Yearly High is .03, Yes 3 cents
Yearly High is .03, yes that is 3 cents.
200 Day Moving Avg .005
Lot more gains on the way to get back to the 200 day moving average of .005, then on to yearly high of 03.
Think the Apple ISO App is Ready
Most have really underestimated the positive revenue impact of the iphone and ipad VoX Mobile App.
They have taken the time to get it RIGHT, and include Googles next generation WebRTC with the VP8 Video Codec. Browser based real time communications is the future and it will be released in the Fall of this year, and VoX will already has the Apple ISO product up and running!
"We have also taken the time to ensure the anticipated iPhone App is accepted in its first submission to the Apple Store. The voice quality of our iPhone App has exceeded our expectation and we have now included enhanced voice and video codec support, after noting the recent successful initiative by Google to make available their VP8 video codec. The envisioned video ecosystem of Android, iPhone, and video phones joining a video centric world built around WebRTC has taken a step forward."
Usually we do at least 110% on Break Outs
Long way to go here, this time we are going over .01, that is right over 5 cents on this up trend that will last the rest of the year.
Will we have some dips along the way? Of course we will but the UP trend will be in place for the next few YEARS as revenue and profits climb.
ASK .0023 Opening the Spread
MM are not comfortable Short at the ASK, opening the spread now.
Then the question becomes Why?
Why would they bother to sell two orders for .00189, vs just .0019?
Why are they sitting on the ASK for a few million shares when they could get more if they opened the spread?
When they wanted to take it down they opened the spread 25% to 50% and drove the price into the ground by dumping 10k at a time to the Bid.
Best explanation is the are market manipulator not market makers. If they back off the Ask, the stock could trade at .005 in a heart beat, but they want in in this range to steal shares imo.
Here comes the $18 dumps to BID
Watch them try again to push it down.
They are swamped with paying customers
No offense but customer service role is not to sell you on the service. They are very busy handling customers that have issues with their devices for various reason. They are doing a great job helping new customers get connected to the VoX service and the cost savings that the plans offer.
Please don't waste their time with such general question, go to the web site and compare the rates of the plan you are considering and make your own decision what plan is best for you.
Flippers don't buy down here, takes Guts
They run for the hills when the price drops and they will join us long after the stock reverse. To Step in and buy when there is blood in the streets is the work of LONGS that understand the fundamentals of the company and have analyze the value of the company and are making an informed decision instead of just following the herd that is in stampede mode.
Anything under .005 is a bargain basement purchase
Absolutely, going much higher
No doubt about that, the company is worth 10 times today what it is trading and it is going much higher. Hard to believe with all the potential that this company has in Mobile VoIP and social media being so hot with Billions of mobile devices as potential customers, simply hard to believe that the price could get down here.
I never argue with the market, sometimes you just have to take what they give ya.
One mans junk is another mans treasure.
Buy'em
Don't complain, everyone had their opportunity
When we blow out of here and hit a new yearly high this year I don't want to hear a bunch of
"I should have bought more!"
" I wish I had bought more !"
" I knew I should have bought more!"
Bet you $50 bucks we will hear a lot of that kind of talk, that you can be sure of.
Are shares finally in strong hands?
Unless we get dive bombed later in the day, maybe the puking of shares is over and they are happily in stronger hands now.
Anyone interested in buying the whole company for $950k and taking it private. For Less than the cost of a decent home you could have a wonderful business with international potential for huge profits in the next few years.
You couldn't buy a lawn mower service business for that little amount of money. Only problem is the company is worth 10 times that amount today and will be worth a whole lot more in a few years, so dream on.
Watch this baby BOUNCE this week
I can feel it in my bones, she is real close to pulling out of this dive. Just watch the games being played with trades, 10k is $17 trade, all kinds of these and even some 5k trades of $8, back and forth to the Bid, back to the Ask, I mean really, common man.
LOL
We have included VP8 Video Codec Support
They decided to spend a little extra time getting the iphone app up to speed by including Google VP8 video codec support for our app. Browser based apps are what is coming and we will be all set with our iphone and iPad mobile app.
Mark
"we have now included enhanced voice and video codec support, after noting the recent successful initiative by Google to make available their VP8 video codec. The envisioned video ecosystem of Android, iPhone, and video phones joining a video centric world built around WebRTC has taken a step forward."
Google says:
Why should I use WebRTC?
We think you'll want to build your next video chat style application using WebRTC. Here's why:
A key factor in the success of the Internet is that its core technologies such as HTML, HTTP, and TCP/IP are open and freely implementable. Currently, there is no free, high quality, complete solution available that enables communication in the browser. WebRTC is a package that enables this.
Already integrated with best-of-breed voice and video engines that have been deployed on millions of end points over the last 8+ years. Google is not charging royalties for this technology.
Includes and abstracts key NAT and firewall traversal technology using STUN, ICE, TURN, RTP-over-TCP and support for proxies.
Builds on the strength of the web browser: WebRTC abstracts signaling by offering a signaling state machine that maps directly to PeerConnection. Web developers can therefore choose the protocol of choice for their usage scenario (for example, but not limited to: SIP, XMPP/Jingle, etc...).
Once MM belly's are full they will move it up
They are filling their belly's with cheap shares before the iPhone & ipad mobile app is released soon, then then will let the stock fly and probably sell their shares are the way up.
They made it on the way down and they want to make it on the way up.
Market Cap of $950,000, Please get real
Totally nuts and a figment of the OTC market makers imagination.
They just paid off $14.2 million in debt for 10 cents on the dollar and refinanced nearly $2 million in debt which provide the company $150,000 working cash.
Current sales are over $1 million year and growth just with the Android App and the soon to be released iPhone & iPad mobile app will quickly double to triple our subscriber base and revenue.
Pay & Go was released few months ago and is the most popular plan worldwide.
Someone thinks the company is worth a lot more than the $950k and so do some of the investors here, will be buying today once again.

