Earth to bliz82...BB companies dump billions of shares all the time. Check the moving average of Baltia since inception.
What year was that?...By the way, did you read the ad posted on Air Cargo World today...are you an investor in BLTA?
I don't think anyone but the company themselves know how they're paying for the plane....we all speculate here unless we read it in black & white.
Besides, I should get a little LOVE for finding that DD.
Hey folks, that Air Cargo World ad was great. I'm sure Baltia
put that together themselves. A HELL of a lot more information
than that one sentence PR they put out to us. Tells me they're taking care of business in the right places, to the right
people.
Here's the original ad... Sorry, it didn't work.
In the interim...I'm still holding Gail responsible. HaHaHaHa
I was bored this morning, so i was checking airline/aviation
publications/websites...and ran across this. Our PR was just
one sentence; this seems to be geared toward getting some
freight business going...i like it.

Baltia Sets Sights On Service Start This Winter
U.S. start-up Baltia Air Lines has executed a letter of intent for a Boeing 747 to begin scheduled services between New York and St Petersburg, Russia.
The U.S. start-up, which purchased the aircraft from California-based Logistics Air, plans to take delivery of the 747 this month, Baltia Air Lines Executive VP Russell Thal says. Company officials are negotiating for more aircraft “as we speak” in line with a plan to add planes every three to six months for up to five or six aircraft, he adds.
Despite the shaky global economy, Baltia has not veered from its vision of becoming a leading player in the trans-Atlantic market to niche Eastern European cities in Russia, Latvia, Ukraine and Belarus.
The company’s latest plan calls for non-stop passenger and freight service to begin by the first of the year from New York’s JFK Airport to St. Petersburg, the second largest city in Russia, Thal says.
Cargo and mail transport to and from the Baltic region figure heavily into its business plan. Several major express shippers and freight forwarders on the East Coast and West Coast have expressed interest in utilizing Baltia’s cargo capacity under block space arrangements, Thal says.
More than $1 billion in cargo is shipped to the region annually and more than one million U.S. travelers visit there each year, the company website says.
If all goes as planned, Baltic’s exclusive non-stop service between JFK and St. Petersburg would expand to include routes to Moscow, Kiev and Riga, Thal says. Company officials estimate their flights would take about eight hours compared to airlines that currently offer service to the region with European connecting flights lasting 11 to 18 hours.
Baltia Air, which has been through various incarnations during the past 19 years, regrouped again in 2007, Thal says. An earlier timetable called for operations to begin in the spring of 2009. In February, Baltia announced that it had received arrival and departure slots at New York’s JFK Airport from the U.S. Department of Transportation and its IATA Code.

Yesterday was a yawn...I hope it's not going back to sleep.
A letter of intent is free...If they put a deposit down,
BELIEVE ME, we'd ALL know about it, and there wouldn't have
been a letter of intent to begin with.
Hopefully, that's what the MM's are anticipating.
Letters of intent are pretty commonplace in business, but the
bottom line is...they're still not binding. I would have liked
them to, at least, put down a deposit.
They're not going to be able to "ride" the letter of intent
for very long...this really is the last puzzle piece...it's
put up or shut up time.
I hope that puts it to rest.
He NEVER should have done that interview, period

water.....lol
Same here....i guess it was a 1 day thing...back to .0001
One would think some of it would come from sales...lol
Unfortunately, it also comes from dumping.
On my Scottrade streaming quotes today, we got an ask of .0002!!!
Did you notice the price jump from 0 to .0001 today?
Maybe something is up?
Maybe the FAA will give Baltia a "letter of intent" to
purchase the plane......lol
I still can't pull up the website.
I'm still waiting for those 3 magical words "We have purchased"
