Military approval? Oh boy! Are we looking at days? weeks? or months?
Have you noticed Aduddell Industries is the only bulletin board company listed under their clients?
realfast95,
How do you figure they need to generate $45 million per quarter to show a profit? Explain where you are getting these numbers from using the current number of shares outstanding?
mauiguy2,
Thanks for the update, so, if this is the week they announce a new I/R firm it could have a positive impact on the stock price. Up .04 today was a good start to the week for holders of ADDL.OB.
mauiguy2,
Can you please ask Reggie why they don't put out news releases on the larger awarded contracts? And why they don't buyback shares at these lower prices to show some support and confidence in their company? And what are they looking for in hiring an I/R group and why is it taking so long? Thanks
Good post, this is lots more than a hurricane play. I bought more today at $.57
I bought more today at $0.59. Reggie says they're looking at a number of IR firms and they will make an announcement as soon as one is hired.
A good IR firm can also be a good promoter, I'm hoping they hire the best.
I caught some at .57 yesterday and .58 today.
What a beaut!
LexL...should start to run after earnings. New I/R will be coming onboard, this company is trying to make it to the big leagues.
yeediggar,
Your posts are good, makes me want to buy more shares. I'm so looking forward to earnings and outlook, hope they have a conference call.
You will have to convince yourself if you want to buy before earnings come out but if you have read the postings on Ragingbull about all the contracts out there, you probably only have this opportunity to buy under .60,jmho
$2.10 is a real possibility, earnings should bring buyers in and if they hire an I/R firm with promotion skills we won't ever look back to sub $1 levels.
ADDL is a real sleeper, hoping for $2 plus this year.
You know if you are an active trader Fidelity is only $8 a trade and what I like about them is they send out confirmations of all trades so I don't have to print everything like I do with Scottrade.
I traded this stock recently with Fidelity and had no problems. RagingBull message boards saying the same thing.I think this stock is getting ready to roll. If anyone needs to contact the company via email here is a place to start contact@aduddell.com
Okay, maybe my thinking is going in the wrong direction.
veritas-twj,
I never said that Bartozek was ignorant. Please reread my posts and don't assume what you think somebody said. If you work in a brokerage house on wall street you could still be ignorant concerning certain types of financing. Are you an expert on convertible debenture financing?
The more I think about it the more I think that the company did a convertible debenture. That's one of the reason they kept issuing more shares. It's very possible Bartozek thought it was equity financing and was ignorant of all the details....just my opinion.
veritas-twj- what is your opinion about a possible CD? Did you know anything about a CD?
You're right! I would hope Bartozek is smarter than that, but when companies need money they sometimes do stupid things. The poster on Raging Bull seems to have good knowledge.
Somebody on Raging Bull thinks LLEG is involved in convertible debenture. Which "means someone can sell shares in exchange for capital. They normally make a killing, are known as loan sharks. Companies that get involved with them normally enter into a dead spiral. After hour trades are setlements. Are normal as long as the size is low. But when you see them in the millions, they mean that a MM sold shares short and is buying them back from the MM that has the CD shares to sell."
Check Raging Bull for more info
I wouldn't get too excited, this company hasn't shown us anything yet except issuing of more shares.
ERF Buys into Wireless Banking
By Adam Stone
In the eternal struggle between build-it and buy-it, Dr. H. Dean Cubley has gone off the deep end. It's all about the buying, and it’s a strategy that seems to working.
As chairman and CEO of publicly-held ERF Wireless, Cubley has been busy buying up all the pieces he needs to deliver wireless connectivity to the banking industry -- and the industry is responding.
Founded in 2004, ERF Wireless had barely opened its doors before it made the first of what have been eight acquisitions to date, the most recent being Home Wireless Company of Kemah, Texas. That first company, SkyView USA, had already carved out a space delivering wireless services to the regional banking industry.
“They had found a market niche with no competition,” Cubley says.
Coincidentally, ERF Wireless had been looking for something to buy. As Cubley saw it, consolidation was the only sensible growth pattern in the world of WISPs, where mom-'n-pop operations had all but topped out.
“The owners are not paying themselves what they are worth: they are pouring in money just to keep the business going,” Cubley says. “They can have 1,000 subscribers and still not be giving themselves even a token salary.”
Cubley has been more than happy to relieve them of the burden. His company’s acquisitions have helped it gain a stronghold in the banking industry, where, he says, wireless can resolve significant logistical issues.
“Traditionally, when you deposit a check at the branch, you have to be there before three o’clock -- then the bank has to close at three o’clock in order to take those checks and physically carry them back to the operations center, which might be 100 miles away,” he says.
Using relays every 35 miles, Cubley can build a wireless network from branch to ops center, making it possible to scan the checks and save the drive.
In addition to providing the wireless connection, ERF Wireless also maintains the networks and handles any service issues that may arise. Here, too, Cubley has found acquisition to be the most effective method for getting to the finish line.
Among the wireless providers he has acquired, “they have all the talents, the tools and technicians that are required to maintain these networks,” he says. “Everywhere we have a bank presence is where we are looking for wireless companies to buy.”
