extelecom: the I.R.S. routinely publishes false and intimidating information. One example is their felonious claim that a child of two months or older MUST have a Social Security Number. They have been called on this and asked to submit proof, yet it is still there.
Why aren't supposed crimes against The I.R.S. not under Title 18? Because it is a foreign trust that cannot be aggrieved under the rule of law.
extelecom: it sounds like Snipes took something rather simple and made it complicated. If he had filed a 1040NR and filled it out accurately, then Snipes could go after the commissioner for RICO violations. Reading between the lines, it seems like he took people's word for something that they didn't understand.
extelecom: that is not true; again it's not for everyone. The I.R.S. code uses words of art. These can be used against them. I knew a rather young man who died in his thirties from rabid cigarette smoking. He removed himself from the system. The I.R.S. wrote him a letter advising him how to come back into the system. It was quite risible, but very correct and we knew it.
BTW, it's a stretch for individuals to have taxable income. Some do, but most truly don't.
extelecom: yes and no; one needs to remove themselves from the system first. This is not for everyone. The two examples that you cited just simply took improper steps. If one plays the game, the individual best learn the real rules.
SoxFan: oh, now you show up? LOL Thanks, it's a rare poster that I dismiss that quickly.
rollingrock: look, disease, go crawl back under your rollingrock. Only an imbecile would ask me such an unlearned question.
rollingrock: look here baby cakes; you're the one making stuff up. Now if you can't refute my points, then STFU and remain what you are.
bagwa-john: if you would go back and reread that post, you would see that I was compelling the poster to have empathy with folks on welfare, even though I stated my opposition with the system.
The real cruelty of The Social Security System is that any shared value that it may have once been perceived to have for future recipients has been nullified by the decades long practice of deficit spending and the privately-owned Federal Reserve System printing "money" faster than ten thousand OTCBB and pinkies printing press operations. In 1955, $600 dollars a month may have seemed not too shabby. Today, that's gone in a few trips to Starbucks. (I don't go there and I can presume that your grandmother doesn't go there.)
The SSS was set up figuring that the male breadwinners would die in less than three years of retirement. That's no longer true and all that's left is a house of cards. But then what did folks do before SS? They did their own planning for their future. Then the gumit came and took it away from them. Pretty sickening, eh?
rollingrock: ah, you came in after everyone left the theater and the credits were playing. Simply, go back and follow the thread. Then disprove my points. If you can't, then you better do some googling for crow recipes.
bagwa-john: depending on what you do for employment, etal, you can contend those deductions. The Social Security administration admits that participation in the system is voluntary. They will make it difficult and gumit and corporate bureaucracy won't understand, but that's all part of the various regulatory agencies m.o. It becomes sort of a progressive extortion.
BullNBear52: to have the philosophy to live an the present rather than the past is a good thing. However, the American present and future is endangered by the past. Just look at the combat vets who have their right to bear arms taken away recently. Those are clues.
"Secretary of Transportation Leon Mineta, who was in the Presidential Emergency Operations Center (PEOC) during the 9-11 "attacks", testifies to the 9-11 commission that Vice President Dick Cheney was aware of Flight 77 (or a facsimile of Flight 77) approaching the Pentagon and apparently ordered an Air Force Officer NOT to have the plane shot down as it approached the Pentagon.
Secretary Mineta's explosive testimony was censored from both the final report of the commission and 9-11 commission video archives in the National Archives."
Now either he or Cheney is lying. However, Mineta's testimony has been verified. Therefore, one sees the utter ruthlessness of Cheney and it becomes apparent that his role in the NORAD stand down and Pentagon missile defense stand down is deliberate and attempted to be covered up, then the whole of Cheney's participation in the conspiracy is well established.
BTW, elements of the feral gumit have for quite some time let plans slip out about plans for false flag operations, such as 9/11. Furthermore, false flag operations have been executed throughout the years. It has been admitted that The Gulf of Tonkin incidences were false. The details for what 9/11 became had been planned out for years by elements of the feral gumit. These cannot be dismissed as mere coincidences. It is a part of a chain of evidence. Most criminal convictions are based upon a chain of circumstantial evidence. One does not need a smoking gun to convict.
BullNBear52: I offered you some very compelling evidence, without videos. A number of You Tube videos are of firefighters and police pointing out explosions. Deal with a crime being committed first and then we can talk about the real suspects. BTW, I personally, after viewing everything, find Dubaya to be a mere culpable accessory. His brother and cousin played a far more advanced role.
BullNBear52: people are convicted and sentenced based on evidence, not whether they admit it or not. That is some lame reasoning that you possess. You're free to have it, but get off thinking you know something when you don't.
I'll make this as a simple statement of fact. I believe that you are a fruitcake. You haven't admitted to it, but all the evidence is there to convict you. You refuse to put up a defense. You may disagree with me, but I'm willing to post, in my own words, my observations of the events that took place. You hide behind insults. You know what that makes you?