PVSP has eliminated $14.2 MILLION DEBT
Don't forget why the CD conversions are happening!!
$1.4m to eliminate $14.2 MILLION, 10 cents on the dollar
Great Deal
Another Delighted New Customer - That is all that counts, Quality!
Forget these day traders, real customer that love the VoX are what is important!
A Google User - May 20, 2013 - Droid Bionic with version 2.0.5
Brilliant app
This app is still my favorite Android app. I use the Pay and Go plan, and I use the Vox phone number to make calls to people, when I don't want the person to be able to capture my other cell phone number. I have changed my Vox number 2 times too. It really gives me privacy. AND, I love the video plug-in. The video is incredible. My daughter is going overseas this summer, but she will be able to make free video calls to me all summer long.
21 Trades 10 of them $17 Each
MM are just shuffling shares around to compete a trade
10 trades for 10k share $17 Each
4 trades for 1m or 2m just complete the trade.
21 Trades Total 1/2 day
No we had about 5m traded 5 times
There are so many trades counted multiply times it is not funny. The stock had a chill placed on it and it does not trade through the normal clearing process with DTCC so the trades are physically handled between a buyer and seller and most are with a MM. The MM then completes the second trade when they match up a buyer or another MM.
There are no retail buyer matched directly to a retail seller in other words like there are on Nasdaq and NYSE, so actual volume is significantly inflated. IMO that is why you see all those listed SHORT trades each day and many times a huge after hour trade of 5m or more representing cleaning up of open trades from the day, most likely short covering with shares from the CD holders.
It is not the conversion that is the problem it is the shorting associated with the CD conversion that has been driving the price down. Buyers stepping in will stop that, shorts hate it when longs grab their cheap shares that they were counting on and working so hard at getting.
There were also some conversion limits in the agreement like no more than 20% of daily volume sold per trading session, which becomes meaningless when all they have to do is inflate the daily volume, here you take my 5 million shares, and I will take your 5 million share and bingo 10 million shares traded yet nothing really happen.
Exactly madeindet, that is why the informed keep Buying
For those that understand how the Arbs play these CD convertibles, going extra long is the order of the day. While the uninformed cry that the end of the world is coming and they run for the door, handing over their stock at a tremendous loss to the manipulators, others that understand what is going on, are buying shares with both hands and in some case with their feet also.
Trading aside the company is really making progress on the fundamental operating business with the major debt reduction of nearly $14m that will clean up the balance sheet going forward. Really excited about the ISO App development and particularly our inclusion of WebRTC codec that will ensure that our Apple customers using VoX mobile will be able to communicate with the Android community, regardless of what Apple device they are operating or what Android device they are communicating with, exciting time coming.
"Call Any Phone Anywhere in the World" - VoX Calling Card

Google switching to WebP derived from VP8 Video Codec
Google VP8 Video Codec is what Mark was talking about and why he delayed our Apple Mobil App to include support for the codec.