With operations in southern Louisiana, Missouri and Texas, Cubley says he is confident about winning future business. For example, ERF Wireless just bought a WISP covering 20,000 square miles around Lubbock, Texas. It’s true the company has no bank customer lined up there yet, but Cubley says that with the network in place, a customer will follow shortly.
“There is a bank right in the middle of that where we are confident of closing the deal,” he says.
Cubley does not buy blind. He typically will watch a company for one to two years before moving to acquire. Ideally, the target firm will be competent but overstretched.
“Every one of them has a customer service department, every one has to do their own billing; they are duplicating these functions over and over, and for a small business there is just too much of a cost to doing that,” he says. By consolidating, ERF Wireless gets all the competence at a fraction of the cost.
However, the numbers are not exactly stellar here. From $320,000 in its first year, the company has grown to almost $2 million, but still is running in the red. (Cubley hopes to be in the black this year.) On the other hand, the approach has strong backing, with a $4.5 million investment from Cubley’s family (“My mother is the largest stockholder in this company,” he says) along with $1.5 million from a hedge fund and another $1 million from a private placement to high net worth individuals.
Even as he builds his network of banks, Cubley has an ace in the hole.
Motorola provides the hardware for this venture, and has shown strong support, writing three white papers on the ERF Wireless effort. Cubley engages Motorola technicians to handle his installations. When it comes to building credibility, Cubley said, it helps to have a big-time player like Motorola in your corner.
“We definitely are pleased that Motorola has taken this interest in us,” he says.

WiFi service to blanket Bay Area
League City company has plans to launch wireless coverage in next 2 months
By THAYER EVANS
Chronicle Correspondent
A League City company is planning to launch wireless Internet service within the next two months that would eventually cover Galveston County and the Clear Lake area.
ERF Wireless, Inc. is in the process of purchasing a 2,180-foot tower in Friendswood that also would allow the company to provide wireless service to most of Brazoria County and at least half of Harris County, said Dean Cubley, the company's chief executive officer.
"It'll probably take the better part of six months to a year for the network to be built out," Cubley said. "We'll be filling the areas that we currently do not have it in that period of time."
ERF, which was founded in 2003, already provides wireless Internet to Alvin, Manvel and other southern Brazoria County cities for a residential rate of $39.95 monthly, he said.
Commercial rates vary depending on bandwidth.
Some covered already
The company also provides wireless Internet service in Kemah, La Porte, Shoreacres as well as parts of League City, Cubley said.
It also has service in Central and West Texas and is building a statewide network in Louisiana, he said.
ERF has approximately 2,300 total customers, Cubley said. The company has been adding 50 to 100 customers monthly.
"All of the cities want wireless," he said.
Last week, the city of Houston announced that Internet service provider EarthLink has been selected to build the city's wireless network. The goal is for that network to be complete by spring 2009.
The Bay Area Houston Economic Partnership has had meetings about installing a wireless network in the Bay Area, but Cubley said the organization has declined his company's offer to assist with the effort.
Cities like idea
Although he was not aware of ERF's plans, Bayou Vista Mayor William Jackson said he supported the company's efforts to provide wireless Internet in his city.
"If they build that, there'd be no sense for us to do it," Jackson said.
"That's awesome. I'd probably use it."
Santa Fe Mayor Ralph Stenzel said he likes the idea of his city's residents having the option of wireless Internet. He said his only concern about ERF's plans is network security.
"I think it'd be great," Stenzel said. "I think wireless is going to be the future."
Earlier this month, Texas City unveiled a 10-question survey on its Web site for residents to provide input on a potential wireless network for the city.
Mayor Matt Doyle said the city would likely reconsider exploring the possibility if ERF is able to provide wireless Internet in Texas City.
"There's no sense in re-inventing the wheel," Doyle said.
That could be accurate, I did not buy today.
I increased my holdings to around 4 million shares, I'm confident Ellicottville will be approved and more.
The company says it hasn't sold any shares. Who sells the shares when they increase the number of shares outstanding?
It's good to know that someone out there thinks LLEG is a good value.
Would this need shareholder approval?
What a surprise, I thought we would be hanging around .0015 for awhile, ask is now .002.
The stock will come back when we have some concrete evidence that they get approval somewhere. Most stocks trade higher on confidence, when confidence is shaken the stock tumbles. Positive news releases help drive up confidence, but when you are dealing with a company that has no earnings, no revenue you need evidence.
Looks like buyers might get it at .0014 today.
"It's a wonderful life if you don't weaken."
Looks like the buying stopped even at these low prices.
'thedragonfly06'...so you still dreaming about those suitcases of money?
Oh my,will be interesting to hear the feedback from both sides of those that attended the meeting.
'veritas-twj'...thanks
'veritas-twj... you could be right, but I have a hard time believing hedge funds would be involved in something so little as LLEG. They alone, not counting retail investors, would have to trade at least over 30 million shares a day to make it worth while. There are big fish in the pond for hedge funds, why would they want a minnow?
'veritas-twj'...what is the CEO feeding you that the big time sellers aren't aware of?
