Saw it last night. Another oil/gas pump and dump IMO buzz.
LASV, .14 is about gone IMO. Bottom bottom bottom level II is very supportive on the bid side. Should run easily.
Buzz, TSIH is coming back down now. Don't see the big deal in the news. Of course, if you got in at the open, you'd be up a lot! Only 277K shares traded. Why does this move so easily? The float and O/S don't seem that low.
Very nice ammo. Get some SRFX with your profits. Or WLDI. Both look phenominal on Level II.
SRFX, .095x.10 Aint gonna get better than this. Only 2 MMs from .20. HRZG is playing games with this one. Had news with Xerox a few days back.
Looks like that's how it's going to be Mary. I like that much better as well.
Buzz, there is more to OPHD than meets the eye. Ammo and Patsy did a lot of digging and found that the same person who invented the smoking patch was/is part of the co. merging into OPHD called Hemoxymed. Here is the PR.

Ophidian Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Announces a Distribution to Stockholders And The Signing of an Agreement and Plan of Merger With Hemoxymed, Inc.
MADISON, Wis., April 16 /PRNewswire/ --
Ophidian Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: OPHD.OB - news; ``Ophidian'' or ``the Company'') announced today that it will make a distribution to its existing stockholders of record as of April 23, 2001. The distribution will be in the amount of Eighty-three cents ($0.83) per share, and payment is scheduled to be mailed to stockholders on or about April 30, 2001.

This distribution represents most of the proceeds the Company received from the sale of its assets to Promega Corporation on November 16, 2000. The Company has retained the remaining portion of the proceeds to cover certain operating expenses, taxes, other costs, and remaining liabilities of the Company, including any liabilities that arise after the closing of its Agreement and Plan of Merger with Hemoxymed, Inc. (``Hemoxymed''), as previously announced. After payment of its remaining liabilities, a final distribution of any remaining proceeds, if any, from the sale of its assets to Promega Corporation will be made following the closing of the Company's Agreement and Plan of Merger with Hemoxymed.
The Company also announced that as of April 16, 2001, Ophidian and Hemoxymed entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger whereby Ophidian will acquire all of Hemoxymed's outstanding capital stock from Hemoxymed shareholders in exchange for Ophidian's issuance and delivery to Hemoxymed shareholders of 19,000,000 new, unregistered shares of the Company's common stock. Immediately following the closing of the transaction, the Company will have 20,200,000 shares of its common stock issued and outstanding, of which Hemoxymed shareholders will hold approximately 94% and the Ophidian stockholders immediately prior to the transaction will hold the remaining 6%, and Hemoxymed will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
As previously announced, the parties expect to rename the Company ``HEMOXymed, Inc.'' and its subsidiary will continue Hemoxymed's current business, which is the development of a process designed to increase tissue oxygenation for the treatment of a wide range of diseases. The transaction is expected to be tax-free to the stockholders of both companies. The closing of the transaction is subject to customary conditions, including the approval of the stockholders of both Ophidian and Hemoxymed.
NOTE: ``Safe Harbor'' Statement under the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995: This document contains certain forward-looking statements based on the Company's expectations. There are certain key factors that could cause future results to differ from those anticipated by the Company's management and Board of Directors, including but not limited to the risk that the Company may not be able to complete the merger with, as well as any unanticipated claims and liabilities that might arise during the process of liquidating and winding up the Company's business and affairs.