Google cuts network usage by terabytes by switching to WebP
Google is happy enough with WebP to spread it across the company, including the Google+ app on Android. Also: new features coming to WebP.

Stephen Konig, a Google product manager, discusses the WebP image format at Google I/O 2013.
(Credit: Stephen Shankland/CNET)
SAN FRANCISCO -- A month and a half ago, Google began using its WebP image format in its Google+ app for Android, and now it's saving tremendous amounts of network usage as a result.
"We're saving many terabytes of bandwidth a day, and because of the cost factor, we're saving our users money," said Stephen Konig, a Google product manager, in a well-attended WebP Google I/O talk Friday.
Users' cost savings come because they're less likely to run into data usage caps or incur onerous roaming fees outside their home countries.
But of course, Google has self-interest here, too. It pays for its own network usage, so it's got a lot to gain financially from more efficient bandwidth usage. And when images arrive faster, apps are more responsive and customers are more likely to engage and to come back for more.
Expect more of Google to follow in Google+'s WebP footsteps. "Across the gamut of sites across Google, we are in the process of doing this transition," Konig said.
WebP is derived from the image compression technology used in the company's VP8 video codec. Although Google is nearly done with VP9, Google is sticking with the VP8 technology for WebP for technical reasons, Konig said.
MM will open the Spread when ready
When they are ready to take it up, they will move off the ASK and open the spread between the Bid and Ask, and off we will go once again, and all the long faces will switch over to cheerleaders and offer such profound statements as "Go PVSP I knew you could do it", LOL.
Make no mistake about it, one or more of the MM are responsible for sitting on the ASK and not letting it trade higher. Only question is their motive but in the end it comes down to making money and that is all you have to know.
BUY'em lets see what they got.
VoX Mobile demo at Apple Stores
I plan on showing the VoX Mobile app at every Apple store I can visit and tell customers how great it works.
Nothing like a real time demo to grab some new customers.
How about a VoX Mobile for iPhone Sign on your car parked at Apple Store.
I'm telling you the iphone & ipad game changer
As popular as the Android phones and tables are, I still don't know anyone that uses these devices. Everyone I know seems to use iphones and iPad and just love the cutting edge technology and could care less about the fact that they cost 2x what the Androids cost.
They want the BEST not the cheapest and these are the kind of customer we need. Ones that are not interested in a FREE TRIAL, they will just buy the Unlimited package for that second line to handle business calls etc.
Let the games begin!
Being in the Samsung is like being preloaded
Having the VoX app approved and available to all those Samsung devices through the Samsung Store is like being preloaded as it is simple as pushing a button, just like the Apple store for the Iphone and Ipad users.
Now all we have to do is advertise to those Samsung users to try our Mobile App through the Samsung Store and we will be rocking. Plans are underway to do just that and we could see tremendous numbers consider there are over a BILLION Samsung devices out there. That is 1000, times a Million devices, that is a lot of downloads and potential revenue.
Unstoppable Samsung will sell its 10 millionth Galaxy S4 next week
May 17, 2013 7:07 AM
Ricardo Bilton

San Francisco, CA
Early Bird Tickets on Sale
Samsung’s Galaxy S4 may be tasteless and unrefined, but that’s not stopping lots of people from buying it.
After a month on the market, the Galaxy S IV will hit its 10 millionth device sold next week, according to Samsung co-CEO Shin Jong-kyun.
That may not sound like a big deal, but the importance of the announcement is clear once you consider that it took Samsung 50 days to get to that point with the Galaxy S3 and five months to get there with the S2.
All of this underscores one clear and unsurprising point: Samsung still dominates the Android world, even though its phones lack the stylistic finesse of the iPhone or even our recent Android favorite, the HTC One. Tasteless or not, Samsung is pulling in the cash: According to recent estimates from market research firm Strategy Analytics, Samsung captured 95 percent of the $5.3 billion in profit made by Android in the first quarter of this year. If Samsung doesn’t own Android in influence, it definitely owns it in profit.
Strategy Analytics agrees. ”We believe Samsung generates more revenue and profit from the Android platform than Google does,” Strategy Analytics’ executive director Neil Mawston said in a statement.
That probably horrifies Google — or at least you’d like to think so. But instead of feeling threatened by Samsung’s devices, Google is embracing them — albeit in its own special Google way. Yesterday, the company unveiled its own Nexus-ified version of the Galaxy S4, which will be sold stripped of Samsung’s TouchWiz interface. Google’s message with the device was pretty clear: “Samsung, we love your hardware, but you can keep the software.”
Turns out there are a lot of other people who really love that hardware, too.

