"Therefore what happened in this situation with Unico is most likely going to be relevant to Well Renewal"
It's absolute nonsense to claim this without knowing the details of both lawsuits.
Your comment "Check ever day for settlement order and run like the dickens cause your gonna be pickins." says much, a chicken little approach to due diligence.
Post some facts instead of sensationlism and maybe someone will listen.
This isn't UNICO.
Any chance that this is Parker Anderson?

From the PR .. " We will be working with Parker Anderson on several strategic initiatives that also involve property working interests"
It doesn't seem like a corporate investor, but they're private and perhaps they have cash. It looks like they have great connections with the federal government.
The EPA has a number of wells that need plugging or perhaps rework in Rodgers county. Any extra capacity that Team or Cementers has could be used here.

Probably not but thought I'd pass it on.
Same with foriegn investors.
Thanks for the good DD.
What is the timeframe that this law requires the information to be PRd?
OK, in a month WRNW may have an EBITDA of $5.7MM plus what they will be getting from their drilling operations.
They are not a reporting company, what are you talking about?
I agree for the time being.
Same here, keep it low.
No convertible debenture, just capitol being raised through a 504, $1MM was raised.
We should get rid of that extra 0 tommorow. This will be a good month.
MMs pull back their bids after hours, it won't be accurate again till a few minutes before tomorrows bell.
Nice close, looking for good production news tomorrow.

Welcome back!
If every acquisition was favorable for the "common stock" holders, most of these pinkies wouldn't be so stinky.
Thats why it's good to have an experienced M&A CEO hadle the aquistions rather than just another "Hi I'm Mr Joe, I'm a pinky CEO". Nothing but promises from these clowns.
How many times a day do you have to make sure.
It needs to be finalized, but it was a binding LOI, which means it is enforceable in court. It's prety much a done deal.

If this OS is up to date than the marketcap is a very low $167K at .0007 pps.
Wow, I was out for an hour and 15 minutes for a doctors checkup and come back to 100 messages. Also added 100k at .0065 while I was gone.
In a couple of weeks there is a potential to go from a $5MM market cap to earnings of $20MM or more.
Lets close the deals!
Great board, thanks for setting it up!
Natural gas is up to $8.08, most of the current production from the Birdsall and Ward leases is gas production.
Yep, kind of sad, but I don't feel it is the same guy. You got to do DD though and it's good that Satori posted it.
It's a database of those who are currently in jail. I guess we'll need to see what the company says.
Production Info-
TULSA, Okla., April 12, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Well Renewal, Inc. (Pink Sheets:WRNW), an emergent diversified oil and gas regional operator, specializing in oil and gas exploration, enhanced recovery methods of abandoned and low-production oil properties, oil field services, and petrochemical distribution, today announced it has successfully completed the initial gas wells that have been drilled on the Birdsall lease and on the Ward lease in Northeastern Oklahoma.
Mr. David Rees, Chairman and CEO of Well Renewal commented on the initial completion process, "The opportunity to drill an additional 6 wells on the Ward lease as well as 14 more wells on our Liston lease acreage has our production division moving along quite satisfactorily. The open hole log on the Ward and Birdsall gas wells, that have already been drilled, show significant possibilities". Mr. Rees continued, "Northeastern Oklahoma is prolific with coal bed methane and Well Renewal has staked its claim to this largely underdeveloped Northeastern Oklahoma Shelf."
As the continuing completion documentation becomes available, WRNW will continue to update the results. WRNW is pleased with the anticipated 150 MCF per day from the initial wells and will upon the completion of a minimum of 15 wells on the Birdsall and 5 additional wells on the Ward expect in the region of $2,000,000 in further annual revenues from these leases. WRNW also expects up to 50 bopd from the same leases and if successful would add approximately $1,000,000 more in annual revenues.
Perhaps you can provide some DD for this post.

I checked this website and nobody by that name is there.

I tend to think it is someone else.
I think Churak is right, you can't really moderate if you have people on ignore.
Lots of investors watch the IHUB board all day long, I read a lots of Rockets spam before it was deleted. Newbies can do the same.
How are newbies to a stock suppposed to know if the spammer a spammer is being honest if he is on everyones ignore?
The obvious solution was to enforce the the TOS rules for spamming several days ago.
Shouldn't the on topic dialog be accurate? Rocket claimed dilution when the dilution has been overwith for a while. He provided no proof, and posted the same thing repetitivly for a week.
I say bring lowman back.
I seems like one would have to be crazy to be sentenced to 8 years in prison and then pull another scam when he gets out. Maybe it's someone else.
Relax, it was a response to a couple of questions.

Now that we have Cementers I'd just as soon that ESP stays on the back burner for a while if not longer. I'd rather they look at aquiring some good proven reserves, not that 700 wells is something to sneeze at. I don't think we'll be seeing sub $50 oil for quite a while, so with these servicing companies and our own drilling the company we'll be strong both short and long term, IMO.
The JV with P. Anderson seem to point to additional leases unles s I'm misreading it.
GLTA!

"Investors Beware. I really wanted this to be a great play but after my research it looks very shady. First of all the co-founder Raj Nanavaan was part of a scam that defrauded 89 investors of 2.4 million dollars via Renaissance Capital Management Group. He was punished by the SEC in 1998 and at the time had four recorded aliases. He has went by the names Tejbir Singh,Richard Powers and Raj Anderson. This is the same Raj that moved from West Babylon NY to Forest Hills NY and helped found NAEG. Now, the address for NAEG headquarters is not an office but a mailing hub. Their phone number is an answering service and their fax is a residence. Wolf Point City Hall dod not even know who they were. Their office at Wolf Point(which has no phone number listed on their web-site) is in the old Tip Top Hotel. I just got off the phone where I had a conference call with The Fort Peck Tribal Council Chairman, Mr.John Morales and Minerals and Leases Dept. Chairman Earlene Ackerman. They said this was a pathetic operation that has signed a few leases but has not payed on them. They said they leased from the "Lattes" family and are not keeping up with payments. They said that after two years NAEG has done nothing at all and that the tribes are about finished with them. Chairman Morales said that when they first came they talked such a good talk that the tribes turned over a well for them to develope called 7A. he said they did this cause they new it would produce for them right away. he said thay have done nothing with it and thaat the tribe is going to take it back. Mr. Morales beleives this company was nothing but talk, has done nothing, has signed what he called "very few real leases" and then did not keep up with payments. In fact, as is stated in their council minutes, the tribes are working with Continental OIl to develope leases. Continental had worked with them before and have requested to come back. The Wolf Point Chamber of Commerce echoed the same sentiments. Also, Ms. Ackerman stated that NAEG Geologist Tony Johnson, strangely enough, has not been around for close to a year.
