Requirements to get back on NASDAQ
According to Investopedia:
the Nasdaq requires firms to already have 1.25 million publicly-traded shares with a collective market value of $45 million. Both the NYSE and the Nasdaq require a minimum security listing price of $4 per share.
From .0002 to .0033 is 1,650%.
That's not bad at all especially if it's just the 1st or 2nd leg.
Pennies may be the 3rd or 4th leg.
Where are you hoping to trade at?
I'm looking forward to a great July/Aug.
It's only a matter of time!
For all the things you mentioned, the market cap will very soon reflect a higher value.
When do you think he'll let it run?
That's fine.
I just wanna get to the debt swap and beyond.
Let's hope.
I would guess those two figure to have chased away most shaeholders save for the stubborn veterans such as yourself and a few hopeful newbies such as me.
They can only shake the tree but so much before you let things fly.
10Q is due Monday!
Next up is debt swap, I hope.
Wouldn't it be nice if mngt announced the restructuring of other current debt as well.
That's funny.
I have 29,400,000 on the ask at .05
Would sure be nice for that ask to get taken out some time soon.
Ok. Thanks.
I'm looking for the SP to begin to move after 10Q and especially after debt swap is made official.
There also may be a positive surprise or two. Conversely, there could be something negative as well but I hope not.
This warrant thing is confusing to me.
Any further explanation you can give would be greatly appreciated.
Weren't these warrants issued at different times so can be exercised at different times and, perhaps, in different ways?
Have you shuttled your prediction?
You stated .001 by Monday 7/6 EOD. You stated this Friday originally but forgot there was no trading then.
You got it. Love your viewpoint!
I'm seeing what you're seeing though I haven't been here as long you and other veterans.
From what I've read in the 10Ks, 8Ks and commentary from you guys, mngt has been working on this for a while. Seamus wants a more reputable-looking company to attract better capital. He's not going to do an RS to get back on NASDAQ ate merely a $1 or $2.
Folks are just being impatient and speaking from their emotions.
I've been through a RS before
and had no problem selling on the 1st day. The stock was NAKD.
I must say though that the experience wasn't a good one. The price dropped.
With RNVA, I'm planning to sell on the runup before the RS.
That's why the SP has to have a run 1st.
Then the RS can be done. The after price should be somewhere b/w $5 to $20 so there's room for a fall.
That's why the current SP must be increased.
Of course, FINRA won't speak to us.
We're just "consumers" but I know the approval process with FINRA takes 30 days. I wonder if Seamus already started the approval process with them.
I guess we'll know soon.
Thanks for your insight.
Yes, but must get SP up 1st.
30 days for FINRA to approve it. Then it can be officially announced.
Of course, this is assuming the 10Q is filed by tomorrow at the latest.
The extension is for 5 CALENDAR days.
Once the 10Q comes out today or tomorrow then they'll be.
Seamus wants this RS bad. Of course, SP must get a boost first.
Yeah, I must admit.
I'm a Penny fan as well for the very same reason.
He was honest about himself too, so I give him big points for that.
Spot on!
SP is gonna move and soon!
There's no doubt. The SP has to have a run as part of the CEO's plan to move the company forward. Even if he and his crew have to purchase some shares themselves this SP is going up. Can't do a good RS and gain access to badly needed, healthier capitol from here.
10Q should be out today or tomorrow since it's a 5 CALENDAR-day extension with things being closed on Fri-Sat.
Just because the SP has been in the gutter for some time doesn't mean it has to stay there.
Patience is the key here!
It's going to run one day soon though!
I guess whenever the powers at be
are ready for this to run, they will drop the wall and let it run.
I guess the MMs or whomever put up walls on Friday June 12th when 1.5B shares were traded.
Yes, this is quite frustrating.
Please elaborate on your final sentence.
Fair enough, but
why bother to file the NT-10Q under SEC rule 12b25 if you're not going to release the 10Q within the 5 calendar day extension?
He seems to have been telling the truth about the 10K so why not the 10Q. If he's going to be dishonest it would probably be something much more hurtful to shareholders than that unfortunately.
But let's hope, Seamus is an honest man (please don't laugh or gag at my words here)
Well....
Today's filing grants 5 CALENDAR days
CEO already stated that the 10Q was nearly ready so it should be filed by Thursday to be compliant.
I see your point about not wanting to give shareholders so much of Innovoqor.
What about this: run the SP up, do the RS in about a month (takes FINRA about 30 days to approve, etc) then complete spin-off merger. That way current shareholders get less of Innovoqor.
I'm a newbie here but I can sympathize with you
and the other veterans here. I don't know how you all have hung on this long. I hope you all get paid and paid well.
I may have to agree with you.
I really appreciate your honesty.
Nothing but blessings for you!
I hear you but...
Today's NT-10Q filing under sec rule 12b25 was done so RNVA can stay compliant with SEC in order to get approval from FINRA for the RS. Seamus wants this RS ASAP. If you comb through the 10K it's clear that Rennova needs money and getting back on NASDAQ is the best way to get to healthier funding. CD can't keep floating this company. It stated clearly in the 10K that Rennova needs money to continue as a going concern.
You keep saying no RS, but how else will Rennova gain access to money? They can't dilute the stock any further.
Penny, you got me confused
Are you not a hater or a pretend hater looking for a basement price? Or are you a somewhat bitter long who is, deep down, happy the stock is heading upwards?
I so hope you're right!
I didn't forget your prediction.
Today has been a good day. The 10Q will be out later this week and then the debt swap should be around the corner and then...
I just gave my thoughts.
And this is after looking over the 10K, doing other DD and getting a better understanding of Rennova from the old-heads on this board.
Backstabbed, La-Trader and then have a deeper understanding than me. I came here because I enjoy buying stocks breaking out. I saw and invested in TPTW and OPTI after both appeared on my Stocks to Trade scanner. Both have since blown up (I missed most of it), and I fully expect RNVA to do similar. It doesn't have to even get to .03. I see the current price as a bargain.
The CEO has no choice but to get the SP up to move the company forward. The stock has been in the toilet for 18 months. The TPTW deal is a huge sign IMO.
To me it's simple.
RNVA is going to have to have a run in order for Seamus to get a decent SP after doing an RS. I don't see the RS, which can't happen quite yet due to their failure to meet the filing deadline, as a bad thing.
Further dilution of the stock is not the way. Seamus sees getting back to respectability via the NASDAQ as the way. The stock has broken out and will start to rise!
I really dig your thinking here.
Seamus seems hell-bent on getting back to NASDAQ.
After reading over more notes in the 10K, RNVA needs more capital, healthier capital, and making Rennova more respectable via NASDAQ is the way.
Look, CD wouldn't be loaning RNVA over $20M for Rennova to fail. Those guys have plans.
I'm really looking to the debt swap as the 1st big step forward for the SP. Innovoqor is big and there may be a surprise or two. For example, mngt could restructure some of their other debt also.
Do you have his email address?
I hope you're right,
but why the big wall at .0003?
This is who.
From pg 29 of 10K
Continued conversions and exercises of the Company’s outstanding securities into common stock have further depressed the market price of its common stock and have caused corresponding decreases of the exercise and conversion prices of much of the remaining convertible securities due to their anti-dilution provisions.
They keep diluting. Seamus needs to speak to these folks so the SP can run especially when the next batch of good news is released.
