What I like about discussing TDGI trading strategies is everyone has the ability to understand different ways to make money. I think if people understand that flipping a stock is a legit way to make money in penny land, more people can profit in stocks like TDGI. IHUB is an excellant source for traders to discuss strategies. So if anyone else can PM any TDGI trading strategies, I would most defineately like to hear how you are trading the stock and what techniques you are using that has shown you consistant gains on TDGI. Thanks in advance. I am not the best trader, so I am hoping some veteran TDGI traders can help me out. Thanks.
If you don't want to post trading strategies publicly, if you don't mind PM'ing me... I'd love to know any succesful trading strategies you might have... Thanks in advance. You seem like a knowledgable trader.
Caution, what is your trading strategy when it comes to TDGI? I know some people flip the stock? Is that what you are doing, and can you let me know what are good buy and sell points for flipping? Would it help if after we bought some stock to post positive info regarding TDGI and after we sell bring up negative issues in hopes that people will sell? What are you thoughts?
I agree that Racing Dreams could win an Oscar... The money 12 and Racing Dreams can bring on DVD will be substantial for TDGI.
I don't see how EP violated anything. Please reference the rule next time to increase your credibility. When press was contacting him in regards to the "T" project, he couldn't talk about it to them, now that would have been a violation, so all he could do was put out a somewhat vague PR about it.
It is not uncommon for parties to back out of deals. If HTYMP was not going to be a good deal for both parties, then I am glad the deal was cancelled. This is about making money and setting up deals that atleast are favorable to TDGI and the shareholders.
TDGI does have a lot of posiitives right now. That's whats important. The stock is clearly undervalued and I believe that will be more clear once we see audited fin's in Sept...
If you can't see undervalue, go to the eye doctor and get some glasses.
New Movies that havent been annouced.
Walmart!!!!!!
Audited financials Sept!!!!!!!!!!
20th Century Fox!!!!!!!!!!!!
Terminator 3000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
what alot of investors don't realize is that it doesn't take a lot of new money to move a stock, but alot of new money can really move a stock fast and those shares then get transfered into stronger hands... We are getting close to a pivot point for the next very hard move up...and its rapidly approaching IMO with the audit coming this Sept, and the possibility we hear about a closed deal assoc' with the next Terminator movie. Factor in 20th Century Fox and TDGI becoming more and more transparent to investors, this is a shaping up to be perfect timing for when TDGI finally gets the credit it deserves and others are going to be wondering why they didn't know about TDGI sooner.... I really like what I am seeing.... todays corp update looks very promising....imo
What about 20th century fox? You think they aren't aware of the stock ticker TDGI. How about Red Bear? I think the amount of investors in TDGI starts growing at a rapid pace... We have been under the radar for awhile... and now we are starting to show up on some very important screens. I see some exciting times ahead....
if you are Pacificor and are entering into negociations with TDGI and you are not yet invested in TDGI, what do you do?
I believe some new eyes will be on TDGI.
I think TDGI is lucky to have gotten some extra press out of this... if people are just not finding out about TDGI because of these recent developments.. they will be very fortunate to invest in TDGI at these prices... too cool...
If TDGI doesn't go up tomorrow, LOL, well, I will be amazed... So we have confirmation that Terminator nego's are on for next week, we have confirmation our audited fin's will be in Sept, less than 1 month away... and 20th Century Fox was discussed...
If people can't see the opportunity here...I don't know what to say....
Audit coming in Sept.... BOOYAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Terminator news is so big and TDGI has moved alot of stock out of weak hands into stronger hands with the exit of larger sharholders... Most people should be up or near break even, even if they just recently showed up, so the overhead resistance should be minimal.
Smart investors crunching the numbers will not be looking to exit at 6 cents.... knowing more news should be coming as well as audited financials.... Selling at 6 cents would appear to be giving free money away.... I am willing to wait and see the audit finanacials... that will show the investment community alot of value in this up and coming company.
The company has one of the greatest risk vs rewards I have ever seen. Short risk vs reward is HUGE, considering the assets of TDGI could be in excess of 25 million, and look at the current market cap. Now the CEO has said he is going to provided audited financials and EP has followed thru on everything else he has promised, like; No dilution, A/S reduction, getting 12 into theaters... so with 20th Century Fox in the picture, the audit alone could provide this stock with an easy double, that was before the Terminator news came out.... Plus didn't EP say they will be announcing a list of books they have acquired, and 3 other big news events...
I know TDGI is being promoted and doesn't pay for pumps, so alot of people don't like it, but come on.... they are building a real business... Real business doesn't need pumped, it needs time to develop......
Terminator would have to be the biggest news EVER for TDGI, its even bigger considering EP has ink'd a deal with 20th Century Fox, so one can only assume they will play a major part too...
My take on what TDGI is and why I am invested in a pennyland pinkie.
