Anybody know anything about CEO Joel P. Sens?
Charts are good for a general reference, but news is needed for decisive breakout to the up side. No news, and it will probably drift lower.
Consolidating nicely.
L2 is the same as yesterday as of 9.19 am est.
Shares of this security are currently not available to short sell...AMTD
Maybe, but almost all these OTCBB stocks are extremely speculative.
WOW!
Need some follow thru on price and volume, just not enough people interested in this stock. And they need to show a profit for first quarter.
It's been my observation, over the years, that when there're a ton of shares, like here, it very hard to move up.
On the surface, there're so many insiders filing to sell (not that they absolutely will sell, but filed) it's scary.
I think people under estimate the negative power of dilution in stocks.
I don't think God is too much in the stock market. Too much fear and greed.
9.76 m outstanding,.... not your average OTCBB stock. And of course, it won't take much to make them profitable.
The yahoo board was very entertaining, talking about DNDN going to 200.00
Something like this happen tp POZN, but the price came back.
Looks like a pump and dump here, but I think the price will recovery, in time.
Just studying low priced stocks and the psycology of the people that hold them. It help me to trade better.
I don't considering it bashing if it's based on facts. Bashing would be to say negative things about a company with the intent to bring the price down, so that the basher would find it attractive, and buy. I wouldn't buy this one.
Made 11,000 in three days on SWRI.OB, still holding some.
10000 x .0.008 = 80.00.... DEAD
I consider this "stock" as dead. Just one, of a very long list of pink sheet scams.
Perfect way to print your own money (stock certificates).
A slow climb helps prevent a strong crash.
Low flow stocks like this, are interesting to watch.
Just giving my honest opinion.
I don't waste time. I'm studying low priced stocks, not trying to educate anyone, maybe looking for intelligent conversation about low priced stock, which isn't here. Mostly cheerleaders and dreamers.
Your only hope here is speculation to someway get into the stock, so you can get out. Otherwise I predict a slow grind down to a penny and less.
Most of the longs here are unrealistic and and will lose their shirts.
Any good news.....dilution has killed it.
Probably not when it comes to scientists, but when it comes to losing shareholder value, their experts. Just look at the one year chart.
Wake up, their SELLING. MORE people filed just in the last month. I wonder why SO MANY people are selling.
Ok I watch it, and you can ignore the facts at your own peril.
What about the facts of all insiders selling?....just ignore it.
And I won't cause it's junk and the management has diluted the stock. Diluters like this should be called out.
I'm aware that the truth is too strong for some people.
Most of the penny players know about this and the stock still hovers close to a 52 week low because the management con't to dilute the common. Good Luck.
I wouldn't touch this with a 100 foot poll.
I'm studying low priced stocks if you ask, why then, are you here.
Understood, but I like to read the 10-KSB, to see what is going on. Don't you?
5500.00 in revs for TWO years, I sell more then that on Ebay, maybe I should go public! Now thats what I call a microcap!!!!

Wilf speaks, the stock reacts: DPBM Last: 0.021 Change: -0.005(-19.23%)
This pretty much tells the story.
Anybody still holding or did everybody sell?
How did you find out about SWRI? What else you trading?
Cannot tell for sure yet.
"......and Shakers rumored to be involved. Becarefull......." Who is Shakers?
What OTCBB stock, shouldn't you be careful with!!
Look here, at the bottom:
http://www.knobias.com/individual/public/quote.htm?ticker=swri
9.6M in float and 20M authorized, not a lot of stock, who knows where this could end up.
That's because they think it's going to hit .0101
Pink sheets have very very little credibility, sort of like pre school, compared to college (NYSE).
Most seasoned and/or professonial investors will never touch a pink EXCEPT for a TRADE. Why?...there're a TON of extra RISK in them.
Well, there're almost profitable, growing revs, not too much stock os, needs to get on NASDAQ.
Almost all these OTCBB are extremely volitile.
I said, it wouldn't SURPRISE me (because I'm cautiously bullish) if the stock got cut in two, not that I wished this or that it was going to happen. Usually when ever you get a buy solicitation, someone is selling stock.
I try to study a stock objectively, from long and short side.
I don't care to bet. I got enough bets going in the market.
APIO does seems to be in much better shape then you average penny. Be interesting to see what happens in the next couple of months.
pink sheet companies......= DOESN'T REPORT TO THE SEC...NO POLICE... ALMOST NO REGULATION.
Only novices get involved in these sort of "investments"
