Moreover, the patent case of Protonix is stronger (so I've been told).
Who's counting :)
I think the risk is too big. They'll be better off with an agreement with Wyeth.
Teva Begins Shipment of Its Generic Version of Novartis' Famvir.
So it is another at risk launch. Do you still think they will launch Protonix as well?
A urologist I presume.
ps I'm taking a break till the happy hour (although my idea of a happy hour is when the kids are out and I can have a quick nap)
Let me rephrase:
Not necessarily (that Fats has Cataracts or Alzheimers),
Prostates can be very slippery organs (that is another explanation to the triple prostate situation).
Not necessarily, they can be very slippery organs ya know.
Got you. In this case you're not hopeless as suggested by someone
we know and like.
I was thinking Roderick David Stewart and you?
Whatever makes you happy dear.
It didn't went away, it went straight to my father.
Can we agree on there's no Bob for Fred instead?
Indeed, an enlarge prostate can be very unpleasant not to say painful.
If he was fertile enough to become a father at the age of 57, I might have been (There's a hidden test for your math skills here). Unfortunately, my mom married a nice Israeli boy. Hence, I'm no more Henny's daughter than Fred is Bob Hope's son :)
Citi Investment Research analyst George Grofik downgraded Wyeth shares to "Hold" from "Buy," and lowered his price target to $51 from $53.
I expect some upgrades for TEVA or at least a push to its price target.
Everyone are still waiting to see if TEVA will launch at risk.
>Oh, I hear ya...<
She didn't
Of course he was happy
Now I don't have to guess which is the big one they talked about in their 6-k!
Nice to see that the big brother is watching.
See how I care about you Dubi, I'm dedicating my last post to you.
Sweet dreams.
Hope your hearing was not damaged as well
Unpleasant situation as well:
Not to worry it is usually accompanied with dementia, you'll forget all about it soon enough.
You can say that again regarding the neurological degeneration you're obviously experiencing
You know you're getting old when You and your teeth don't sleep together.
P.S. Yes (economic answer for Dubi)
>as we get older, "Men still chase women, but only downhill."<
...And when you stoop to tie your shoelaces, you wonder what else you could do while you're down there.
P.S Dubi, I have good memory for funny stuff and a great filing system :)
"A man's only as old as the woman he feels."
Since there are 13 more generic companies who will market generic Coreg, I don't think that the blockbuster TEVA refered to in their 6-k was it.
Pfizer study shows risk of cholesterol pill switch
"The reasons for switching were not given and patients were not randomly assigned to each arm of the study, limiting its significance. Nonetheless, Pfizer said it raised concerns."

Dubi, this is a big one I did not think about:
LONDON (MarketWatch) -- Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd.
said that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has granted final approval for the company to market its generic version of GlaxoSmithKline's cardiovascular agent Coreg (Carvedilol) tablets in 3.125 mg, 6.25 mg, 12.5 mg and 25 mg versions. Shipment will begin immediately, Teva said. GlaxoSmithKline shares eased 0.1% in London.

ps thanks for emailing me on this!
"I trust both of mine are still in check"
I'll take your word on that, especially regarding the first item mentioned.
This did not move the stock much, nor did the bad news regarding Lexapro as if it was expected. But a positive ruling on Protonix (which as you know I am skeptic about) should be considered very good news.
One loss (Lexapro ), one small victory (Famvir) and one more (Protonix) to go on Friday.
A federal appeals court on Wednesday upheld the validity of a key patent on Forest Laboratories blockbuster depression drug Lexapro and affirmed a lower court's decision to block sales of generic forms of the drug made by Teva.
Teva said a federal court has denied a motion filed by Novartis AG (NOVN.VX: Quote, Profile, Research) for a preliminary injunction related to its generic version of Novartis' genital herpes drug Famvir.
In the last 6-k TEVA said it will have one big launch this year, only one I can see now after the ruling on Lexpro, is Protonix.
l'm out of posts and this one is a great one to end with:
You know that you're old when your prostate is bigger than your ego :)
"Age is something that doesn't matter, unless you are a cheese."
I'll have my secretary call yours first thing tomorrow to arrange the time and place.
"Old age, believe me, is a good and pleasant thing. It is true you are gently shouldered off the stage, but then you are given such a comfortable front stall as spectator."
Go ahead, I'm listening.
It's ok, I don't mind...
"I don't feel old - I don't feel anything until noon. Then it's time for my nap."