Eric P in my opinion is trying to build a solid company and like any venture, there are going to be growing pains. Most people want instant gratification. Of course everyone hoped Racing Dreams was going to be a sleeper doc' hit. Everyone hoped 12 would knock it out the park. I believe EP has seen that without a proper advertising budget, a widespread theater release is not going to be a gauranteed success. He has chosen the route of not diluting us, so now he has to figure out how to make profits and focusing on DVD sales and VOD releases might be a smarter approach in the short term to get the capital to fund a wide spread theater release. That sounds good to me.
Focusing on distribution and DVD's is a good thing IMO, lots of money can be made with direct to video. I don't know EP's game plan, but my game plan isn't flipping the stock.
If EP follows thru and continues his attempt to be successful, he's going to get it going, so it might take patience on my part and I am ok with that....
Atleast EP isn't a flip flopping typical penny stock liar. He's come thru on the A/S reduction and the no dilution, and got 12 into alot of theaters. So he's doing everything I wanted to see him do to this point. The growing pains are here and will continue, but when you align yourself with a game plan to succeed, eventually you hit it. He's is a smart guy, he will get us to the promised land. The 20th Century Fox deal showed me he could get real legit business deals closed.... Yes, I might need to repeat this, he closed a deal with a well respected large company. How many pink CEO's have accomplished that? That deal will ultimately create huge shareholder value down the road. If you are too near sighted to see that, well, there's not much more I can say to you.
My biggest gripe is his timelines... Don't say you are going to do something and not do it. That pisses me off. No one is holding a gun to EP's head so if he is going to tell people a timeline, he should be able to deliver on it or just not say it.... It's pretty simple....
Nothing would be cooler than to be a part of this company from the early stages and seeing EP take to a Lionsgate status. That will not happen overnight. It can happen and the possibility is quite reasonable imo. The share structure is reasonable, we could get to 1.00 dollar land. The company has real assets that are generating profit. If they continue to build on it, and continue to not dilute, the shareholder will increase as this company succeeds. The great thing about this business is that it only take a Blairwitch project, or Twilight to change the game over night... but you don't need a grand slam to make it and be profitable. You don't have to reinvent the wheel to be a profitable company. Slow and steady will do just fine, if you catch a grand slam, great. This is a race, not a sprint.
I don't want to flip TDGI, heck, I don't ever want to trade another penny stock again if I don't have to. So much crap in this market, it would be nice to be holding several million shares in a company that could slowly go up to 1 to 2 dollars... The share structure is there and 1.00 is not far fetched... 1.00 a year from now? I can see it... What if it took 2 years for 1.00? Is that a long time? To me, its not, I am happy with parking my money in a penny stock company that has a legitimate chance for success. If EP stays true to his word, the audit will add to this companies transparency and if the audit shows assets of 25 million or so, that will show the entire community where the value of TDGI.
Looking for the next pump and dump doesn't interest me. Penny stocks have the potential for high returns but most of them have disaster written all over them...
How often are pennies nothing more than a trade? How many times do CEO's promise the world and deliver you a higher A/S, O/S and more excuses. I don't see that here with EP or TDGI.
I guess it all comes down to what you want and how you want it. I don't care what people do, all I know is what I want. So far, EP is the type of person I want running the show, although not perfect by any means. He has the capability to follow thru on his word, he has shown he can get deals done(20th Century) and he has shown he can acquire films and get them into theaters without diluting us. If you don't think that is impressive for a penny stock CEO, well, I don't know what to say....
Keep things in perspective. This is a Pinksheet company.
Ask yourself how many Pinks make a profit?
Ask yourself how many Pinks lower A/S?
Ask yourself how many Pinks inked deals with legit companies?
Ask yourself how many Pinks don't dilute?
Ask yourself how many Pinks don't pay for stock promotions and pumps?
I find it funny that some people want to be critical of this company when 1,000's of other companies have taken the road most pennies take and rarely have any of those pennies succeeded.
No one can argue that what EP has done is out of the normal for the majority of Pinksheet companies.
It really looks as though he is trying to build a company the old fashion way. That's by actually doing the work necessary to become successful and not just overpromising and under delivering while diluting the shareholders.
EP is certainly not perfect, but so far, he's the best I have encountered on Pink land, and that's pretty exciting in my book. If he changes and breaks the trust, I will leave him and TDGI. He is the CEO and he should be held accountable. He doesn't have a free pass with me, but I certainly will cut him a little slack as he tries to build the company I believe he can.
Hindsight is 20/20.... We are doing nothing more than placing bets. I like my odds.
I know people look to others for support, but at some point, you have to ask yourself, why are you invested here. It's your money, ask yourself the questions that you need answered, and if TDGI or any other stock passes your test, roll the dice;)
Yes, stocks can be manipulated... but eventually, if you invest in a winner, the manipulation ends. Most of the time we just trade the loser companies for profits.
If TDGI turns out to be a winner, do you realize how much money we could make? I just hope TDGI turns out to be one of the 1st pennies I invested in that actually succeeds, it certainly appears to be one in the making.
