cons'. That has happened on other occasions, and I'm not the only one who has commented.
You say this board is the least pump board there is. There is that FINE LINE again. You say no one has said "NEOM is going to the Moon", but there are many forms of Pumping, just like there are many forms of Bashing. If you instantly condem people for asking questions that you do not like, AND insist on ONLY discussing the PROS, Whether you realize it or not, that may appear to some, as a subtle form of Pumping, and send up RED FLAGS to potential investors.
