Big news is coming. JMO
My new powder hits Monday. I've added this week too. Elimination of the debt prior to the big news is huge. I guess PVSP's "begging" and lack of leverage is working...lol
International first. Management is targeting the right regions of the world.
When the iOS hits - we celebrate. Large deals are waiting for the entire package....iOS/Android/Video calling.
2/3 there ....
I added - once again.
Dollar+ stock
I like the VoX Video logo....cool stuff!
And the fact you had to buy a standalone videophone.
The VoX video app will work on ANY Android device and soon to be any iOS device.
Open platform. Huge.
You must lack humility to keep posting. What will you say at .25?
Daubs-
I think you're right on G3 wanting/needing the video component.
Video calling interoperability has been the stumbling block to widespread use. VoX doesn't care if it's Android or soon to be iOS.
So you see where this is going?
NetCapital liked .02
G3 liked .02
Big. Interoperability. No other Video calling platform can do this.
Dollar-land once this plays out. JMO
PVSP is becoming very attractive to the large carriers.
First Kindle and now all Android devices. iOS app right around the corner...
With G3 grabbing its shares at .02 and .006 - and NetCapital agreeing to come back to the table, it tells me we are on the verge of something great.
The upcoming news events could go in so many different directions. We need the iOS app and the fireworks begin. Here's a quote from a recent email exchange I had with Riss.
"I can certainly confirm that Mark and I are very excited about our technology and the flexibility and scalability of our app. We believe the Pay and Go product is very useful in the industry, and several carriers have studied it and marveled at how it can keep track of remaining dollars and remaining minutes on the particular call that is in progress, and then terminate a call if the subscriber runs out of money."
We have the infrastructure, automation and mobile Voip technology to make an unforgettable run. Just think, to have millions of shares with a cost average under a penny. Many of us will prosper in 2013 and beyond. We are in the right sector -and in the early stages of huge stock appreciation. JMO
One more post for the day-
The end game will be a buyout from one of the large carriers. Riss even referred to this during an earlier interview. He mentioned the buyout of Instagram in comparison to where PVSP "could be" in time.
JMO
No R&D? Better tell the large carriers who are eyeing the PVSP pay and go technology that their own programmers better knock out code in the next 12-18 months to catch little PVSP.
So NetCapital was duped for the second time? I see....
"Desperate" companies don't get settlement terms at 10X the share price. Right?
I think your PPS projections are right on - if management executes its business plan. We would need a couple of large white label carrier deals. Eliminating the debt was huge.
Daubs - JMO
All the large deals are dependent upon the completion of the iOS app. That would give carriers the complete package - Android, iOS and Video calling. I'm hoping we get the iOS app around the Q report.
Looking for new large retailers for the prepaid calling card/app. Also additional mobile wallet deals.
My research says TrustPay soon, but we all know priorities can change on the dime.
NetCapital and G3 see something significant to invest at .02
Love to see the million+ shareholders continue to add to their positions. We are through the rough batch. The 8-K this week fuels the fire.
6.7 million shares and adding weekly.
Arthur, circa 2/13
"Both the NetCapital and the JDM deals failed. Pervasip stand in default on its loans.
Pervasip is entirely at the mercy of Valens LLC aka The Lurus Fund aka LV Administrative services; it has no leverage at all. They are beggars.
The remaining $7M debt is guaranteed by all the assets of the company. If Laurus thinks it can net $1M by selling Pervasip, it can do it. Or put the company into a prepackaged bankruptcy where Laurus would receive 90% of the company's stock. Or anything else. "
* Speaking of leverage - PVSP seems to have quite a bit. What does NetCapital know? What goes G3 know?
You'll be a rich boy once this plays out.
What's the news item for next week? SA related?
Pert is my MM. He has no shares. Based on what I've purchased this month. JMO.
Gradual climb to dollar-land with the right deal announcements. Old debt from previous business model wiped away and new revenues about to explode. This is a game changer.
I'll keep on buying until .02
Fanning and G3 feel .02 is a good starting point for their investments.
Got 'em
You will see it after the open. PERT is usually the MM.
I may chase it if I have to.
.02 is good enough for NCC and G3.
My bid is in.
I agree. It didn't take a large carrier deal to pay off the debt. Now the potential carrier deals and large retailer partnerships will produce huge revenue and the debt is retired. This was a major development. I didn't notice the news until after the close. Shoot!
Now the fun begins.
My funds are available tomorrow as well. Wanted to add another million.
We are on our way. Congrats to those who averaged down.
Yes!
I was also intrigued by that statement.
G3 taking its shares at .006 was a big signal. That's double where we are at now. Plus millions more at .02 like you said Daubs. They converted at double the current PPS.
Here's a question for our newcomers - who are the large carriers interested in the Pay and Go mobile platform from PVSP?
Adding another million shares next week. I think we're close to some exciting news that will change the dynamics of PVSP. JMO.
Continued from PVSP CEO....
"We have so many inquiries that we believe we will have several established retail locations selling our app and a calling card version of our app. If we make our app into a prepaid calling card, then it becomes the only calling card that anyone needs to buy (or sell). A retailer can sell one Vox prepaid calling card in lieu of carrying dozens of calling cards on a display rack, each having different calling destinations. We are excited because we have calling card companies who want to go digital and sell our app (and survive the mobile Internet revolution) and on the other hand, we have retailers asking us to make them a card to sell at the cash register that replaces the prepaid calling card companies."
For the Newbies....
Back in November, Paul Riss provided good info during his Stock Legend interview. I recently asked him to explain some of the statements he made. Since this excerpt is the same information he shared during that interview, I feel it's OK to share. This letter was followed by the "forward looking" clause at the end of his response to me. Shorts, sorry to ruin your night....
"We wish we had more employees and better financing so that we could move faster. However, a large carrier recently told us that it would take them, with their 50 programmers, anywhere from 12 to 18 months to duplicate what we have, and that they do not want to wait that long to sell a mobile Pay and Go app. So we have moved faster than many of our competitors. We need to start turning our advantage into rapid revenue growth, and we believe Barry has enough irons in the fire that we will see that growth in the near future. This carrier, and others, tell us they want to run with our app. We are eager to work out a deal with them that would generate cash for us in the hope that we could buy back shares that we have had to issue to get through this tough stretch.
One long-term shareholder has said several times "Pervasip is going to be an 8 year overnight success." It has taken us 8 years to build what we have, but he is right, that we have the automation and infrastructure in place to turn things around immediately. And I think it comes down to the app. Here is another example -- one prepaid calling card company tells us they will run all of their existing business on Vox if we let them sell our app. They have 15,000 lines. That will make us an overnight success. But, of course, it isn't that easy and there are details such as integration into billing and customer service platforms. Still, there are so many opportunities, that we believe a couple of them will close and that they in turn should lead to additional opportunities for us.
Thank you for your interest in Pervasip."
Paul