Congrats ammo. I'm going to continue to hold OPHD. Virtually all buys.
Hi Mary. Glad you got AMHI. WLDI is at a bottom right now IMO as well. Whack whack! EZ was the first to post on AMHI here and should be congratulated. I wouldn't have known about it if it weren't for him. Billfish also has it.
OPHD, wow! .71x.85. 2 on the bid now. 3400 shares at the ask. This is getting serious. Few sells at all today.
AMHI, looks like a good run coming. Now .065x.069 on 660K volume. Very big volume for this one. Could see .10 today based on Level II.
Mary, here is EZtradin's post from yesterday on AMHI:
AMHI...03x.04 now...info. inside.
Last quarter $3.9 mil. sales
Income 178K
82.3M O/S
Float 18.1M
Book .08
May P.R...management is expecting to close an acquisition
that is also profitable...3rd quarter ends this month.
Book should increase after acquisition.
Management expects by year end...September...EBITDA...
$1M...great story forming here.
Extremely undervalued.
EZ
Mary, AMHI is a turnaround story. EZ posted a little earlier. Their revs are on the increase. It looks good for several months IMO or longer.
Mary: Float is low. Around 6M I believe. Dropped on low volume. Typical MMM. Bid support @ .05 indicates little chance of it going down farther.
Buzz, thanks for the DD. I agree on Tall Trader. He is one of the best DDers for shells period.
That's what I figured too shac. Game playing.
Mary, WLDI is what I would recommend to you. Great bid support @ .05. Was .12 just a few days back.
LASV. shac. Totally confused on this one. Have you seen a trade of 100K and 50K go by at .135? Bid stays, but just wondering, what do you think those trades are? Very strange.
Tough one Mary. AMHI is a turnaround story. level II has strong support @ .03 and above, i.e. all MMs on the bid are at that level or above. I bought a little at .05 today to add to what I had @ .035 and .04. This one should gradually build IMO. Not a MOMO. Don't expect a selloff.
As for IHTL, I never know what drives it. I'm in @ average of .025 or so, so I am OK.
Probably for you AMHI would be better. Put in order @ .05. Now .04x.055. Hopefully, it will fill.
Wow congrats ammo. Didn't see it. It moves so fast on low vol.
ammo/patsy, ITWR, now 3.5x3.8. Geez!
LOL ammo. Don't know enough about the co. Just don' like cos. on the stinky pinkies!
Glad to hear it shac. Me too! Dumped CMKI this morning. Still don't trust it.
Unfortunately, many have a 1 day run and that's it. Some like ETCR run for several days, but look where it ended up. On ETCR, I decided to sell 1/2 to cover my principal and ride the rest as though they are free shares. It's a fast market, but you can still profit in it.
Glad to see them moving shac. .03x.035 now on IHTL. .139x.142 on BMII. Both at highs of the day.
Wow ammo. Anything goes on the pinks. Could be .001 in 5 minutes!
Mary, it dropped too fast for me to exit SPST. I have a lot shares. It is not currently trading well, but IMO, follow up PRs will be out on the acquisition and I think it needs one more push. Same could be said on CLRT and SSPC before they made their moves. They stewed in their juices, then exploded. I'm taking my chances that that will happen here. Short term, if you could dump at .03, great. Couldn't do it. Heck they dropped it to .016 within an hour of the open. Very small window to take any profits.
FDKP, bought a little 2 days ago @ .015. Now .014x.019. With any vol., it will take off. It's a POS as well, but their revenues are up, and they have put out PRs recently, something they never did before.
Looks like its time for LASV. BMII also looking much better today.
Agreed. Got 30K and couldn't ask for better bid support than AMHI. Big turnarouns story for sure.
MOPP, .36x.42. 2 on the bid now. Posted on this last week and yesterday after the close. They have only 1M in float and an LOI with a co. called Medical Discounts who is in the high risk medical insurance industry. Don't know a lot about the co. yet, but given the industry they are in, could be a good find.
LASV, uptick on the bid. .,135x.14. Would strongly suggest everyone get some.
Good move EZ. Just a matter of time IMO on SRFX.
WLDI, .05x.06. Calling bottom. Level II shows huge support @ .05 on the bid. Will probably add more to my position. Sold a little at higher levels.
What is driving TSIH so much buzz? The float and O/S aren't as low as the stock would indicated through its trading. Very strange. Had TSIH on my watch list, but up this much because a guy from EDS comes on board? Don't get it.
I think POS is the most used acronym now on the OTCBB.! Love it. making money on a POS!
Watching AARW. Down a lot, but the problem is there is an insider who registered on 5/25 to sell 536K shares. That's probably where the selling is coming from. Watch for bottom.
ETCR, .15x.17. Riding on free shares. Those who sold @ .11 yesterday need to go back to OTCBB 101 class!
In LASV, level II looks great. Near bottom IMO. Awaiting uther details on Russian lottery deal! Maybe Szitslana from the Sopranos is running the lottery!! Loved that stealing her leg thing. That was one of the funniest moments in recent memory!
You did wise to dump it pre R/S. Now that the MMs have taken it down post R/S, the news looks good. Gonna hold. Will try to DD some more, but private companies are hard to DD as you know.
