Supposed 70M company, last at .001. What a fraud. Crime does pay (at least for a while).
Maybe they should of named the company Deep Blue Titanic, because I think they will have the same end.
Because where ever there is a lot of money there is also a lot of corruption. Also the simple fact that pinks are almost a completely UNREGULATED market.
Shorting pinks....is a numbers game...how many pinks do you know of that make it??//....almost none. Nite knows this!
This is easy pickens for MM who (at least one) knows how much stock DPBM is selling.
Because insiders are still selling:
May 31, 2007 Wood, River Trust
Other Planned Sale -- $250.0K 8,333,330.00 -- - -- --
May 30, 2007 Honig, Barry
Other Planned Sale -- $49.5K 1,500,000.00
Talking about subs, go study NMKT.OB which is profitable and look what is happening with their subs.
Exactly, you cannot get blood from a turnip is another way of putting it.
Naked shorting is illegal and not accounted for and goes on all the time especially in OTCBB arena.
The mailer came to me in the same format as the one I got for APIO.OB. When I got the mailer the price was about 3.15, now it's 1.30. The mailer for APIO.OB said the price will go to 30.00 to 40.00 in two years.
Beware of ANYTHING you get in the mail. Almost all are muscical chairs.
In my opinion, L2 is just a temporal indicator (much of which depends on volume and interest and what exchange being traded).
I feel the advange is for the most part is to the MM.
Maybe someone else can add something here.
Probably the naked shorts covering. They work with the MM to suck the most from the retail.
Unless there is a major verifiable discovery, there will be a ton of tax loss selling in a few months to add to the float, since just about anybody who has held the stock is "under water" (no joke intended).
Was a newsletter pump, will probably go back to .02.
1. Trading is like counting cards in black jack. You get the money out ONLY when you believe the situation is in your favor.
2. Every trade is a guess.
3. Learn what to guess "AT"
4. Be disciplined about taking risk and exercising stops.
5. Simplify your thinking. Then, when you've simplified all you can, simplify again! K.I.S.S.
The #1 factor in overall success is stop discipline. You must get that right away. If you don't, you'll not survive long enough to get the rest of it.
...." if its true."....what a mouth full.
SELL....If you can get your order in before all the insiders waiting to sell.
RS coming.....
Yes, it's cheap, but I don't think much of Wilf as a CEO.
I think it's like this: DPBM....We'll go on a treasure hunt have fun (Wilf says ..."I love my job") if we fine some treasure, great. Anyway, I've had a great time either way thanks to my pink market buddies.
The hot pink now is DRGV.PK which is suppost to profitable (.03), if you can beleive them.
Agreed, but be careful because I'll bet the float is increasing DAILY and I'll bet that if they bring up something it still won't justify their market cap, by the time the float is at 500M.
I'll also bet that if they bring up something really valuable, Wilf will be there will millions of share to sell not to count the restricted stock which will become unrestricted when???
It was a excellent warning (price was about .15.) Probably holds true now.
GO see what happen to Wilf other two companies.
A stock MB is for pros ans cons to be of any value. If you don't like it, you should repond to some of the points in the article and refute them.
This is what CNBC said about DPBM, about two years ago and thay were right: "Stupid Investment of the Week" http://www.marketwatch.com/News/Story/Story.aspx?guid=%7B9089ED8E%2DBE2C%2D43B8%2D8165%2D3439651763F....
APIO is in a one month free fall, breaking all support, no comment from the company except record orders in June.
It's best to sell in may and go away.
This one caught my attention: http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=14931833
Who does this sound like???: http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=14931833
The price action of this stock the last few months is why you should never fall in love with stocks and protect your profit.
What stocks look good to you on the long side?
Do you like Lighting Science Group?
APIO.OB filed to sell 5M shares, that's why it's sinking so much.
Your a great poster. Thanks for your time and effort.
PUDC looks a little risky here with all that stock that could hit the market....What'd you think????
Why in the world would you average down if you believed a RS was coming???
I did some study on "the pink sheets" and came up with this, not to accuse DPBM, but in general, this is what people are reading about the pinks:
Pink Sheets scams may give investors nightmares
http://www.usatoday.com/money/markets/us/2005-11-10-pink-sheet-cover-usat_x.htm
"unscrupulous individuals that will attempt to defraud investors"
Unlike those listed on NASDAQ and New York Stock Exchange, Pink Sheets stocks are not required to meet listing standards. This means there is a wide range in the quality of issuers that are traded in the Pink Sheets, from major international conglomerates to very small companies struggling to survive. Investors must be aware that good information is simply is not available for many Pink Sheet traded companies and that there are unscrupulous individuals that will attempt to defraud investors through manipulative schemes in Pink Sheets stocks. While Pink Sheets cooperates fully with securities regulators and those regulators are continually working to combat fraud, it is not possible to eradicate fraud from the markets. Accordingly, you must be very careful in making a decision to invest in a Pink Sheets stock or any OTC Security.

I just got flyer in the mail, 98% of the "buy advertisments" I get in the mail, much lower a few months (this one, a few days) after I get it in the mail.
Their ok for a trade, I guess, if you have the stomach for that kind of risk.
Maybe a buy here, at at lease they have money and assets and it appears, a future: http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/070417/0239801.html
The mailer said the company predicated 250M in sales for 2008. I'm going to call them to confirm this.
All you going strictly on the technical on APIO?
Do you find it odd that it is selling off on good news? or maybe because the company is selling I believe 5M shares.
So, they've been evicted from their former building???
Where you think it's going now (guess)?
So, did you buy and sell on this canelstick?....Looks like it headed for multi year lows.
No doubt, it's oversold, but it's so typical of the junk I get in the mail, there usually selling right around the top as they are pumping it.
The mailer was one big pump job.
This stock is a good reason why I stay away from the "pink sheets".
I watched Cramer many times and I think I know what he would say here: don't buy garbage and: it's a good thing a stock cannot go below zero.
So a poster that posts facts is a basher???
I predict a reverse split.
Ignore the facts at you own peril.
