Fair enough Daubs. Good point - however, the app is complete. I could wait another two weeks for Apple approval. The key is that Mark is happy with the quality. This is a major step. One person here said the app would never happen.

Starting next week with the 10Q and some nice updates on the business plan. No other OTC stock I'd rather own.
I fully expect to make a few million off my PVSP holdings. It won't take much stock appreciation due to loading up in this undervalued range.
Risk/Reward
The key in OTC stocks is finding stocks in the right sector with strong technology. A stock with a differentiator ( Pay and Go mobile). Also finding a company concerned with eliminating debt and growing revenues. PVSP has the perfect business model to make lots of Mulaa.
I've seen an OTC stock climb from .006 to $1.50+in months. Many here know what I'm talking about. PVSP has a stronger business model than that stock and almost no remaining debt.
We will see rapid stock appreciation soon.

Q2 started in April. They mentioned 30-60 days in the 10K for the iPhone app.

When the iOS voice/video app is released - you can be bet it will be perfected and rated as one of the best, if not the best, mobile app on the market...just like Android. The market cap is less than $3MM in the hottest sector - and with a company nearly debt free. Doesn't it make sense to have your debt wiped off the books prior to launching the "complete" package? If I was a large carrier or retailer, I would demand this to be the case. JMO

With one more payment of $100,000 - PVSP wipes out the remaining $1.8 million of old debt from Laurus. $14+ million in old debt wiped clean.
This debt was crippling to the company. No more....