BullNBear52: don't be shy; they do interest you. That's what you believe: bs theories and here I am trying to straighten you out. Why else would you make the thread starter, if you didn't believe in bs theories. Hmmmmm, you know what that makes you?
penny_in_dime_out: I'm not too kind towards folks that won't break from groupthink. Still, welfare is part of social engineering and the recipients are slaves on a vicious treadmill created by some of the power elite. Many wild animals that have been rescued can't return to nature after being healed. Other wild creatures born into captivity would immediately die in the wild.
I am for dismantling the welfare programs, especially social security, but there are many folks who are disabled by social engineering. I tried to keep this all as simple as possible to avoid folks jumping and not understanding the real philosophies and ideologies at work.
easymoney101: good one; I didn't catch that, but I did catch his "in country" boast. If he was there, he was strictly rear echelon. A front liner wouldn't dare talk to me the way he did.
EZ2: what's this pride, rear echelon flunkie? You've watched too many war movies.
EZ2: yeah, yeah, yeah, you got dropped on your head in basic and lived to tell all those bogus war stories. Funny that we never seemed to find gyros where the action was.
AZ2: while you were refusing to serve the nation that you claim to care about, I obtained my alias. http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=23802662
A reminder of the legacy of Dubaya:
EZ2: it is now obvious for all who have independent thought processes that you simply cannot think for yourself. I attempted to reach out to you, but resort to speaking imbecilese.
tinner: their hero was whisked away holding My Pet Goat upside down while children read it to him.
EZ2: you're someone who should never be on jury duty. You are subject to heavy groupthink as those around you control your opinions.
EZ2: so your pattern is that you can't refute even one point so you resort to submoronic drivel. Hmmmmm, sort of like what what the feral gumit does.
EZ2: and that answers the points???????
BullNBear52: let's see, the feral gumit officials and the cover-up commission never had anyone admit to flying da planes. It should have been easy for them as at least eight of the claimed suiciders by The F.B.I. turned up alive with three of them appearing in embassies to clear their name. Where's that white paper that Colin Powell promised to submit? The government of Afghanistan stated that they would turn over Osama bin Laden; IF The U.S.A. could supply proof that he was responsible. Of course the chauvinistic sheople refuse to believe the evidence that he was in a U.S. military hospital in Dubai (the new international headquarters of Halliburton) in July of 2001. The chauvinistic sheople ignore that NORAD and The Pentagon missile defense system was in stand down mode and this with the unprecedented move of Dick Cheney being in NORAD command.
Then again, what sane individual can believe that three steel frame buildings could descend at virtually free-fall speed, in rhythmic and symmetrical fashion into their own footprints, ejecting dust and debris straight up and chucks weighing several tons horizontally as far as five hundred feet, with one percent non-metallic debris, having all body parts smaller than the pristine condition of Mohammad Atta's passport which miraculously found its way to ground zero where molten steel burned for months and jet fuel isn't capable of turning steel molten?
benzdealeror2: folks who really don't know me and how I think might be surprised that I view Kucinich as my second choice after Ron Paul. I don't get so hung up on issues. Dennis is usually the other guy in the House when only two people vote against stuff.

Alex G: hmmmmm, you mean like with The Great White Hunter being attached to the Legislative branch, it would become rather important to find out how and why he got appointed to be at the top in the NORAD command and why The Pentagon's missile defense system and NORAD were in stand down mode on 9/11/2001? I sort of like that. It would also help us to determine if waterboarding is actually torture. One would think that such a patriot, as D.C., will be quite glad to serve his country in this manner.
Vexari: when I saw the quote, at first, it bugged me. Now I know why. JFK wasn't that clear with his statement. Hitler spoke of the great lie. The great lie has been used throughout human history. However, let's remember that the great lie does start out as: "deliberate, contrived, and dishonest." It is when it becomes dogma or as JFK says, mythology: "persistent, persuasive and realistic" that it's the most dangerous.
Alex G: humans from a very young age exhibit their capability for torture. What has that got to do with a systematic pro and con for a far more serious debate?
Alex G: you seem to like to smack the tar baby and paint with a broad brush. I deny the unscientific belief in the discredited theory of evolution. Man[kind] is the most brutal of all creatures. How could I digress when I answered your question. Your post is the digression. Cheese and crackers, already.
SoxFan: they do both. Maybe I should choose the common cat. They torture.
Alex G: I was merely pointing that what proves too much proves too little. Your response should have been, "Oh, I hadn't thought of that. Thanks fore pointing that out." I would have then posted, "You're welcome."
Try it; you'll like.
Alex G: so now you're invoking mythology. In science, there is no such thing as a beneficial mutation. It only exists in the minds of the religious adherents.
Alex G: ah, you posed a question at the end of the post that I'm responded to. Weasels are among several animals that go on bloodlusts. They kill and don't eat, i.e. they'll kill 20-50 chickens and eat one.
SoxFan: we see the curtain moved aside and the talking man is powerless. He claims to want change but supports the CFR candidates. BTW, did he mention all the racism charges against Mr. and Mrs. Obama? Hmmmm, didn't think so.
Alex G: weasels, for one.
Then stop being a racist to stay out of prison.
Hmmmmmm, look what got caught in the fly paper.
