I read and understood that MJ. The bullet was my concern. If the private company survives as the controlling member of shares, I still don't see where an exception occurs in the rules? I must have missed the limited exceptions in the rules or maybe they weren't clarified. Just wondering why the limited exception applies and has it been confirmed that we fall within that category and are exempt.

Yes, Crusader, good stuff. Took me a bit to read. I know the info was passed along a million times over, but I probably missed it because I mostly lurk; The section on R/M and "Back door registration" was the most troubling to me. This is a R/M. By definition in the SEC rules, the private entity survives through the shell and controls the share structure. Thus, what happens to our shares?

"...3Power will exit U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission shell status upon filing of the Super 8-K, and commence the steps for acquisition of its first 58MW of Seawind’s projects pipeline in Latin America."
Are they simply allowed to exit shell status upon filing? What specific criteria have they met to do so? Is it merger first then filing or filing merger. That one has me confused a bit.

He may push the verbiage and the pump envelope, but I doubt he'll create an iota of a breeze in pumping the action of the stock. His posts are fun(nny) to read though.
I had thought we might see a flat Monday. I was wrong and glad of it. Looks like I was a day early. Again, doesn't matter as it looks like she's trying to establish a base somewhere in the upper .70's. A slight retracement and some profit taking from the .35+ rise wouldn't surprise me in the least, but it gives me the opportunity to throw in another $600. I wish I had more, but waiting and lurking until the opportunity arises. PSPW!
I'm no naysayer, but $1.00 is going to be tough to obtain this week with this volume. The only thing that will increase it is more news, but it looks like a little struggle today. Doesn't matter to me either way as I've been long since jumping in.
OK, I like Sony. Nice sound from their products too. Big name. My ears are perked. 1000 shares may be on the horizon for the heck of it.
I'm very leary. Why not name the company. 3Pow has been as see-through as a negligee. I need to see that from INKN before I jump back in. I want to know that company name.

Could we see any of this action or wrong Country? The Japan disaster has opened a lot of eyes;
Germany May Replace 17 Nuclear Power Reactors With Wind Power Farms
by Timon Singh, 04/06/11
The aftermath of the Fukishima disaster saw concerned citizens worldwide protesting the increase in the use of nuclear power. German citizens were particularly vocal in their criticism, and it looks like it may have had an effect. According to recent reports, the German government has decided to ‘re-examine’ the country’s 17 nuclear reactors, with Chancellor Merkel even stating that she intends on doing away with them. Even more intriguing are the country’s plans to replace the nuclear stations with wind farms.
Germany has always been a leader in renewable energy, but if they want to replace nuclear power with something less damaging, then they will have to embrace wind power. A study from industry group Bundesverband WindEnergie suggests that the country will have to give 2% of the its land mass to wind farms in order to substitue nuclear power. By using 2% of Germany’s landmass, the country would be able to provide as much as 65% of the demand for electricity in the country. If they wanted to increase this, they could always construct additional offshore wind farms, which are proven to be more reliable than land-based ones.
Speaking at a press conference, BEW President Hermann Albers said that more than 22% of Germany’s land is, technically, suitable for onshore wind power generation, although when protected areas such as woodlands and sanctuaries are taken into account, the number quickly falls to around 8%.
Albers added that full utilization of Germany’s onshore wind power potential could result in installed wind turbine capacity of 198 gigawatts, which could produce around 390 terawatt-hours. By comparison, Germany’s nuclear industry produced 140 terawatt hours in 2010. At the end of 2010, Germany’s wind power capacity was only 27 gigawatts – however that is expected to improve.
No, it is not a P&D. I never said it was or even alluded to it. I just wouldn't be surprised to see it go flat tomorrow, or some take profit, and I hope I'm dead wrong. However, I'm not surprised with anything in the stock market, so I am serious, and I DO know what we have here, but it's still going to take some time. Just my humble opinion, I'm allowed.