Good Luck everyone.

beauty is in the eyes of the beholder:)
todays action looked like accumulation/consolidation to me... closing it red actually wasn't a bad thing... very healthy... chart still looks like we are going to move up.. things looking good...
that's actually really good, the more press the better.... funny how that works... I hope 12 is hammered on by every critic there is, even though didn't Roger Ebert give it a thumbs up?
It's nice to see TDGI is finally getting noticed. For all new investors, I honestly believe you have found a solid Pink, which I know sounds pretty funny. Do your research and you can see how the share structure, no dilution could defineately set TDGI as a Lionsgate in the making... this could easy be a stock that trades over 1.00 in the next year. If 12 is a success, maybe even sooner. This company partnering up with 20th Century really should have opened some eyes to the possibilites of Rev's and Profits this year and years to come.... The balance sheet for a pink is most impressive... I think 10's are around the corner and that's just the start...
Yeah.... This is the time to accumulate... The exposure on this company as this stock picks up volume and eyes will change TDGI forever. When people realize this company makes a profit and has recently inked a game changing deal with 20th Century... this stock will gain a lot more traction....
The 2 reasons I love you are your 5 reasons you love TDGI and your sexy body;)
All stocks respond differently based on news. TDGI is still under the radar to alot of investors, yes, I said it, investors. This isn't a stock like most where the company pays for a nice pump, you get a 100 to 1000 percent run and then the company dilutes. EP is focusing on delivering the shareholders he has a legit shot of turning this small company into a lionsgate. He is trying to create a "REAL" value based on fundalmental and strategic growth. You rarely see that in pinky land. That's what will eventually set this stock off to overnight and newbies will be wishing they could have bought shares at the prices we have been getting. This is a gift. How many companies are ran like TDGI on the pinks? How many companies don't dilute? How many pinkies pay for pumps while selling endless amounts of shares eventually creating zero value to shareholders and turning them into bagholders.
This is a tough market in the PINKS. But TDGI is not ran like your typical pink. It is really amazing it is still as cheap. The 20th C news is great... I really like that the audit will reflect a higher value because of this deal. Once again, it shows EP know what is needed to create shareholder value and knows what's best to grow a young company like TDGI.
We are going to make a ton of money here IMO...
Timing is everything and EP has time the launch of "12" at a great time IMO... The news of partnering up with a company like 20th century fox is pretty much a game changer for us TDGI shareholders... the distribution reach of 20th Century is HUGE compared to what HH could have provided us. EP delivered the shareholders a nice gift today. I am very interested in how the relationship will mature and what else EP has in store for shareholders... I know he has stated dilution is not in store, so really all we have to look forward to is deals that sweeten shareholder value... yes, this isn't your typical pink... making money and working with industry giants and a 400 theater release of a Michael Shu directed film is not your typical pinkie.... Congrats to those that see the value and are not afraid to stay the course...
Keep in mind cooler heads prevail... The expansion of 12 to 400 locations was great news... It's makes the Fox news bigger because a larger national exposure will surely help on the distribution of "12" via 20th century... This company is profitable, no one can argue that, and to boot, they have products that can be life changers, especially to a company at this size. The audit should really open peoples eyes to how undervalued this company is where the true value lies.
Correct.... and everyone knows why they are waiting to release the info... Its not a matter of "if", its a matter of "when".
Anyone who was questioning whether or not EP was B.S'ing has seen he can get it done and get it done with the BIG BOYS.... Fox is huge.... the reach of FOX will double the Rev's HH could have secured...look at the reach of FOX... people are crazy if think EP didn't deliver the shareholders some of the best news to date... any lost confidence should have been restored... the rev's from this one deal could put us above the projections that HH provided...
Who cares...Smart money has been accumulating and will continue. this is ground level and the movies and now the 20th century fox is real and is legit... get your shares... and who cares about anyone else....
The 20th Century Fox news is HUGE in my opinion.... Not that TDGI wasn't legit before the relationship was formed, but this just shows that EP has the contacts and the know how to get stuff done in this biz.... anyone on the sidelines is going to get left there.... this is a diamond in the rough.... can't wait to hear about the other things EP has lined up..... Very bullish...
If 50 cent was waiting to see how many theaters 12 is going to be in and he pawns a couple gold chains... You'll get your volume... If u see volume tomorrow... it might be from a motha' Truckin' P.I.M.P.
A PR that 12 is going to 400 theaters is HUGE NEWS.. I tried typing HUGE NEWS in lower case but the font switched all by itself. 12 was already going to be a big money maker, the fact the interest has grown and it might see over 400 theaters is HUGE NEWS....
at that time, will TDGI be above 30 cents.. that's the question
400 theaters? I wouldn't be surprised to see TDGI close at 10 cents tomorrow...
nice post, many penny stocks are worthless if the doors are closed... this is not the case at TDGI...