The company is worth 10X this price today!
A conservative valuation of the company puts it at nearly $10m today and much higher as sales ramp forward this year.
Just too many solid business fundamentals in place to generate revenue and profits later this year to be at these levels. The stock is being FORCE to trade at these levels, not because of buyer and seller demand or because of anything regarding the fundamentals, but because it is an illiquid penny stock that trades on the OTC Wild West show.
Place your bets and lets see who is right, you know my bet, it is going much, much HIGHER.
Market Cap is $1 million, that is the joke
Can you imagine getting the entire company, all the technology that has been developed, all the backend support, the entire server farm that cost the company over $14 million and the 8 years to get to this point.
With the fantastic mobile app for Android and nearly 200,000 downloads, with hundreds of new downloads everyday, 24/7, and many new customers as high as 8% purchasing the service, and margins at 55%.
A fully completed Pay & Go service, a calling card operation that is in 600 locations and can replace multi amount cards with one card and many different plans around the world.
Just give us more time and some of us will buy the entire company and take it Private, right mulaa, trump, sgundrbarth and others.
Fundamentals always trump trading swings over time.
VoX Mobile in CHINA Samsung Devices
You have to be kidding me right? We just got approved and listed in Samsung for their 1 BILLION devices around the world, including CHINA and the USA and MEXICO and total of 14 New Countries and the stock is getting sold off?
Buying 2 million a week minimum at these levels.
New Goal is 30 million shares and I am only 1/2 way there.

CEO wants to buy back shares
CEO comments few months ago
"We wish we had more employees and better financing so that we could move faster. However, a large carrier recently told us that it would take them, with their 50 programmers, anywhere from 12 to 18 months to duplicate what we have, and that they do not want to wait that long to sell a mobile Pay and Go app. So we have moved faster than many of our competitors. We need to start turning our advantage into rapid revenue growth, and we believe Barry has enough irons in the fire that we will see that growth in the near future. This carrier, and others, tell us they want to run with our app. We are eager to work out a deal with them that would generate cash for us in the hope that we could buy back shares that we have had to issue to get through this tough stretch.
One long-term shareholder has said several times "Pervasip is going to be an 8 year overnight success." It has taken us 8 years to build what we have, but he is right, that we have the automation and infrastructure in place to turn things around immediately. And I think it comes down to the app. Here is another example -- one prepaid calling card company tells us they will run all of their existing business on Vox if we let them sell our app. They have 15,000 lines. That will make us an overnight success. But, of course, it isn't that easy and there are details such as integration into billing and customer service platforms. Still, there are so many opportunities, that we believe a couple of them will close and that they in turn should lead to additional opportunities for us.
Will Allow Options for long-term equity financing
Some of you don't like discussing the future 6 months out, but WebRTC is the Future so ignore it at your own peril.
Pervasip Reduces Debt By More Than $5 Million
Pervasip Corp. (QB) (USOTC:PVSP)
WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., March 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Pervasip Corp. (OTCQB: PVSP)
Mark Richards, the Company's chief information officer, added: "The world changed a few years ago with the introduction of smartphones and tablets. It will continue to change in 2013. Imagine a world where your phone, tablet, iPad, TV and computer all communicate on a common platform. Imagine video chat on any platform through your web browser. That's WebRTC. It's where our team and our technology are heading. The day where you can seamlessly connect video and voice without worrying about how the underlying technology works is closer than people can imagine. I want to connect to the person irrespective of whether they are at their desk, on their smartphone, or their tablet, and let the technology figure out where they are and how they are connected."
Riss continued: "WebRTC is a tremendous opportunity that we believe we are well-positioned to exploit. We are focused on increasing and servicing our subscriber base. We are very pleased with the refinancing and eliminating of a substantial majority of our secured debt because we believe this series of transactions will allow us to start exploring options for long-term equity financing at enhanced valuations."