Yeah, I'm a fiscal conservative too. I've just seen too many penny plays pull the old disappearing act a couple of days after relevant news. MM's have no shame. I hope you're right and I'm not.
Good point. Looks like two different transactions. The filing with the financials and the merger.
Profit taking, down to flat and I hope I am dead wrong.
Wakl is the man who turned me on to PSPW over a month ago from the INKN board. He gave me so good solid advice to c'mon in and read the DD and the man has made me some serious cash so far. BIG thanks again to the wak man!!

I can see a mirror with LEXG. History repeats itself in the market as in life. I won't guess the price on the final merger news, but it sure as hell won't be .74.
Penny flippers looking for a quick hit.
That's what I meant. A brief glimpse at what is to come and look what happened. 60%. They finally flushed Toby's wind-generated bowl and we hit the blast off button. When this thing hits the open market... holy shit!
wakl, again we have that anticipated date. Sort of like we were going to have news imminently. It's brief, it's a snippet and look what it did. Perhaps people are waiting for the proof in the pudding. This is just a taste test.

I have. I'm more than up on the company and I'm a long. I'm just a comfortable long with nothing to lose. GLTY.

If you aren't in it with disposable cash or poker money, I'd be nervous as hell too. My stake is no more than 5-6 winning trips to Atlantic City so the dips don't bother me. Penny plays are a slippery slope brother. I hope you don't get screwed. If you do, I hope you at least get kissed along with it. GLTY!

I hope Gem is in court and not on his way to the airport. He's unusually silent today. It's a long flight to the UK to be turned away at the front door! I'm still waiting for them to PR us about the wind-generated bowl flusher in Toby's toilet. Sorry. Just bored today.
I haven't made a prediction yet, so if I may... I am fairly confident that PSPW will go up, down or remain the same tomorrow. There you have it. Valuable information for any would be trader. Thankfully I laugh off all of the hubris. Everyone has their opinion. They're fun to read. Follow, different story altogether.
Blu, these penny plays generally follow the same patterns. They sit idle and tend to run wildly on any type of good news. They tend to crash just as easy. I've been in PSPW since the third week in March and coming at if from the perspective of a semi lightweight comapared to some of the heavy hitters in here, I can confidently say that this stock is the real deal. It's in a trending and exploding field, it has a r/m on the table and potential multi-million (billion) dollar deals to add to its coiffeurs. That's no small time BS that most scam pennies feed to you. Best advice, invest with caution, do your own research, and look out for #1 without stepping in #2. GLTY.

