So, you're predicting an RS cancellation?
If so, do you think that cancellation would be just a temporary move?
Also, I don't think the 1+B Bid is going away right now.
You raise really good points!
1) shares in the spin-off merger is an incentive
2) The RS should be called off for now and down later after a SP surge
3) This would be lovely. This would add value to an undervalued stock and is certainly affordable while the price is so god awful low.
I figured you would know since you're a veteran and creator of that hilarious and soon-to-be legendary video (hopefully). What inspired you to create it?
I see you're in TPTW as well. I made a little money there but missed the current run up. RNVA's association with TPTW is what encouraged me to become a buyer.
I'm hoping on a push beyond .0004 soon.
Now that the debt swap has happened, the 10Q, JRMC reopening and spin-off merger serve as the potential catalysts. There may also be a surprise that pops the lid on this thing.
Please explain when this run to .003 will happen?
Your scenario has RNVA doing an RS (which looks likely) then going back down to .0001
Unlike some others on this board, I assume you feel that the pending RS will not keep the SP down and the debt-swap and other upcoming catalysts will push things up before the split happens.
By the way, I don't see the RS as a bad thing if it brings in much needed, healthier capital to help Rennova towards profitability as a going concern.
Not really sure how warrants work but I notice RNVAW is doing much better than RNVA. 52 week high is .005
Could those extended warrants be the cause of the .0002s that keep popping up every time they get cleared and the big wall at .0003?
You're correct.
And I've seen a few stocks rise even with an RS pending. FCEL is a case and point.
Now that the debt-swap is official, the SP could pop up any day. In addition, each new catalyst threatens to snatch the lid off this boiling pot. CD certainly think the SP deserves to be much higher than it is or he wouldn't have asked for the debt-swap and 51% control.
They just need to let us shareholders ride on this wagon a little bit.
No Titanic. The SP is going up before RS
And it's going higher with and especially without an RS.
1. Agreed but don't understand why delay on 10Q. If RS is wanted/needed then why not get it done quickly. Seamus clearly wants it.
2. SP is gonna have to run at least a little for the RS to be effective enough to get back onto NASDAQ. Minimum SP is .0004
3. There will certainly be some dilution but healthier money plus better performance may keep SP more stable over time. We'll see.
Would love for RS to be cancelled but how does mngt raise money to fund operations without getting back on NASDAQ? RNVA doesn't directly benefit from more buyers, so mngt priority is certainly not us.
I certainly agree with the sentiment of not hanging the RS over everyone's head for such an extended period, and I don't understand why mngt didn't remain compliant so they could get approval to get the RS out of the way unless, of course, FINRA denied the request.
Hopefully, things will play out very soon, but I remain hopeful with the debt-swap now official and other catalysts coming.
I hope you're not right but you might be.
Seamus seems intent on doing the RS. I'm hoping the SP will move up further than .0004. The reason for the RS this time is different than before. He wants healthier money not toxic. Howe else can RNVA gain access to capital to fund operations without going back to NASDAQ?
One thing that challenges your theory is the fact that mngt failed to remain compliant by filing that 10Q by the deadline. Why file the NT-10 and not meet the deadline? Wouldn't be bad if there was a change of plan to no RS.
You're gonna have to explain your claim.
Also, what happens if FINRA doesn't grant the RS?
Thank you for stating this so, so well!
There's a FINRA office around the corner from my office.
I just noticed it about a week ago. I tried to walk in but it was closed probably due to CV. I did speak to them on the phone a week or two before that. A lady spoke to me in general, but I will try to go to their office again next week.
It's on 1735 K Street NW in DC. It's listed as an investor education foundation.
So, the exercised warrants could be the reason why the .0002s on the ask keep dropping in and the big wall at .0003?
How would RNVA raise money if no RS and all the stock is bought back?
Please explain how mngt would fund operations?
That's my game plan also.
In fact, if the SP is till .0002 next week, I'll be buying more.
Then, I'll focus on trading other stocks and just "peep" at RNVA from time to time.
Where else can you get a price like this with the promise of an eventual rise in SP. I'm keeping my emotions out of this one.
I would love the RS to go away but..
How would they get back on NASDAQ? Or is there a better way for mngt to get the monies needed to keep funding operations. They can't have another year like 2019 without more capital.
Folks keep talking about this pile of money but where is it?
I would also love to see the OS go down significantly.
I thought the CMS part was done or was that just a rumor?
I think you're on it!
RNVA must complete the RS to gain access to badly needed capital.
They just can't do an RS from down here. The SP has to get higher. $4 in price and $45M in MV is the minimum to get back on NASDAQ.
It would be nice if they bought some of the stock back and let us ride the wave with em'.
Thanks. Seamus should do the same.
Really? Wow, that's lovely!
Please share where the CEO stated this.
What you state makes more sense.
CEO wants/needs RS to get to healthier capital so the SP MUST go up before an RS.
Folks keep saying Rennova is sitting on cash. If so, then JRMC would be reopened. The company needs money to continue operations and gaining access to healthier capital by being on the more reputable NASDAQ is the way the CEO wants to go.
I see your point but the SP needs to have a run to get to a decent price after the RS. The RS at 1 for 10,000 cannot be executed from here. The price after RS has to be at a minimum of $4 plus a MV of $45M to get back on NASDAQ per Investopedia.
Please keep in mind, the above-stated is worst case scenario.
The SP HAS to move up! It simply can't stay where it is. There are other things in the works and we have a rich investor officially one board. Come on now!
This is a patience game.
Besides, what is your plan with the shares you own?
No news but cancelling of RS can save us?
The reopening of JRMC and/or the completion of spin-off merger won't improve SP?
If you're correct, What's the impetus behind killing the SP then?
And just like that, the .0002 bid wall is gone once again.
Penny is coming with his commentary soon, lol!
Hey, Hey! We have a little bid wall at .0002!
We just need it to grow some more and for .0003 to go down.
Damn you .0003 wall!
Are you talking about the video from Gramps?
That is funny. It should be reposted once RNVA takes off.
Some folks kept saying O/S would decrease once debt swap happened.
I never understood how that was supposed to work. Now, the debt swap has happened but the O/S is unchanged.
In fact, on my StockstoTrade platform the float has increased from 6.5B to 9.9B (the total O/S). Go figure. I guess it was just wishful thinking on the part of some.
The .0002 shares was out early yesterday morning.
But some more .0002 sellers jumped in. This is like the 3rd time this has happened in a week or two. Still miffed at who's selling at .0002.
I would also love to know who are the sellers comprising that big wall at .0003. We need at least $75,000 in buyers money to break through that wall.
Not sure what or when this will move.
It can happen any day but Will continue to be patient.
Looking forward to:
1) 10Q
2) Reopen of JRMC
3) Spinoff Merger
4) Any good surprises
Will RNVA be compliant once late 10Q is filed?
Or does CEO have to meet next deadline for next 10Q also?
All the numbers I have for RNVA:
(561) 855-1626
(844) 736-6682
(561) 666-9818 Sebastien Sainsbury
I never get anyone on the line.
That doesn't make sense.
The SP has to be at a minimum of $4 to get back on NASDAQ plus mngt needs room in the SP to deal with downtrend from shorts, etc.
The SP needs to crest upwards before a RS not be held down.
I forget about this. Thanks.
Didn't see in the 8K when CD can sell/convert.
There's a 300 ask at $500. That's funny
