I listened to the CEO's interview on Stock Day Podcast where he spoke about RNVA doing an RS. Not sure when the interview took place but hope he's on there again real soon to give an update on that and other matters.
Of course, that kind of run would be wonderful but how are you coming up with that?
I see your point. Less O/S then allow the market to drive the price up. Not sure if that would raise the SP high enough for needs of mngt though.
They really need to do a PR once it's official. This is big to me. CD's presence($) assures us, at least for the time being, that RNVA can survive as a going concern and thrive.
Great message board name!
One question: By allowing CD, a guy with deep pockets, to own majority of RNVA will that alleviate the need for an RS? They only proposed the RS as a way to gain access to more capitol. Now with CD, there may be less of a need top go outside.
Now that would be funny!
And I hope that times comes very soon!
Agreed but the more the merrier. The news can't hurt and the statement from the COO about reopening JRMC is reassuring. I would think a PR on the debt swap would be a much better PR but not certain what will make SP pop.
I totally agree with that! To get in at these prices are a blessing!!
I love those numbers too. What's the basis for the .02-.03 PPS target?
Thanks for the breakdown on what may have happened or be going on. I'm excited about the next few weeks/months. It's going to be interesting, not just in potential profits but also in what I'm going to learn regardless what happens. Thanks again!
Thanks. I went to AHD site. It has the following numbers:
Big South - $36M
Jellico - $42M
JRMC - $93M
Thanks for the explanation. So, it may be possible that the upcoming financials may be better than the previous one. I would love that cause any help is needed to push up the SP.
Ok. I'm looking forward to the next two weeks and July. I see upside here based on several catalysts. The only negative is a potential RS but I don't see that happening anytime soon if at all.
I looked at their last 10Q dated 9/30/2019 and saw that RNVA has a $36M credit for an allowance for discounts which nets against that $45M receivable balance.
Has the CEO or mngt ever been responsive to shareholders? I emailed their public relations person but have not yet received a response.
Ok. Thanks
Ok. I appreciate your input. Even if their financials can't be trusted, I hope whatever report is released by June 30tb is good enough to move the SP. A PR on the $30 debt swap would be nice too.
Where is the supposed cash "RNVA is sitting on"? I don't see it on their balance sheet.
Even if it is, I don't care as long as the SP moves up.
What news do you think will move the SP?
Love the sentiment you've expressed. Enjoy your weekend as well.
Ok. Thanks for the explanation.
Ok. You're not upset about the .0002 bids fading?
Why does that make you so excited? Please explain?
How long have you owned RNVA? (I assume you own shares or why else be on this board)
It's time to take off is near! Too much in the works for it to stay on the ground for much longer.
I hope JRMC reopens soon! From the May 2020 article:
While Lagan has previously said that Jamestown Regional Medical Center will reopen, he reaffirmed those plans on Thursday.
“We look forward to reopening this facility and while no plans are yet confirmed will consider reopening the ER as a first step if we can be certain we will get paid for the services we provide,” he said. “That is something that is outside of the control of the company.”
Lagan did not expand on that statement, but was likely referring to the company’s status with the federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). The hospital closed in June 2019 after CMS revoked its Medicare/Medicaid provider agreement due to deficiencies — mounting financial woes, primarily — at the Jamestown hospital. The hospital has since been recommended for reinstatement of its Medicare/Medicaid provider agreement, which it needs in order to be reimbursed for services provided to beneficiaries of those federally-backed plans — which make up the bulk of the hospital’s patient base.
I definitely see the light at the end of the tunnel!
Thanks.
Can you post a link? I checked JRMC's website and Facebook page but didn't see anything about accepting new job applications.
I won't hold my breath, lol!
Hopefully, before June 30th.
I emailed and called Sebastien Sainsbury at RNVA asking if they were going to issue a PR on the debt swap. No response yet.
Last year, the filing came on Weds June 19th so it's coming any day now.
You put it better than I did. You're obviously a veteran here.
Has anyone ever spoken to or corresponded with Sebastien Sainsbury at RNVA? I guess he handles the PRs and/or IR. (561) 666-9818 ssainsbury@rennovahealth.com
Or perhaps the current CEO?
It'll get there. This is the 1st time in 12 months that RNVA has touched .0003 and .0004. Not sure how long you've been holding but that doesn't give you hope? Or you just don't want to set yourself up for disappointment?
Are you expecting them to be good or great?
