This is going up on very low volume, good sign IMO. Notice how the last three big moves the volume went very low during the final consolidation period before a spike in volume and PPS. First two it was consolidating down, third time it was flat and now slightly up. Very good sign IMO.

Releasing products is much more important to creating profits than the biopsy. I suspect most investors already believes the curing cancer due to the photos and 100s of studies available. What really brings the change is something that will affect revenues, like product launch.

Furthermore, it takes time for the documentary to spread by word of mouth.

Well CBIS products could help humanity greatly. If a family member of yours got cancer, how would you like them to be treated? With toxic chemo and radiation, or cannabis? This is being a part of a paradigm shift in health and medicine. Sometimes, you need to stop and think if your investments are bettering the world. Maybe it is worth being a long (at least some shares) to hope for a better world for your children. What is more important to you, making profit or seeing the betterment of humanity?

Furthermore, when this company started they were focusing on PTSD and chronic pain. These would have been much harder for the regulatory hurdles, and the effects aren't as emotional for most investors as cancer. It would be very hard to get whole cannabis which treats pain/PTSD approved right now by the FDA because it involved the psychoactive effect.

SKIN cancer, on the other hand is an ingenious way to get cannabis medicine approved IMO. There is no "high" which would be considered a "side effect" for the drug. Without the psychoactive effects of the drug, It will obviously pass all the safety tests required by the FDA.

There is no legitimate reason for the FDA to deny them this application since the DEA has stated companies can develop and sell cannabis based medicines since it is cheaper than synthesizing cannabinoids de-novo.

However, this is just based on the safety guidelines of the FDA and not their history with natural medicine. If we really inspect what the FDA stands for, the we see that there is a big reason why they might not approve this drug.

It is a safe, effective and non-toxic medicine that actually works.

So, all things considered, the main reason to think this company will fail is that the corrupt regulatory officials in bed with big pharma stamp it out. Possible, and a sad thought, but I would like to put my money on a brighter future.

If you believe that the powers that be won't let this idea flourish, and move your money elsewhere, then that will happen.

A Pharma VP gave a lecture I attended recently. The lecture was about drug discovery and some stories he had from his company. The interesting part was at the beginning when he stated the fact that pharma is going downhill. Many big companies are hitting hard times with so many recalls and no new "blockbuster" drugs (deserve it too). He exclaimed the need for a new paradigm, something that will save the earth too...

He talked about how 70% of drugs are natural products or natural product inspired, and he included herceptin in this catagory. Herceptin is a monoclonal antibody used to treat breast cancer (poorly...CBIS is 10^420 times better imo), it's a protein made by some organism, I don't know what.

After the talk I pointed out that entire genomes are natural products. And that the cannabis genome is probably the most medicinal natural product on earth. He agreeded with me, but stated its a political issue, will have to wait until the next election...

I see a paradigm shift which could save the earth...

This is a Vice President of a pharma company saying the current system is doomed and something that actually works and helps people and the planet is needed...