I definitely wouldn't use the words class action to entice a response from a CEO. You won't get one. I wouldn't give one to any of my shareholders if that was what I was presented with. Hell, I wouldn't even entertain the call. However, I cannot disagree with what your intent is. I've said it a few times and I think we are in agreeance. We know nothing has changed. All of the Due Diligence we've read remains the same. The stock is trading as a typical shell and speculative company trades. The PPS is holding up rather well on a down day in the market; Timeliness is the key we have both been espousing. I'm a big believer in riding the psychological wave. Look at the L stock. Might be a scam, maybe not, but they put out a simple PR about this gadget or that and it runs a buck and change. I wouldn't care if PSPW PR'd a wind generated device they installed in Toby's toilet to flush the bowl. The price would run on simple psychology. No doubt we have no choice but to let it run its course, but I can sense that a lot of investors are thirsty for a little drink from the golden chalice. Shit, I don't even mind catching the drops that fall from the edge of the cup.
Speed
Forget the float for a moment. The company has the ability to change the perception of the company and the PPS with the simple power of the pen. Timely and open communication is the key to building a psychological foundation and support for any stock. It's a large part of the game. A serious shell, who has its sights set on higher markets, needs to make a concerted and concentrated effort to keep its shareholders notified and interested in retaining their shares. Many of us are longs and can't or won't be shaken by the .40's or 30's. Hell, I was in at .59, .63, .74 and .79 and I'm not batting and eyelash, but the "effort" needs to be there from 3Power as well. They need to pat themselves on the back, pump themselves up a bit and not let months and months go by with no word. If that does happen, which I don't think it will, the .40's will be long gone and the .20's and teens could be greeting us. If that's turns out to be the case I may miss a couple of mortgage payments to buy more!
Speed
That certainly speaks a lot for the pyschological power of a Public Relations campaign. In the absence of communication we can see what happens to the PPS; it stagnates or drops. Savvy companies know how to blizt the market with news to keep investors satiated. I think we're all a bit thirsty now. PSPW!
He'll probably get pissed and extend our leash a little longer. I'll keep my trap shut.
I wonder if unlimited Verizon long distance applies to the UK? I'm seriously considering following up Davied's call with one of my own. Maybe the Brits'll think it's a yanky conspiracy. I'm a cheap b*stard though, it needs to be a freebie.
How much did that call cost you?? At least 10 shares worth!
Yes, I am aware of that. English was in fact one of my majors. My remark was not contrarian though. I want the news last Tuesday, but this Durrant guy doesn't "seem" the type to spit it out willy-nilly. I like the silence; it means they want to get it right. Build it up, frame it and blast our asses off! I'm drooling like everyone else.
I sort of like to stay within the realms of reality. It'll run when it darn well feels like it based upon our, "now immenent" news, which we all knew about in the first place. I'm just one of those poor schmucks that has to wait for the 3-day clear on Ameritrade. I hope it stays where it is, or shhh..., heaven forbid, goes down a little more so I can pick up some more cheap shares!
Actually, semantically, the word imminently simply means that it is forthcoming, or on the agenda. It doesn't mean today, tomorrow or even this week (although we'd all welcome it). It's a nice, clean and safe statement any exec would make. It's a statement I've used many times in the past. Good sign for future news and good looking out by David. PSPW!
I never knew one person had so much power over a stock. Must be karma or telekinetic powers; or perhaps just a load of spam. I think I'll stick with reality. PSPW!
Windchime, you can get a million explanations about this. The price is reflective of a company that has potential right now with an impending merger on the table. Speculation and hope is that there may be news this week. Unfortunately, those things don't always drive the price. Silence is a great way for a stock to lose momentum and pull-back slightly, or heavily in some cases. It's all a big guess without facts from the company. In the absence of momentum we go where the MM's take us. If we believe in the company and the potential, which I believe all of us do, we hang in there through the dips and await the news. Some sort of information will come our way eventually. It may not be this week, it may not even be this month, but it will be here. The sooner the better, but who knows. It may drop back into the 40's, maybe even lower, but if you believe in the company and believe it will become the giant that our speculation has it going to, then these 7-10% drops are nothing compared to where it can go someday. Even-keel and hang tough. All IMHO.

Absolutely. Especially with the ASK shooting to .65.
OT: Now that the wedding is over, William can now begin the ardous process of realizing that his sex life has just took the long downward turn that usually comes with nuptials. Not quite like the spiraling, out of control decent of some other stock I'm watching plummet today. It's quite enjoyable. Steady as she goes PSPW.
L stock?? Does that stand for LIT UP!! PSPW!!!
To be honest I'd do the same thing they're doing now, which is saying nothing. If it is going to work, all of the pieces have to be in place. If they wish to be taken seriously, dribs and drabs and bits and pieces given to us to satiate our need for info, gains them little. Perhaps it gains us solice that our investment has potential for greater gains, but in the end, if it's not done correctly, who the hell cares about the little scraps of info. I'd rather have both barrels loaded and PSPW dropping bombs when the time is right. I perceive that this is what they are waiting for, and if so, I am quite comfortable with the silence. All IMHO.
Speed
Pyschology and momentum rule the market. If those Rudana assets transfer over and they complete the merger without a hitch the PPS will go a tad further than the moon within the first several days IMHO. Buffet rule #1, take your profit and reinvest.
Speed
There's no reason for stronger volume days right now with no relevent news. When 3Power has something newsworthy and relevent to say, the volume will come IMO. Until then if it hovers and lurks around the .60-.70 range, I'll take it. Although boring green days are better then boring red ones.
